Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for the past 8 years and have loved it since day one. The trainers really make it a special place and set it apart from any of the other larger gyms I’ve been to. It also has everything I need in a gym including group fitness classes, spin classes, reformer Pilates and a crèche for the kids.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of a few of the “big name” gyms over the years and The Gym Factory hands down runs rings around them!! I’ve been a member here around 5 years and I’ve never been fitter, more motivated and excited about my fitness journey. This place has fantastic staff that are passionate about what they do and I know it sounds cliche, but when you walk in, it’s like you’re walking into a place full of good buddies. Plus it is always spotlessly clean and the equipment is excellent. Lots of laughs, no big egos and lots of motivation to get the best results.

With 2 studio spaces, the variety of classes offered is fantastic, with something for everyone. I've particularly enjoyed the pilates, yoga, spin, and body pump classes. The trainers here are incredibly inspiring and knowledgeable, always pushing you to reach your goals while making each workout enjoyable. The Each session is well-structured and led by passionate instructors who make every workout both challenging and fun. The community atmosphere here is second to none, making it easy to stay motivated and committed to my fitness journey. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive gym environment!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of The Gym Factory for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are top-notch, catering to all my fitness needs with a wide variety of equipment and spaces. The strength and conditioning classes are my absolute favorite, along with the ABT (abs, butt, thighs) and spin classes that are full of great music and even the Trip where you enter a world of virtual reality. One of the best aspects of The Gym Factory is the flexibility it offers. I love that I can take virtual spin classes at random times, which really helps keep me motivated and on track with my fitness goals. The personal trainers are phenomenal – they're not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and supportive. The entire staff at The Gym Factory contributes to a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, making it feel like a second home. The sense of community here is truly special. I've made so many friends and connections, and it genuinely feels like a family. Fantastic experience: During Covid, I joined the Gym Factory and at that time they offered outdoor classes. It was the best decision I made. I love The Gym Factory. Over 18 months ago, Josh & Mike became the new owners. They are very passionate about the gym and dedicated to their clients, continuously improving our experience. This is reflected by the great atmosphere and the improvements they've implemented, from new equipment to renovated spaces and diverse classes like Body Pump, Reformer Pilates, Virtual RPM, and even a kid’s class. They always strive to improve our experience by incorporating new concepts. All the personal trainers are fantastic. They always are so friendly and say hi when you walk in the door. In PT and the classes they are big on technique to avoid any injuries. They offer 8-week challenges, TGF teams participate in events such as Pub to Pub, Christmas parties, and member of the month recognition, among other activities. The gym has a real sense of community as everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the Gym Factory for over 4 years and it has very quickly become a very important place for me. From the moment I walked in the door on day one I felt welcomed and supported - it really is unlike all the other gyms out there. Mike and Josh, the owners of the Gym Factory, have helped foster a fantastic feeling of community, plenty of opportunities to find something that caters to your fitness journey as well as a family-feel with kids and families at the forefront of their planning for the future. There is something for everyone - it caters to those who wish to improve their health and fitness to opportunities to enhance your wellbeing as well as new classes for kids. The class timetable is extensive with cardio, strength, dance, pilates, yoga, cycle, Les Mills and reformer pilates, just to name a few! My personal favourite is Saturday Bootcamp, there is no more perfect way to start the weekend than with great tunes, laughs and a cardio and strength hit! There is a fantastic creche run by Hannah who is a trained childcare educator. She has such a genuine care for the children and they look forward to spending time with Hannah and the lovely girls in the creche! The trainers at the Gym Factory are second to none. They have varied backgrounds and specialities meaning that everyone is catered for. They put 100% into their clients and are amazing at being that guiding force and helping achieve whatever goals you may have. The members of the gym have become like family and the gym has a small gym feel meaning that you will always see a familiar face or a crew to go for a coffee with after class! The gym provides opportunities to be involved in community events such as fun runs and challenges and they regularly host open days where they give back to the gym community. It is an amazing gym as they really have thought of EVERYTHING you could need in a gym. I highly recommend contacting The Gym Factory and organising for a trial, you will not look back!

