F45 Training Enoggera

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my first week at F45 Enoggera and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Mike has been extremely welcoming to myself and the other new members and has had no issue with slightly altering the exercises to accomodate our individual fitness levels as we learn new exercises. I highly recommend coming down and checking out the gym if you are interested.

Fantastic experience: F45 Enoggera was the first F45 gym I ever tried. I was warmly welcomed by the owner and trainer, Mike, who, within the first session, inspired me to get back to where I was pre-babies. To be honest, I've always feared F45, thinking all sessions were loaded with HIIT/plyometrics... something I'm sure many mums feel daunted by. The 'strength' based sessions have been exactly what I need to get back to peak fitness. I literally cannot go back to pilates after trying the F45 weights based workouts!!! Absolutely loving it so far - thank you Mike!

Fantastic experience: I started at f45 last year after years of going to Pilates. Being a busy mum, I found it difficult to plan my week ahead and book into Pilates classes at the last minute - they were always full. At F45, I can book them day of and as the membership cost is a weekly rate it is much more affordable and it is very easy to keep myself accountable. You also can go as little or as much as you want (3 days a week is perfect for me). Mike the trainer is a perfect mix of friendly, and will also support and challenge you to reach your goals. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After moving to the area it took a while to find a gym that was affordable and effective - F45 Enoggera is where I landed. The F45 model works but like any gym it is the people who make the difference. Michael and Em are friendly and knowledgeable trainers well suited to the wide variety of people with varied fitness levels who attend. After 3 months of classes I am happy with the results so far and I am certain that I will see more in the future. But don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: A very big thank you to Mike and his team at F45 Enoggera for making us so welcome and introducing us to such a fun and invigorating program. We decided on a 10 day trial and were hooked from day 1. Gym work outs have always been a bit of a chore and I have never enjoyed classes - I used to joke at my old gym that the worst part of my day was walking in through the doors and the best part was walking out of them, pleased to have it over and done with. With F45 I actually look forward to it, love the challenge and very much appreciate the personable/professional assistance when needed.

Fantastic experience: I would like to begin by thanking Mike and the team at F45 Enoggera for making me feel so welcome and comfortable in a gym. For the last 5 years I have worked out in my home gym as I found community gyms overwhelming and intimidating. I struggled to build confidence in myself and was hesitant to exercise in front of other people. My first gym experience with F45 Enoggera has been one I will be forever thankful for. From the moment I stepped into this small gym that feels so personal, I felt at ease. This gym provides excellent classes run by trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I now train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and other members who are so welcoming and encouraging a perfect workout environment. I love that the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! I am seeing results for sure and now have so much confidence in myself. Not only have I joined an amazing gym but I have also developed some amazing friendships with other members which I never would have done if I continued to train at home. If you are looking for a positive, encouraging and personal gym where you can work out and feel most comfortable, please do yourself a favour and join F45 Enoggera, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: End of 2020 I've decided to apply to join the ADF but knew I had to work on my fitness and upper body strength since I could not do any push-ups and struggled just to do 25 sit ups. My husband did some research and told me the best way to gain core strength would be by joining F45. End of January 2021 we signed up at F45 Enoggera. What a shock was it to my system...I was so unfit and weak. Mike and the team were and still are, very supportive. They showed me how to do all the different weight exercises and even how to do squads properly. Slowly but surely my core and upper body muscles become stronger. I am proud to say that today I can easily do full push ups, (army standard) and sit-ups. I am looking forward to my final PFA in order to appoint with the Army.

Fantastic experience: After 10 years of periodic exercise, and a few too many kgs added to the waist line, I decided to bite the bullet and start at a gym again. I am so happy I choose Mike, Em and the F45 Enoggera studio. You're made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and it feels like one big group of friends. I love the F45 program, as I can show up, don't need to think about what I have to do, and its all over and done in 45mins. The instructors make it feel like a PT session, knowing just when to push you, but your always working out with another person, so you also get the encouragement of a group class as well. Being a smaller studio, there are also challenges and other activities to make it enjoyable, from bad joke/funky sock Friday's, to supporting charities. One of the better decisions I have made in a while!

