Negative experience: If you're considering joining this gym for its sauna facilities, think twice. The men's sauna is out of service, and management has pushed the repair date all the way to January 30, 2025. This is completely unacceptable for a facility that promotes itself as premium. For me, the sauna is just as important as the gym equipment, and without it, there’s little motivation to continue attending. I’m not the only one frustrated by this neglect, and it’s clear the management is not prioritizing the needs of its members. Don’t waste your time or money until they get their act together.

Fantastic experience: Live Well Health Club in Eastern Creek is hands down one of the best gyms I've been to! The facility is spacious, clean, and packed with all the equipment you need for a great workout. The staff is super friendly and supportive, always ready to offer advice or help with your training. The atmosphere is motivating and makes it easy to stay on track with your fitness goals. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Live Well Health Club ECQ since 2019. Through the 5yrs there it's been great. All the equipment is pretty basic but basic is good for those that are new to the gym environment. For the more advanced lifters, there's plenty of dumbells to utilise. Could do with 65kg or 70kg dumbells but nonetheless everything you need is there. In regards to repairments to the equipment and sauna. Everything needs maintenance when in use, especially with the amount of people coming in and out. Im sure people that comment about repairments need some sort of maintenance at home, lets be honest people If we didn't have clowns coming through and miss treating the equipment and sauna it wouldn't need that much attending too, but unfortunately I share this great facility with clowns The staff have been great and supportive in achieving my goals in muscle building and nutrition. Cinthia and Jay are like my gym family now. They know when I want to chat and they also know when I want to be left alone Highly recommend Live Well Health Club ECQ if you're new to the gym or if you're over your current gym❤️

Negative experience: Don't run a gym if you cannot afford to fix stuff when it breaks. The sauna is the only reason most people use this gym and you cannot even run that properly. The ice cream machine at McDonald's works better. Shame on the owner.

Negative experience: 1. Won’t let you do a trial unless you pay $20 for a casual entry 2. Won’t even let you walk around to inspect the gym without filling out waiver forms. This is just to gauge whether or not you’re even interested in the facility 3. You can clearly see that this facility is not genuine with all their “new” reviews. They clearly sent a message to all members to give them a review with incentives. Super misleading.. I have been to a lot of gyms and this one has thrown me off. Not having a system in place to allow prospective customers to experience your facility without paying is a red flag.

I haven't been to many but I love the Live Well Health Clubs at Eastern Creek because it's small but never busy, the people who train there are friendly as are the staff. But the thing I like the most is the lighting, it's not bright so you don't feel like you're in the spotlight and everyone is looking at you, you feel like you're in your own world and you can focus on what you're doing instead of what others might be thinking. Plus the RGB is an awesome touch too! If you're wanting to go to the gym but don't want to feel intimidated by everything a gym can make you feel, then go here cause you won't feel any of that.

Negative experience: Staff is very rude and incoperatevive, i had my membership contract expired way back and they still charge me for 4 weeks when i cancelled my membership. They need 30 days notice to cancel membership, guys make sure you read contract when signup. I have got fitness passport and i was still planning to workout at same place however not going back there again. Even equipment is not very good.

Negative experience: How hard is it to turn on the freaking AIR CON for clients who workout after hours! It's so stuffy inside even early hours in the morning.

Negative experience: Well I did like the gym until I requested to leave my contract due to personal reasons. They completely ignored my application and now it seems they want to try get $500 out of me due to unpaid membership, which I reckon it’s unprofessional and should have contacted me about the application

Negative experience: The men's sauna is frequently out of service, and it usually takes over 2 months to fix. There is no urgency from the owner whatsoever. This has occurred at least twice in the past year, so roughly 5 months out of 12, I am paying for a service that the gym cannot provide. I have been very patient but now seriously considering other local options.

Negative experience: Not good. Do-nothing staff who are either nowhere to be found or permanently camped behind the counter. Clientele have no respect for the equipment, leaving it in constant disrepair. Staff take no measures to repair or maintain the equipment. Weights constantly in random places. Only one deadlifting platform and 2 squat racks. One of which is almost always used for bench. A lot of annoying schoolkids after 3pm who trash the place, which the staff turn an absolute blind eye to. The sauna is pathetic and holds 2 skinny people or one very fat person.

Negative experience: The staff were friendly and helpful, but it's unfortunate that due to their poor communication, they have lost the loyalty of 2 members and the potential for many more in the local community that we would have promoted it to. We were given a trial membership and free key access that was supposed to last until the end of the month, after which we would continue with our weekly membership or sign up for a 12 month contract. Disappointingly, we were not told of the deadline to activate our weekly membership and was asked to return our keys before our trial membership was over. I think It's a pleasant gym to belong to, but sadly it's marred by the lack of professionalism and poor communication.