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym on the Northern Beaches. The facility is clean, welcoming and the range of weightlifting/cardio equipment is amazing. This gym is a real community within itself and welcomes all ages/abilities in to achieve a range of different fitness goals. Special mention to PT Liam Handley who I have trained with for just over a year. His knowledge and dedication to all of his clients is outstanding. If you want gains = go to Liam. Love this place

Fantastic experience: As a busy mum of many small kids, getting back into running post partum was so important for my mental and physical health! The Gym Factory has made this so easy for me. The Gym itself is very clean, modern and has a wide range of equipment and services. The vibe is friendly, welcoming to all, and the crèche is wonderful. The Gym takes good care of its members. That hour a day in the gym running is my ‘happy place’ so much so that I recently completed my first half marathon. Can’t recommend this gym highly enough. Game changer!

There is a large selection of free weights and machines and almost always a team member around if you have any questions or require assistance. There is also a variety of group classes on offer that run for all ages and fitness levels . Not only do they have an extensive range of brand new equipment, they also offer a huge range of group classes, from spin to reformer Pilates, to Les mills classes. You are always greeted by your name with a smiling face, and everyone is always down for a genuine conversation. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years across the Northern Beaches but The Gym Factory is by far my favourite! They have a beautiful community of members, amazing trainers that push you every class, their classes are unique with a great mix of intensity and it’s affordable. I’ve been going 4-5 times a week for a little over a year and I love it. Can’t recommend this gym enough! Thank you for all the support and encouragement you’ve given me during my time there.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined The Gym Factory and I absolutely love it! A variety of classes at many different times available, an amazing creche, allowing me to train without the stress of keeping an eye on my baby. The trainers are all very friendly and highly experienced- passionate about achieving individual goals! I train one on one with Sarelle who is also a Nutritionist so very knowledgeable. Gym membership itself is very affordable and great value. Overall feels like one big happy family, as owners Mike & Josh are always striving to make it feel that way. Can not recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I was a member of the Gym Factory for 1.5 years and absolutely loved it. I would still be there if I didn't have to move locations. Having a gym where all the trainers know your name and genuinely care about you and your training makes a huge difference and in my view, puts them above any other gym I've been a member of! They have a great community and offer a wide range of classes, my favourites being ABT with Liam and Yoga with Luci. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and supportive and I would recommend this gym to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words or time in the English language to explain how phenomenal this place is… you have to watch / follow them on Instagram to get a partial idea. The gym factory is owned and run by people with passion. I walked into this place and the atmosphere, vibe and staff was highly motivated and funny. I felt like I was walking into a friends house and was greeted though it was my birthday. ,They run amazing fitness classes. They have wonderful Bootcamps… ( check online Insta classes ) , yoga, and the most astounded part was they have a crèche . Now myself nor my Partner have an excuse not to go to the gym., just drop the kids , literally 5 m from where your training and there safe as houses with the dedicated and fully qualified staff. Big shout out to the owners , for running such a wonderful establishment. I’m more than happy to sign up and bring the family…

Fantastic experience: State of the art facility with exceptional staff who actually take care of you and genuinely want you to be the best version of yourself. I haven’t felt such care from any other gyms. I have been going to gyms for a while now but this TGF hits different. Great community vibes and love the atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great training space with amazing community vibes. Love it

Fantastic experience: The Gym Factory is Great. I've been a member for 5 years, 24/7 Gym. 40+ classes a week included in the membership which is less than 16 per week. Great environment in classes and Boocamps. Latest and modern fitness equipment, clean and friendly environment. Would highly recommend it

Negative experience: Stay Away sign elsewhere. Equipment OK, people who train there are nice, trainers are good but the management's customers service is appalling.

Fantastic experience: It's a small gym 24/7 so accesible whenever it's convenient. They've got great classes. Yoga and pilates are great classes.

Negative experience: Would not recommend - High staff turnover. I found morning classes repetitive, and the weights section didn't cater for weights under 10kg unlike other gyms. Also extremely crowded in the afternoons and evenings - often felt very uncomfortable. Have had significantly better experiences at other 24/hr local Gyms.

Fantastic experience: Anna's PILATES class is an intense class that has improved my core and overall strength. Every class is different, interesting and so much fun. Koreena's YOGA classes are a great way to improve on flexibility, tone and reduce stress. Koreena assists with correcting posture during poses to ensure proper technique.
