Negative experience: My partner was paying for her son to use the gym, when he didn't want to go there any more they took 2 payments after ringing & letting them know they put a freeze on the payments & we went in & cancelled the account that was in 2022 we've noticed they're still taking the payments it put us overdrawn with the bank having to pay $15 aswell as$59:95 with no emails etc from anytime fitness we just spoke with Mel & was told NO REFUND as they dont have cancellation paperwork great help what a joke we're on a DSP pension & need every $ I thought Mel might help us a bit but NO it's a no star from us I hope Mel & owners are eating well like the conversation we just had I don't think she gives a f#&* at all!!!

Negative experience: Agree with Joseph hope, also had a friend go through the same thing and it is a disgrace. Have a good look at yourselves. Place is a joke

Negative experience: Writing for a friend. Wouldn’t let her cancel her membership and told her she owed them money. As far as I’m concerned they can kick rocks all the way into next week

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff who assisted me to get the best signup deal possible

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in the area. They just spent a heap on new air-conditioners. It's now the coolest place to work out in summer.

Negative experience: This gym is a rip off. Membership is so expensive and isn’t worth it for what you get. Customer service is no help when expressing financial stress and they are clearly a gym chain that only cares about money, not their clients and individual needs.

Negative experience: Absolute scam artists, they lie about the cancelling fee and then laugh when you tell them what you have been told. I wouldn’t touch this anytime with a ten foot pole for anyone curious

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few Anytime Fitness gyms now, and Woy Woy's is by far the best. It has a great range of machines, is super clean and has the loveliest staff.

Negative experience: Great PT’s but unfortunately the gym manager chooses not to do her job. After an invoice for the fees you’ve paid? Tough luck. Want to cancel your membership? She’ll pick a date of her choosing instead of the day you notified her. Chasing up a support ticket? She’ll give you a fake number to call. Following up on requests? She’ll just stop replying. Worst. Anytime. Ever. (Ps. Still waiting Emani….)

Fantastic experience: The Woy Woy Anytime team is exceptional; they're consistently cheerful, eager to engage in conversation, and dedicated to motivating clients to achieve their goals. Additionally, they promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.

Negative experience: This was suppose to be a gym where everyone of us are a part of "family". Not a family when you send recovery agency after us who demands 3 times as much as we owe you. That's absolutely ridiculous and to some extent scummy as well. What happens when we ask them to at least have a look at the email by anytime fitness? Nope they don't care they forced us to pay that amount otherwise we will be dragged to court. The only reason i am paying you something i dont even owe you is becasue i dont want any troubles. I just really hope no one would want to be a part of this "FAMILY" again because I learnt my lesson. Honestly the next time me and my partner want to join a gym we will make sure that we rather walk outside instead of joining this anytime fitness.

Negative experience: Anytime Fitness Woy Woy: Where Paying members get the "Criminal Mastermind" Treatment Imagine this: You diligently scan your access pass, your friend scans his, all is good. Or so you'd think. But at Anytime Fitness Woy Woy, logic takes a backseat to wild accusations. Forget that we have this thing called technology -- apparently, my workout buddy and I have mastered the art of teleportation and can tailgate into the gym while simultaneously using our access passes. Silly us for thinking the app was actually useful! Getting a call from head office implying I breached some rule is beyond infuriating. It's insulting. Frankly, I'm starting to see why lawyers always look so fit – must be all that practice defending against ridiculous claims. If you enjoy being treated like a suspect instead of a valued customer, then Anytime Fitness Woy Woy is definitely the gym for you!

Positive experience: Recently redid parts of the interior, makes it look better. Sad there are no mirrors in the section in the back. Aircon system is not the best, usually quite on the warm/hot feel inside. Besides that it's a great gym with friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Friendly, welcoming and attitude free

Negative experience: I am a member from another location and came in with my gf, we only brought 1 fob, and the older blond lady who works there questioned me upon entering in a very judgy and unpleasant way. I really did not feel welcome. I just left and didn't come back. I didn't even wanna work out there anymore. I have never met such a rude staff member from anytime. I could have just gotten the fob or showed my membership info.... I am really frustrated with how I was treated, not what I am used to from anytime fitness. Won't be coming back to this location.

Positive experience: Good gym with good range of equipment, open floor plan and nice atmosphere and looks great with the renovations. However it is always extremely hot inside with no ventilation, not sure if this is a problem with AC. Another thing is alot of the members have terrible gym etiquette here, almost everytime i go up, people leave all their weight plates on multiple peices of equipment and do not unrack them or wipe down the equipment when finished, in which case I find myself putting other peoples weights away and wiping off their sweat. Might be worth looking at the camera footage and having words with these members as it's extremely disrespectful to the next person who wants to use the equipment.

