Negative experience: Shoebox, too many fans

Negative experience: On two occasions I have arrived at this 24/7 gym during the weekend daytime to find the door locked - I and the other arrivals have had to commute to another Snap fitness gym

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. Everything is tidy, clean and has a lot of facilities. The guy working there is really nice, helped us a lot and called us to check if we were happy with the service. And the best part: always open

Fantastic experience: Small gym but has all the essential equipment and not very crowded from what I've seen in my nearly 1 year here. The manager Monni is very professional and helpful. There is a warm community atmosphere to this place and I like the digital jukebox they've set up

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad the equipment is finally fixed. Like the cables and leg extensions are so much better and safer. The gym management has also gotten so much better from what it was before. I hope the gym keeps this up.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, equipment is not maintained and they promise one thing to get you to stay a member then reneg but force you to pay for the 30 day notice period. Go somewhere else!

Negative experience: Dirty toilet/sink. Poorly maintained equipment. I was a member a few years ago and recently joined snap again, through another location as I couldn’t get a response through snap Boondall. It has really gone down hill since I was last a member here.

Fantastic experience: Yeah it's a great place to visit any time of the day through out the whole day to relax and enjoy your workout while pumping weights and gaining or your just there trying to lose weight

Fantastic experience: I chose this gym because it was conveniently near by, I stayed because the creche is amazing! I can now go to the gym 5 days a week, with no extra cost for creche. It is a smaller gym but I have never had an issue with completing a work out or waiting for machines.

Fantastic experience: My second home! It may not be the biggest or shiniest gym - however the community feel is better support than you could ever get from the newest equipment. The club manager, pt's and other members become your family who want to see you succeed and do things you never thought possible - like box jumps!

Fantastic experience: Snap Boondall may be smaller in size compared to other gyms but it makes up for that tenfold with the dedication of the staff and the community of members. The classes are always amazing and the knowledge and support of the trainers is second to none. Cant reccomend this place enough, especially Nik and his personal training, his drive and genuine care for his clients is worth its weight in gold.

Negative experience: I now have 3 UNAUTHORISED debits come out of my account after cancelling my membership in August 2017. I still haven't heard from ANYBODY about fixing this matter and there's nobody that ever attends to their phone. I'm now having to resort to cancelling my credit card because of such unprofessionalism and report them to credit authorities. Unbelievably disappointed. This would never happen in Melbourne.

Fantastic experience: Well, I've been a member of snap fitness for about 3 years. I've worked out on and off for about 10. I've been to over 13 different clubs in Qld and WA due to the traveling I do for work. I just had to review this place!! By far the best equipment in any snap I've been to yet. I'm jealous of the lifters that live near this gym. The spacing, the layout and the lighting, all 10/10. The owner here have done a great job. Ps, I don't agree with the other review... seems rediculous that that kind of thing would even happen these day. I've never had an issue.
