Fantastic experience: Love Impact. Supportive, encouraging staff and members. Lots of floor space and equipment. Heaps of classes.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness, interest in my goals and my life, encouragement and enthusiasm!!! I was given a comprehensive tour of the gym and then shown programs and classes that would be suitable for my needs and interests. I appreciated the ‘personal’ feedback email after my tour. I felt that I was joining a very friendly, welcoming and supportive community. Excited to be a part of the Impact Gym community and excited to hit some goals!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. The gym has quite literally everyone you could want, and it’s incredibly spacious. It’s also nice to see that the dumbbells go up to 70kg. I’m very happy with switching up my gym membership to Impact.

Fantastic experience: I made the switch to Impact from another local gym about a year ago and have no regrets! The gym has everything that I need and more. The staff are amazing and have always been so welcoming. The creche is next level ... huge space and such warm, caring staff members taking care of my girls. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I’ve ever been to! Fantastic and friendly staff, great facilities and always a positive, welcoming vibe. There are a huge variety of classes to attend, which are run by great PT’s, and all included in a very reasonable membership cost. The gym also has a great cafe attached, and while I haven’t used it as I don’t have kids, the Crèche is a popular and convenient feature for parents with young children. Perhaps the best thing about the gym is how welcoming it is to members of all different ages and levels of experience, I’ve never once felt intimidated and there are always friendly staff and members around to provide support if you need it. If you’re considering joining a gym in the area, don’t hesitate to come and check Impact out, I think you’ll be impressed.

Fantastic experience: The best instructors are at Impact Gym. Liv, Emily, Matty and Carly are amazing...as are all the staff I love the classes and how much the instructors motivate you. The gym is very inclusive to everyone and I always feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Good value, convenient and spacious (at off peak times)

Negative experience: Just speaking about the Cafe and not the gym - I have been going for a coffee maybe twice a week from time to time. Coffee is hit and miss but the staff seem to not be interested in delivering a great service. Saw 2 staff getting upset with one another and other staff meandering around. Not enjoying my experiences going to the cafe anymore unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Impact Gym after a year of travel & relocating to beautiful Terrigal. I was a member of Fitness First Interstate for many years prior to travelling & I naturally assumed that would be my gym. However after researching & trialing gyms in the area that would suit me best I can honestly say I am so happy with my choice. From the service, support, the instructors all being fantastic, the amazing facilities, equipment & the variety & the standard of the many classes, I absolutely love my gym and can’t wait to get there each day. It also has such a lovely community feel & atmosphere & I really love how they have well catered for absolutely every one of all ages & stages in life & level of fitness. This is clearly a gym that really cares. I am working so hard to get back in to good shape & with my fitness level which is so important in life for our overall health & our wellbeing in every way. I view my time & my investment here as very worthwhile in every way. I’m so grateful & so proud to be a member of this gym! But it’s much more than just a gym. It’s a lifestyle. I absolutely love it! Fantastic experience: Visited Impact Gym fitness class for the first time as a casual member. I really like that there’s no obligation to join as a member but you can still go casually whenever you feel like it. Easy online booking system and staff were friendly and helpful. They have just increased their prices on the 1st of June but I had booked prior to this so they honoured the existing charge for me on this occasion. Plenty of parking available on site and there is a cafe in the centre which looked and smelled pretty good although I didn’t get anything.

Fantastic experience: Very large gym, set in a nice location with Good quality equipment that is very well maintained, you can't really want for anything. Lots of attachments, accessory equipment. Seen plenty of additions over my time, and they are always looking to offer more. Helps that the owner uses the gym.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym on the coast. Unparalleled facilities in an enormous (outdoor and indoor) space. Unlike other places, Impact gym is constantly updating the equipment on offer. 24/7 access, a designated leg room, ab room, huge variety of classes, creche, cafe, saunas, dozens of machines (many unique) - its a space built to cater for every type of athlete and for each individual goal. Ample parking, wonderful staff, knowledgeable trainers and welcoming community. A coastal icon!

Fantastic experience: The gym cafe is the only place within walking distance of aurrum aged care. It's a shame there isn't a gate connecting the properties. It would be very beneficial to residents and visitors and increase business to the gym and cafe.

Positive experience: Good gym, great equipment, during main hours gets way too busy though… and can be difficult to get machines at times… but has 24/7 access which makes it great so I can train at night time when there’s hardly anyone there… no wait times for machines

Negative experience: Once you join, it is very hard to stop payments. I tried to put a stop for my Daughter as she had an injury... nope I could only do this for a few weeks. Then its almost impossible to cancel. I tried. You have to send an email then you have to wait 30 days. payment after payment. F45 let you put a stop to your payments via FB... Not Impact gym. Buyer beware read your statements. And yes, I phoned reception and spoke to someone who didnt care less.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member of numerous gyms over the past 30 years and this is by far the best. Has all the equipment you could ever hope to need / extremely well priced membership/ has numerous group classes to pick from ...and the staff are great!

Fantastic experience: Best thing I ever did was swap from my old gym to Impact Gym at Erina. Huge space, well set out, loads of classes and the staff and other patrons are super friendly and welcoming. 5 stars!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Huge gym! This place is not commercial and this is saying a lot! You don't workout in someone's idea of what a gym should look like! The staff are friendly and you feel welcomed. Whatever your sport is! This place has you covered! The membership is definitely more expensive than other gyms around the central coast, at least AUD10$ more per week. Overall, if your budget allows, I definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, location, range and clients. Restrooms could use a little more frequent cleaning.

Positive experience: I really like this place. It’s a large warehouse style gym, and still manages to have a good atmosphere despite the size. Clientele tend to be younger and bulkier than average. The range of equipment is vast, including the occasional older pieces which verge on vintage. The only issue is it can get a little warm as there is only aircon in the smaller cardio rooms.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym on the Central Coast. Staff are always friendly. All the equipment is of high quality and cleaned regularly. The only downside it can get extremely busy during peak hours 430pm to 630pm but overall a great gym with all the strength,CrossFit and bodybuilding equipment you need. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Gyms.. How on Earth are they allowed to sting you a 'cancellation' fee?? Thought about re-joining again next year, but obviously not with this gym as they charge you for doing absolutely nothing. Another gym. Another ripoff.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible place! Not only has this huge facility got all the goodies - the staff and trainers are all absolutely lovely. It's not often you can walk into such a large and intimidating gym and really feel welcomed and comfortable. Would recommend to people just starting out on their fitness journey & the seasoned athlete - it's got something for everyone ;)

Negative experience: Terminated my membership due to long work hours. Gave 60 month notice and was told that my membership ends on 25/10/2017. On 15/10/2017 (like every previous month because I joined on the 15th) they charged me the FULL monthly membership instead of remaining 10 days. The girl on the phone was unable to explain me why did they charge me even though she tried several times. Said it is according to rules and everything is ok. Someone didn't do much math at school apparently. In general... bad experience for the end.
