Negative experience: They don’t like receiving calls and will yell at you if you have any inquiries. Well now I know 1 place I’m never going back.

Fantastic experience: Very convenient for university students and staff members. The gym is well equipped, though small.

Negative experience: The gym used to be good now is quite crowded and the staff not friendly and would kick u out of if u forgot to bring towels even u almost finish ur workout

Negative experience: I booked Court 2, the email receipt showed Court 2 but their system said Court 5. The worst booking system ever. The receptionist was being extremely rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: The Gym is awful. Old weights, damaged benches, limited handles n bars for the cable machine, and they don't have mats! Imagine that. Everyone's breaking their backs doing crunches on solid floor.

Fantastic experience: Cheap badminton court comes with Monash student, but that court is not recommened for professional competition.

Positive experience: I don't normally post negative reviews but it felt appropriate here. Shockingly bad system for booking courts is the main issue. Multiple attempts at getting a working online account that kept going wrong, week after week going by without any fix, and some of the staff (not all) not being very helpful with this problem. Other places you go online, make an account, book a court, and you're done, it really is quite simple. For whatever reason that's just not the case here. Courts are decent I guess, so at least when we're able to book them it's worth it.

Positive experience: the basket for basketball is lower than the standard basket height. And the three point line is shorter too. The price for students is good though.

Negative experience: Book the badminton courts here and it was poor.. had to set up the nets ourselves. The courts sit tightly next to one another leaving no room for benches to sit on or place our belongings. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: booked a court and after paying they said that only two can play per court and they won't rent racquets. it's totally understandable = covid measures, but why they don't tell you before. I called and the attention was horrible, really bad communication.

Positive experience: Be there on time to get the most out of your one hour session, follow the arrows on the floor, wipe and clean as you go, it's all part of the new experience to insulate your work out experience from the global viral showdown.

Positive experience: Good, well kept equipment and facilities available. However, some male staff can be rude, condescending and have hung up on me more than once when I've called for administration purposes.

Positive experience: Very good classes. Nice and polite staff. Facilities a bit small and outdated, but functional.

Negative experience: Good Badminton courts but recently it became too crowded owing to the kids coming with parents which is kind of disturbing the play.

Negative experience: Played here on Sunday afternoon 25th of April from 1-3pm. Had a good time playing basketball with friends, courts are a bit pricey, but the staff was horrendous. Staff member had attitude, aggression, was threatening and abusive. Monash uni & sport need to seriously reconsider the team placed in customer facing roles. The way he treated students and customers at the facility was unacceptable and requires serious review.

Negative experience: Caufield is very small. If you like paying more than average for and gym that isn’t 24/7 and jam packed during peak times, then I recommend. 1 cable set up, weird uneven peck deck, terrible decline bench that you can’t adjust. The only silver lining is you can go to Clayton, which is really good, with the one membership