Fantastic experience: Before I discovered F45 Enoggera, I had always struggled with feeling out of place and self-conscious at other gyms, especially in group classes. The team at F45 have fostered such a friendly, encouraging environment that for the first time ever I actually enjoy coming along for my 45 minute workout! The trainers genuinely care about everyone who attends and make sure that no one is left behind during classes. Being a smaller studio, it's a quality experience and feels more like a boutique gym with much more one-on-one assistance from the PTs than other larger gyms I've been too. Whether you're a gym junkie or just starting out, I highly recommend F45 Enoggera!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to F45 Enoggera since October 2020 and it has honestly been life changing. The trainers are so friendly and always happy to chat and encourage you on your fitness journey. Because of this I was happy to lose 6kgs in the 45 day challenge. I could not recommend it enough, the environment is like no other.

Fantastic experience: After having not completed any structured or regular exercise for many years, I found joining F45 and rolling into a challenge an awesome way to kick start myself back into a regular exercise regime. Having a goal and being within a "challenge" atmosphere certainly helped me maintain consistency. As a result I have formed much healthier habits and now F45 is a normal part of my week. The meal programs and the Challenge App was an amazing resource, with shopping lists and menus which were easy to prepare and delicious. I have learned a lot along the way about nutrition through using this app. To be honest joining F45 was daunting for me, particularly with a poor level of fitness. However, within the first lesson I was introduced to the trainers and other members who were helping me along and showing me the ropes. The whole feel and team environment of F45 was so much better than I could have anticipated. The instruction, support and encouragement along the way from all the trainers certainly makes you feel like you are improving and kept me motivated and engaged. Being time poor with a young family coupled with full time shift work. I love how I can arrive, complete a structured and balanced workout and be guaranteed to be walking out the door 45 mins later. I would recommend F45 Enoggera to anyone.

It’s not often that you can find a gym with trainers that take great pride in being able to greet each member by name as soon as they walk through the door for a session. This was my first experience with the F45 brand and I will definitely be returning to Enoggera whenever in Brisbane next!

I've been a dedicated member of 5 local gyms over the last 12 years - throughout Ashgrove, Windsor, Newmarket and Enoggera - and F45 Enoggera is by far the best. If you tell the team you have a fitness goal, Josh will remember and push you to achieve it. Em will make sure you do it with a smile on your face, and celebrate your wins. Since easing of restrictions, F45 provides me with a safe, clean and healthy environment to workout in. Fantastic experience: I've been to a couple of F45 studios and have found F45 Enoggera to be the best one yet. I started with multiple injuries and had so much support and help from Mike and Kayla and their coaches, Bec and Ellie on sorting me out with alternative exercises while still achieving a high intensity workout. They have also created a comfortable environment within the studio for when you first start and may not be ultra fit or used to the F45 movements... so if you want to give F45 a go but might be a bit self-conscious I would highly recommend F45 Enoggera just because everyone's so cool, friendly and down-to-earth and humble :)

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined F45 Enoggera 6 weeks ago. We love it! We were unsure if this type of training was for us but we haven't missed a day since joining. The workouts are always varied and i love that you simply turn up and the training routine is all set out for you. Mike , Mikalya and the team are super helpful and encouraging. They ensure correct technique when working out and really challenge you to work hard and push yourself. We are already seeing great results with our fitness levels. Mike was also very considerate and flexible with our membership subscription as we didn't want to lock into something long term in case it wasn't for us. Now that we are members and loving it, we will be making this our place of exercise!!!

Fantastic experience: Great workouts, plenty of variation in both exercises and structure. TV screens demonstrate the correct technique for each exercise, but staff move around providing guidance as well.
