Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with my experience! The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, and the staff is super friendly and supportive. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, which makes every workout enjoyable. There’s something for everyone, whether you're into strength training, cardio, or bettering your health. Plus, the community vibe is fantastic— so is the new renovation. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit and have fun while doing it!

The atmosphere is good and has a cool community vibe. All basic amenities available. I would definitely recommend Snap Fitness Gym at Endeavour hills

Fantastic experience: Good service with friendly and very helpful staff members. The manager was very welcoming. Their trainer was very helpful and nice to interact with and provided clear and helpful tips to get the most out of my workouts. It’s a comfortable small gym, with all the equipments needed for a good workout.

Fantastic experience: I usually feel very intimidated by the environment in gyms but Snap Fitness Endeavour Hills made me feel very welcome. The club manager, the personal trainers working there and the community were all friendly and assisted me in times when I felt lost with my diet and exercises choices. I highly recommend this gym for individuals who would like to get on top with their diet and training as help would be provided immediately~~

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. It’s always clean and the staff are amazing. It’s the only place I feel comfortable and motivated to work out in. Owen is also a great PT. He is very professional and knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: The staff were very welcoming, especially the massively built staff member was very nice to me. Showed me great tips on how to do proper warm up technique/stretching and also on my form for different exercises. Small gym with all the equipment you need for a good workout.

Negative experience: very small gym, the staff don't answer the phones very expensive compare to what they have inside.

Shout out to Snap E Hills for being such an amazing gym, equipment always maintained and has a strong sense of community the moment you walk in - no matter you gyming ability you always feel at home! Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for almost 3 weeks now and I can’t stress how much I enjoy working out here. Its a very good beginner friendly environment and has pretty much everything you need. The manager Nick Paez is also very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very nice gym I’d most definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The gym a while ago wasn't very good considering the older managers. But since Nick came up and started managing, the whole gym has improved immensely. Serious props to Nick for giving this gym the love it deserves.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service awful experience, First i was travelling overseas for few months from Now to Jan end so i decided to freeze my membership for that i went to the gym personally and asked the person at the front to Freeze my membership, he said he can freeze it for max three months so i said ok do it and he said its done, but i was still charged for the three months and when i came back from overseas and went to the gym and asked why i have been charged the full amount for three months he asked to give a proof of an email saying that i have asked to freeze my membership for that period so i said ok fine just cancel my membership, when i joined the gym they said the key card is refunded when you cancel your membership and return the card. when i returnd the card he said that is not the policy and we don't return the key card, he said you bought the key card for $70. And also to cancel my membership i have to send another email to the gym saying cancel my membership, or else i would be charged until i send the email, even though i was personally there at the gym to request the cancellation of membership. misleading information provided when joined and unfriendly staff. Otherwise gym is ok.

Positive experience: Ok gym with ok equipment, when not supervised you get certain groups of people whom think it's OK to vape... You'd assume they'd have been spoken to But weeks on end, still happens.

Fantastic experience: Super welcoming and friendly staff, special shoutout to the gym manager Nick. Would recommend for anyone who is looking to change gyms, or sign up to a gym for the first time.

Positive experience: I enjoy going here but a few things that doesnt sit right is that there's only 2 deadlift/squatting area for free weights which isnt enough so i mostly come at night time when its empty and one of the bench press bench doesnt have another hook for safety. the owner is friendly and is polite and they also have a cold water tap

Negative experience: Management very impolite, due to recent knee injury I tried to seek advise on how to correctly use mashines, I spoke to management they me told I need to book private session with personal trainer and pay $50 even I'm a new member with snap fitness. I was told I will get a call back for booking but I waited for 3 days no one botherd to call or even try to make any contact. Their personal trainer 'BRIAN' very rude and unhelpful and irrogant, and refuse to give any help when you ask him. I called different snap fitness, they where so helpful I had one hour with personal trainer for free. Diffintely needs to improve customer service.. 1 star rating is all this place deserves.
