Fantastic experience: Joining GKR Karate has been the best thing I have done for my fitness and well being. It challenges me but in a supportive environment that helps me grow. Better still my kids get to train with me , we have fun, learn amazing Karate skills, compete, develop incredible relationships and smash our goals.

Fantastic experience: The reformer Pilates classes are amazing!!!! Rowena is my favourite instructor. I have been to many reformer classes and she just gets what your body needs. She modifies her classes to suit beginner through to experts. I am so glad I found this gym!!!

Fantastic experience: We love GKR karate and fitness centre. While my daughter is doing her karate lessons, I'm conveniently taking reformer pilates classes or practicing yoga. The instructors and staff are super professional and creating a great, friendly environment, it feels like Family. My daughter's self confidence has improved so much since January and it is the bonus on the top of she's getting a great workout and important lifeskills. My mobility is far better than 8 months ago, they're catering for my injuries which makes me feel safe and cared for. I love yoga with Jane on Wednesdays, and Reformer Pilates with Rowena on Saturdays, they're beautiful, caring, kind people with wealth of experience. I'm recommending GKR Karate&Fitness for everyone to get their workout, and their fees are budget friendly as well. ❤️

Her confidence has sky-rocketed and her concentration has increased exponentially. Our son has just started his training as well through the Yoji program and has come leaps and bounds as well. The Sensai's are all very welcoming, experienced and dedicated to ensuring that the students are engaged and get the most out of their time in the dojo. Karate classes are not all that they provide either!! There is a functional fitness area as well as yoga and pilates classes. This is truly a one stop shop for fitness in the area. Fantastic experience: Karate is one of the few sports you can do with your kids. I train with 2 of mine and we love it, a great opportunity to spend some quality time together. A real confidence builder for teenages with opportunities to compete, teach, learn self defense, or just get fit while focussing on respect and humility. One if the best thing I've done for, and with my kids.