Positive experience: Great gym Would be much more cooler if put the aircon on at night. Very hot day and not worth saving $$ and upset switty customers

Fantastic experience: Nice gym, very convenience, I mean nearby with my home. Easy to access, pretty much have everything, clean enough, machines are pretty new. Overall good!

Negative experience: Recently did a refurb & made it worse than it already was. Its all for show with zero practicality. The plate weights are over 10yrs old (original weights when the gym first opened), really worn & some are damaged. It is super cramped with barely any room to move around in the gym, they definitely need to relocate to a bigger complex. Have to wait for most machines and equipment. The flooring is quite soft so causes a safety issue when doing deadlifts, squats & standing overhead presses. Zero deadlift/squat platforms. The lighting hangs down from the roof near 2 squat racks and is very likely to get hit if doing overhead press unless you move out of the way of the rack position. You cant put any weights on the barbell in one of the squat racks because of some pointless wall they built. Have to travel half way across the gym to get plate weights for 2 of the squat racks to load them up instead of having them in the same place as the squat racks. And zero ventilation so it feels like working out in a sauna.

The staff are easily the nicest gym staff I’ve met. Emani always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with a big smile on her face. Can’t recommend Anytime Fitness Woy Woy more!

Fantastic experience: Equipment range Equipment quality Vibe Cleanliness Ventilation Showers/change rooms Layout Noise An excellent gym with great mirror placement; enabling you to work on form for cable machines (very rare!). Decent view from running machines from second story. When I attended no aircon, hotter inside than out. The expected excellent range of equipment, good parking.

Fantastic experience: A gym that feels like home, close to home and staffs are always smiling and super friendly! I had bad anxiety at the start as I was working out alone but now I feel safe coming here alone as I gained self confidence. Have plenty of machines to choose from. Bathroom always clean and machines always in good conditions. Work out with a view of mountains as well during the day, very peaceful!

Fantastic experience: Lovely club, always very clean and Angela the club manager comes around with a greeting smile everyday. Rhonda, the other manager is great too and is always there to answer my questions about exercises.

Fantastic experience: Great, spacious gym in a convenient location. Easy parking. Long opening hours. Plenty of good quality equipment including large dumbbells. Numerous treadmills for those who like running in place.

Negative experience: You know a business is in trouble when the owner/manager leaves 5-star reviews on their own google page. Super overpriced for the equipment that’s available and the overall condition of this gym. Cancellation policy is disgusting even on a non-contract. Staff were nice enough to me but my partner was not treated as well. Do yourself a favour and join any other gym on the coast!

Positive experience: Not bad, good range of equipment but please turn the air conditioning on. It was 30 degrees outside today and about 35 inside. Also, for a gym that has so many signs everywhere with so many rules about cleanliness it could be kept in better/cleaner order.

It really makes it a nice experience when you go to work out and always get that friendly interaction as well. It's always clean and tidy, and the space is utilised well. Fantastic experience: I've been training at Anytime Fitness Woy Woy for over a year. It's my favourite gym to train at for strength. The gym and amenities are always clean and tidy and the weights are kept perfectly organised and all the machines are in good order. The best part of the Gym is definitely the welcoming and friendly environment that the Managers make, especially Angela. Angela is always lovely and pleasant and always has a friendly word for everyone even when she's working really hard and I often see her work through her lunch break.

Positive experience: They have an elevator at there entrance, ramp at Coles side of the Pavilion and the staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Small but gets the job done. Has everything you need, if stuck for ideas just go online and you can make the equipment work for you. Idk the staff I go at antisocial times.

Negative experience: The owner, Carla, constantly demonstrates zero comprehension of customer service. The girls staffing the office are friendly and charming but this is sadly let down by the poor attention to any form of public relations.

Negative experience: These people are actual thieves. Disabled my FOB and locked me out in late 2021 for being unvaccinated (gross), kept charging me for nine months without my knowledge or permission, and are now refusing to refund any of the membership fees they owe me. If you're looking for a gym in the area try Peak Physique in Umina, it's great.

Negative experience: This place has and will scam you I canceled 2 years ago and I just got a bill for 200$ for nothing I try to go in and there's never staff there How can I sort something with no staff your joking yourselves Honestly fix this place WOULD NOT RECOMEND Found staff to be rude and abrupt when they are there if u can catch them
