Negative experience: There is a lady who acts like a she is a gym owner and rude when i was using a squat rack. I felt like she bullied me. There are heaps of empty squat racks at the back but she came and wanted to use my rack. (She was wearing red shoes and so messy/curly brown hair looking like 50-60yish). She asked if was using the rack when i was clearly using it, and I even told her that I’m almost finished and I got one more set to go. And also I told her to why not use another squat rack behind? but she refused. She then SAT DOWN RIGHT behind of me and was watching my last set to finish and shaking her head to side to side and rolling her eyes, asking when I finish which was so rude. I wanted to complaint to staff about this uneducated and inpatient lady but the staff was not at the reception. Please tell her to get a life, not interrupting other peoples workout. So pathetic old lady. I won’t ever come back here again. - I went there w day pass before joining and I emailed youguys thanks.

Negative experience: The local staff at Snap Fitness Geraldton seem friendly. However, the company’s upper management is appalling, and I would advise anyone that is choosing a gym in Geraldton to avoid Snap Fitness. Their ‘free trial’ contract is deliberately deceitful, and upon inquiring about my cancellation a state manager aggressively threatened me with debt collectors (payment was not overdue) and patronisingly called me ‘darling’ in an unprofessional, vicious manner. Choose another local gym with approachable management.

Fantastic experience: Chloe has made my past few days of attending this snap fitness really pleasant! I am travelling australia and I always find going into a gym in more built up areas quite daunting and get a bit of anxiety, but she was so polite right of the bat and made me feel welcome here. Super informative and all done with a smile. Can’t recommend snap fitness gero enough

Negative experience: I’ve been at Snap Fitness for about a month now and I’m loving it! The staff is so helpful with introducing you (especially me as a beginner) to the equipment! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Edit: They are fantastic until you want to leave and thus they make it VERY difficult for you and will do anything to get any money out of you. No longer recommend.

Fantastic experience: Would just like to leave a comment about one of your new staff I've recently met after signing my son up with Snap Fitness Geraldton. Maggie was very helpful in helping us as I was worried my son wouldn't be able to work out there (he's 15). The process of signing up and the follow up was awesome as Maggie made it so easy and straight forward and upfront. We love coming to the gym to be greeted by Maggie with a massive smile and hello as we walk through the door.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service I've been waiting for a refund for 3 months after they continued charging me after my months cancellation fees, ignoring my emails, not having staff during office hours, not answering phones or even giving answers to my questions Also a very basic gym not worth the drama

Fantastic experience: Have visited almost daily in the past fortnight. Was very impressed with the large studio which is very well equipped, and lots of fitness class to choose from. Trainers and instructors are professionals, explaining a machine new to me, and all classes I attended were high quality.

Positive experience: I do really like this gym! The management and staff are great and very helpful. They have awesome range of equipment and machines and such a big space to work out in its a great size. I've also only had creepy or weird encounters from other patrons maybe 3x in the whole almost 3 years I've been a member which is really nice tbh. I've also accidentally left quite a few things at the gym such as my phone, headphones towels ect over the years but not once has anything ever been stolen, always handed in or left right where I lost them so that is really just amazing. Only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is sometimes the ladies toilets are quite dirty and smelly, but all in all a really great gym!

Negative experience: Won't be using this gym ever again not only are the staff are completely rude but the fact that I been getting harassed and bullied and tormented by other members when I am trying to workout and mind my own business I so hope this gym goes out of business If you don't do anything about these problems from happening I will have no choice but to take this matter further and make a complaint in writing to the head office and sueing this gym for discrimination And for the experience I had with this gym with the people and the staff and for that I give this gym a very bad rating and bad review.

Fantastic experience: Salutations, I've been attending SNAP Geraldton for approximately 3 years now. I'm a 52 year old stay at home Dad to a now 4 year old boy Toby. To be honest one the original attractions of the fitness centre was the provision of a 'Creche' to enable you to do a workout with peace of mind and uninterrupted time. For any primary care giver this is a much valued commodity, which is in sparse offer at other fitness centres in Geraldton. However, it soon become apparent that SNAP, was not merely 'gym', it was a highly professionally run fitness centre that caters for all of the community and anyone at looking at improving their general health and wellbeing at all levels. From the very beginners, to the novice fitness centre participants, and those more serious about their strength and cardio vascular fitness training., the infrastructure and facilities within physical premises are second to none, it is spacious and well set out with abundant and diverse free weights, fixed strength machines, cardio vascular exercise machines. Additionally there is a plethora of classes facilitated by trained and skilled instructors again to meet the diversity and level of client need and satisfaction, including on-site 'Personal Training' for those that desire one on one experience from weight management, injury rehabilitation to personal strength and fitness goal improvement (which I have engaged myself and can highly recommend). The staff 'Emma, Yasmin and Emily' are also extremely professional, courteous, and always willing to go that extra bit to ensure that clients are can have the the experience they want to achieve for their own needs at SNAP. It's more like catching up with friends when walking through the day rather than just a perfunctory 'hello' and on your way. Always time for big smile and greeting a little chat no matter how busy they are; its part of the experience. Overall the whole 'Fitness Experience' at 'SNAP' Geraldton is wonderful and there is no other centre that comes close to rivelling it in respect to fiscal cost, facilities and professionalism. Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! Always feeling welcome and greeted by Yas and Em at the front desk. Very approachable about anything. The gym is set up in a very functional way with a diverse range of equipment. Classes are always fun and upbeat and pts are very knowledgeable!

Negative experience: Was over billed for 2 payment cycles. Spoke to management who have agreed it was a mistake and will credit the difference back. No action for 3 months. Manager have also ignored subsequent emails. Utterly unacceptable way of handling adult conversation. Will be reporting this to consumer protection.

Negative experience: I don’t think it’s justifiable not to let me have a trial in snap fitness club because I don’t live around that area. I haven’t seen policy anywhere explained I have to live around this area. Shocking and disappointing..

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Geraldton is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need in regards to equipment and group fitness classs, the atomosphere and vibe within the club is awesome. You are welcomed upon arrival by the lovely staff & they always help you when asked. The instructors & creche girls are so lovely, couldn’t ask for a better gym!

Positive experience: (Since writing this review the water fountain has been fixed and the gym is cleaner.) Water fountain always busted, machines always dusty, poor exhaust in male toilet so it's smelly and musty, no paper towels in toilets and floors need better cleaning. I've pointed out these problems to the staff many times before but all I get is "yeah we know" "we are working on it" "it's going to get fixed"
