Fantastic experience: I’ve been in many gyms around Melbourne but I can confidently say Workout Zone is by far the cleanest & most friendly gym I have ever walked into. It can be so confronting walking into a new gym but when you walk into Workout Zone any nerves disappear immediately due to the comfortable environment, lovely members & amazing atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend Workout Zone enough!! If you’re looking for a gym to comfortably go in, get your workout done and leave, Workout Zone is the gym to go to.

Negative experience: Disappointed!! Management attitude remains me Germany in 40th. Step out of line and you will be out no warning. A huge abusive block without introducing himself came to me during exercise and started demanding to stop it in the middle. The reason I forgot to put a towel on the current machine because I left it on the other machine. I ignore him and finish the set, and of course, I put it later on. Okay no big deal for me but I bruise his ego. I was told later HE IS THE OWNER To be honest, every 3rd person, including himself, does have a towel or it is a tiny piece. So I have been told to leave immediately. My advice is if you are free-spirited and don't need a personal trainer stay out of this place I have been going to gyms for 30 years this is absolutely crup.

It's not cramped like many other gyms in the area either, and the change rooms are well equipped. Love the fact it has lockers for your valuables. The gym is also very reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: Pretty happy here with everything. I can sign up for the length i want (roughly), and no annoying sales guys trying to push me into long contracts. Doesn't feel claustrophobic - things are spaced well apart.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean 24hr gym, the staff are very friendly and there are a range of PT's you can work with who specialise in different fields. Always feels safe, and you can just get in and do your sesh.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym that I've ever been! Every piece of equipment is top of the line and perfectly placed in the gym. The facilities are kept clean and organised on a daily basis. There's enough space to accommodate a multitude of gym members and a fun and positive atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and productive. The staff members are friendly and welcoming and they're always eager to assist you if you need something. Even during peak times, you can always workout and use the equipment that you want. Furthermore, Trevor, one of the personal trainers who works there, helped me build a workout plan and showed me everything that I need to know in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend this gym if you live in or around Caulfield North! It feels good to be a member of this gym!

Fantastic experience: The cleanest, newest and overall best gym I've ever been to. Staff are helpful and friendly, all the equipment is top of the line and the place just has a really great vibe. Good for having a great sesh whether you're lifting heavy weights or doing some light cardio work. Would definitely recommend having a trial session to see how nice it is.

It's never really busy, even at peak times. The vibe is very welcoming and inclusive, definitely not your typical "muscle bro" gym at all. Can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy working out at Workout Zone. The gym is modern, fresh and clean, with a great selection of equipment for getting a great workout. I also recommend working with one of the trainers, they're all very knowledgeable and friendly. Infact, all the team are friendly there. It also has a nice vibe. No grunting muscle heads just down to earth people who exercise. If you're looking for a new gym in the area, give Workout Zone a go. You won't be disappointed.

What I like is the fact since its opening, the owners have maintained an excellent standard on a day to day basis in the management of the gym (cleanliness and equipment) and are truly member focussed. Great to go to a gym that also upholds the guidelines of the gym relative to its use by members. Great operation!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Have been going since it opened and trust me compared to my previous gym this one is the best place to train. The equipment is first rate and always clean. The trainers are great and personal and you never feel that you don't belong there. In fact its not a muscle gym it just feels comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Great to find a gym that is clean, bright, well designed and that caters for boxing/kick-boxing, weights and the dreaded treadmills & AMT's all in the one space; without feeling like you're stepping on top of people! The staff always have a smile and a hello, it never feels like you're walking into a mass-produced moving factory; Even better, if you're new to the whole gym world, they're happy to give you advice/help when you're staring at gym equipment as if it's from outer-space (guilty). Thanks to Matt and his team for making going to the gym something I actually look forward to!

Negative experience: Wasnt happy with the overall experience on my trial. Dont like it when im guilt tripped into signing with a Gym when Ive used it for 1 day! Also im living in the area for 6 months and being told they can't cater for less than 12 month membership or would need to speak with Manager to allow "such a big exception".... jesus christ, what a joke! Good Luck trying to suck new people into your gym.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at approximately 6 or 7 gyms in the last 15 years and have based how positive or negative my experience has been on several common areas - price, range of equipment, clientele, staff, cleanliness and enforcement of gym rules & regulations. While most of the gyms I have trained at have displayed strengths in several of these areas, I have never trained at a gym which has strengths in all of these areas, until I joined Workout Zone. Workout Zone is a small but well equipped gym. They have an impressive array of machines and weights to suit any workout (Squat rack, power racks, Smith Machine, etc), and even have a dedicated room with multiple boxing bags if that tickles your fancy. The machines are constantly maintained and broken or faulty parts are promptly replaced - the equipment almost looks as new as it did the day that I signed up. They do not run any group classes, but offer personal training sessions, and even have a dedicated area for personal training clients. While I haven't participated in any personal training sessions, it is plain to see that the trainers are experienced and are very client-centered in their approach. The staff and members that I have encountered over the course of my membership have been friendly and approachable. Everyone is quick to offer a smile and the staff are more than happy to answer questions if you are unsure about anything. It has also been nice to note that over the course of my membership, I have yet to encounter anyone who drops their weights or leaves their machine fully stacked after using it. With regards to cleanliness, this is by far the cleanest gym I've ever worked out in, and the staff and members all contribute to maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Cleaning solution and paper towels are provided at either end of the gym, and it is pleasing to see members cleaning up the machines after they use them. There's nothing worse than jumping on a machine after you've seen someone with a dripping wet shirt get off it, and realizing that they have not been using a towel. In case the gym or equipment is still dirty, the gym is cleaned three times a day. Workout Zone is also the only gym that I have trained at that actually enforces their towel policy - if you do not have one, you will not be allowed to train. This is excellent as it encourages members to do the right thing. If you are looking for a local gym where you aren't just a number, or are dissatisfied with your current gym, I highly encourage you to check this place out. At $13.95 a week with no lock in contracts, it is hard to find a better gym in the area. You only have those extra kilos to lose! Keep up the amazing job guys!

