Fantastic experience: Hello everyone. I just wanted to share my experience joining Jetts Ashgrove. So far I am very happy with the help and services provided by the staff. They are very friendly and they will get you to where your goals are with your workout. Plus they have all the necessary equipments and they provide free classes as well. And the good thing is, they text you and follow up on you and let you know about everything that is going on so you don't miss out. The equipments and the amenities are cleaned regularly. Safety might an issue for many people who wants to join a gym but at jetts, they provide so many ways to be safe and the staff are always there to help. So I would highly recommend everyone to join Jetts Ashgrove if they are looking to workout in a safe, peaceful and healthy gym environment with friendly staff and 24/7 support.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Jetts Ashgrove with my Husband and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a gym membership area to contact Luke the Gym Manager. Luke is very professional, approachable, and friendly . Luke and his team maintain Jetts Ashgrove facilities to a very high standard, super clean and hygiene protocols followed. Great job Luke !

Fantastic experience: Although I haven’t been with Jetts very long I have enjoyed it and the staff at the Ashgrove gym. Luke did my induction and was fantastic. He was able to answer all of my questions and show me how the equipment works. I had a training session with him and with his assistance he has put together a program for me. I’ll definitely be a regular face around the gym now I have a better under of the equipment. Mel B

Fantastic experience: I joined Jetts a few days ago, Damo the manager signed me up and he was such an awesome guy really friendly and happy to help with my workouts or any questions I had, plus the no lock in contracts is really cool as well, great equipment everything you want in a gym Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Brand new, high-tech equipment, newly renovated throughout and very clean. I can’t fault this gym at all. It has a lovely atmosphere and is very spacious. You’d struggle to find friendlier staff and clientele. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Pretty clean quiet gym, staff are nice. Only thing I’d change is if the aircon was on or on higher especially in the weightlifting corner, there’s fans on the other end of the gym but 0 in this corner which makes it so tiring to lift heavy and leaves you fatigued.

Positive experience: This gym is good for basic requirements but needs some support from the broader Jetts group. There have been at least four different managers over the last year or so for reasons I'm not aware of. Subsequently, not enough attention has been paid to the gym leading to the following issues that come to mind: - Long periods with no air con. Even in winter this gym is very warm, including past 8pm when I usually work out there. Worse than just the heat is the stifled air that you immediately notice when walking in. - Worn equipment which in some cases is missing components like handles for adjustable benches/seats or makes unsettling noises in the case of the treadmills. - As soon as the gym manager leaves freeloaders crowd the gym with their one fee-paying friend. Though this is not easily controllable by management to be fair - however reviewing the cameras and sign in times would help. The gym is generally a bit tired and assistance from the organisation might keep a manager on long enough to actually manage or even improve it.

Negative experience: Limited equipment, pretty small area and aircon is NEVER on or always low it’s way too hot to be gymming here it’s not even cool and makes me feel sick after a workout

Fantastic experience: Jetts Ashgrove has been completely refurbished in 2022 with brand new equipment. Has everything you may want to use.

Negative experience: - Very limited equipment never broken, always neat and clean. - Quiet and mostly terrible music. - Dirty, peeling walls. - Showers unusable. - Terrible aircon. - Nice and knowledgable staff.
