Fantastic experience: Love this place! I’ve been training at Elite since 2004 and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s a very welcoming gym in an amazing location, with a wide range of training options and classes. Knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff, and a great bunch of people, some of whom have become lifelong friends.

I have been having regular PT with Adam (very highly recommend!), and have enjoyed the morning running and circuit classes with the other staff who are consistently friendly, encouraging and supportive. My fitness has improved significantly since joining in May, as has my overall wellbeing. If you’re looking for a personal, friendly and uplifting gym, where you can be challenged and grow, elite personal training is the place to pick!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at elite has been amazing. My hubby and I have recently joined and have been trained by personal trainer Adam. He instantly made us feel comfortable and confident coming up with a detailed program so we could train together. I love the space so much. Best of all this gym has no ego! It’s old school with the best view in town! Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This gym is in the best spot ever over looking the beautiful South Cronulla beach. Morning and afternoon classes on the amazing rooftop space always have the best view!! Trainers are lovely and a great gym community. Reception staff is always so helpful and always welcome you with a smile.

I’ve started the 6-week challenge with Mayra and thanks to her expertise and support in nutrition and training, I have noticed such a difference in just a few weeks. Their Xmotion class is excellent, the trainers are great & the people attending are friendly & easy going. It's the first gym I've attended with my kids, using the creche. It works well for a swim post work out too!

The Personal trainers are very knowledgeable they work with you to make sure you reach your goals, Mayra has been great videoing my exercises so I can have a good understanding of the correct practice. All staff are friendly and helpful. The after hours access to the gym is a great plus. The restrooms are always clean and sanitized as well as the equipment. The membership is well-priced and the view is amazing.

The variety of classes available is also impressive – there is something for everyone, whether you prefer Boot Camp, Pilates, Boxing, Plyofit or XMotion or something else. The trainers provide excellent instruction and encouragement, and are always available to help you reach your fitness goals. But what really sets this gym apart is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by the staff and clients alike – it truly feels like a community. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Elite PT since the beginning of the year to help aid my recovery from ACL surgery. When I started my PT sessions with Elyshia I was unfit, lacked strength and couldn’t even run properly. Under her training I’ve now run half and full marathons, done 90km bike and 1km swim events and she is currently targeting sessions based on my goal to complete a half Ironman next year. I find the gym equipped with everything you would expect, not pretentious, but down to earth and friendly, the staff very approachable and helpful and the location is great.

Fantastic experience: We have trained with the same trainer at Elite for 20 years. It is the most friendly, welcoming gym I have ever attended. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I have had great results in rehabilitation following hip and shoulder surgery. I attribute my successful recovery to my trainer who assisted me. Elite cares about its clients!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great people and wow, great location. I love it because it’s not a ‘showy’ gym meaning I don’t feel uncomfortable when my gym outfits don’t match! and I’ve never felt like I needed to be fit before I even started exercising there. The instructors are clearly knowledgeable and eager to guide you through every aspect of your training be that in 1-2-1 PT sessions or the group classes of which there are many. And finally, that view! You can’t help but feel motivated with an ocean view to die for- the best placed gym in Cronulla!

Loads of equipment, group classes if that's your thing, and reasonably priced membership. Nothing is too difficult for Sarah on reception - she's a delight to deal with. And a coffee on the beachfront after training is a big plus.

Fantastic experience: Elite PT are a small friendly team of dedicated personal trainers who make the seemingly impossible task of strength training completely achievable and enjoyable. I’m a keen runner but used to dread any form of weight training (pump classes were my idea of hell). Under the patient tutelage of Elyshia, I can now do non-girly push ups and I don’t cringe quite so badly at the idea of a 1 minute plank! The difference this has made to my running and other cardio sports is incredible! Elite PT offer both one-to-one PT sessions and group classes, in a supportive, motivational and non judgmental environment. They have been brilliant both for me in achieving my fitness goals and for helping my partner gain strength and confidence after a soccer related ACL injury. I really cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I joined Elite in January with a goal to be consistent in showing up first and foremost. My track record is bad. I wanted to lose weight and improve my strength to prevent injuries. I look forward to going to Elite. I have made great improvements working under a personal trainer and the group training is fun and varied. The location is also a plus, getting to see the sunrise & sunsets and grabbing a coffee after. Love it.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym in a listed building, got all you need and more, with the swimming pool. Great spot too ! When you walk out, you are right on the beach with, Barefoot on the Beach cafe for a healthy/ tasty treat

Fantastic experience: Super friendly trainers and staff. I usually go to the morning classes (boot camp, run club, spin) and evening Pilates. The classes are well run with a lot of variety to keep it interesting & the location is awesome, right on the beach with a rooftop that overlooks the ocean. Watching the sunrise during bootcamp is worth getting up for. Locky & Evan have both been great at helping me achieve some of my fitness goals. They push you just the right amount! I like that there's not a pushy sales culture like a lot of the larger gyms. It is smallish so if you're looking for a gym to do mostly weights (and not group classes) I would suggest asking to take a look at the facilities before you join to make sure it suits your needs. I feel like this is the perfect gym for people who traditionally don't like gyms (like myself!).