The gym is versatile offering; free weights, start of the art machines and cardio equipment, a large stretching space and a boxing room filled with a variety of bags for all levels, lined with the best mats money can buy. The gym is immaculately clean, bright and spacious. The atmosphere is inviting, friendly, relaxed and social. If you are looking for a gym which has the vibe of the old school social community gym within a fresh, clean, state of the art facility WZ is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Work out zone offers a contemporary and friendly environment in which you can focus on your personal health and fitness goals. This boutique gym provides state of the art equipment; some of the best personal trainers in the industry, super clean bathrooms, spacious and secure lockers and well looked after equipment. Nothing is left ‘out of order’ or broken for more than 5 minutes; the staff are professional and keen to maintain their premium position in the Caulfield area. There is always parking available either out the front or in the side street and the music selection is always upbeat plus there are at least 4 TV channels to choose from. I’ve never had to wait for a cardio machine as there are plenty to choose from and the vibe in the gym is friendly, positive and upbeat. Its hands down the best gym in the Caulfield area and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, clean and friendly workout environment.

Fantastic experience: Workout Zone being open 24/7 provides the perfect place to train whenever I find the time. It's the cleanest gym I've ever been a member of and has quality up to date equipment which is fixed instantly if ever out of order. It's extremely well laid out, spacious and flows well from cardio into weight machines positioned according to muscle group, into free weights. There's even more than one squat rack hallelujah!! I love that there's a kickboxing area, so unique to this gym and can tell it's a passion of the owner. Speaking of, it's the trainers of the gym that really make it 5 star. WZ has become a home away from home for me and I've been welcomed with open arms by the staff. So easy to talk to and laugh with, providing emotional support as well as training tips - perfect for those of us who've experienced that fitness is not only a physical struggle - all of the staff have taken time to work with me on my form and technique even though I'm not training with them - not often a personal trainer helps if they're not getting something from it and it's so refreshing to see. You can really tell when you enter the gym that they take pride in what they do and what they stand for, and they are so engaging it encourages you to come back for more. My weightloss journey has been a bit up and down, but since I joined this gym I've been totally on track and constantly motivated by the staff and other members to strive for my goals. I'm happy I was intrigued by the decor my first day in Caulfield, not to mention the extremely affordable membership. Would recommend 100%!

Fantastic experience: I first signed up to this gym about 1 month since it was opened. the staff has been nothing but friendly.. they are very approachable bunch of people and any questions you ask about weight lost they will not force you into a session. They are not about the $$$ like all the other gyms and turning over revenue, they are all about the people. Meanwhile all the members that join seem to be very happy to help each other out. This is definitely a Gym you want to join. you'll learn how to lose weight meanwhile make some friends on the way. The most friendly guy u'll see at the gym is that Asian bloke with the tatt on his arm.. his a top bloke and is very approachable =P anyway well done guys for opening up not only a beautiful gym but creating a wonderful environment for all members to appreciate

I enjoy myself at WZ because the equipment, ambiance and the staff are quite decent and I am very much impressed with the quality and proficiency of the trainers. They interact with us in a friendly manner which makes us comfortable The gym has the best infrastructure with the best n latest fitness equipments. It is spacious ; this avoids crowding and queues for equipment. The changing room has lockers and it is always neat and clean and they have support staff who takes care of the hygiene and cleanliness of the shower room and toilets. The trainers design a workout program customized to individual needs and personality. Every person can maintain a record for his/her improvement and it is well organized. I am very much impressed with my trainer Lidija Clemens, who has been exceptionally good at designing my workout and motivating me to achieve the fitness level I desire. The best part of WZ-- it runs 24/7 with provided tags with reasonable rates. If you are looking for a positive transformation, I will surely recommend WZ.

I was not disappointed. The equipment is first class. It is extremely spacious and clean.
