Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for a few months now, and I have to say, it’s been an amazing experience! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a wide range of equipment for all types of workouts. From cardio to strength training, they’ve got everything you need. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I never feel overcrowded even during peak hours. But what really sets this gym apart is the incredible service from the front desk, especially Amanda. She is always so friendly, approachable, and ready to help. Whether it’s answering questions about membership or offering helpful advice on the best times to visit, Amanda makes the entire experience that much better. She’s truly an asset to the team! Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine in a supportive and motivating environment.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Great valute for money!

Negative experience: Beware this owner!! His loyality is to his pocket and not to the franchise. He increase my rate with no notice when automatically transferring in for using his gym afew time more than the once I signed up to. $5 per week increase is terrible practice, more so after being a member for 4 yrs. And email notice to cancel also doesn’t seem to be enough, despite Australian law outlining this. Facilities are old and less weirdly spaced based off the floor layout, not worth $25 per week. Be aware this owner is out for your $$ and not making the gym an enjoyable place to be, doubles down when you ask for a reasonable outcome, 12 yrs of bad practice beware of Blake and his greed for $$ over service.

Negative experience: 14 year veteran lifter and I've belonged to roughly 12 gyms in my life. I'll try to be as objective as possible. Pros: Equipment is reasonably well maintained. Location is convenient, right by a bus stop. Front desk staff seem nice. Acceptable level of cleanliness, though not great. Cons: The equipment is badly designed. That's mostly the equipment manufacturers' fault but they still chose that equipment. The layout of the gym is poorly done. Equipment overlaps and gets in the way of each other. It's too busy for its size at all times of day. Gym staff will scold you if you don't place a towel on the equipment while using it, which for a lot of lifts introduces instability and is a safety hazard. (Yes I've been scolded). Most importantly: I can't pinpoint what it is, but the atmosphere here is toxic. I've been to a lot of gyms before and have never felt so judged, so self conscious, and in such a bad mood as at this gym. I consider the gym my mental therapy and my church. I go there to relax and decompress and think deeply on things. None of that is possible here. In other gyms I love to encourage ppl and spot them and everything but here it takes almost all of my mental energy just to prevent myself from thinking toxic thoughts. I find myself using every bit of energy and focus I have just trying to get to the end of my workout and cannot wait to leave that place. At other gyms I love being there and don't want to leave. Again, I have tried to pinpoint what it is that makes it feel so toxic but I have no idea, it just is in the air or something.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service and true compassion! I initially had some difficulties with my membership due to health reasons, but I have to give full credit to the owner and management team for how they handled my situation. After providing a doctor's certificate, they not only waived my fees but also went above and beyond by pausing my membership until I recover. This level of understanding and flexibility is rare, and I’m genuinely impressed by their willingness to work with me despite my initial emotional response. What stood out most was the owner’s personal commitment to resolving my case. They took the time to listen and addressed every concern I had with patience and care. It’s clear they truly value their members and want the best for everyone who walks through their doors. This experience has shown me how dedicated they are to not only physical health but also to creating a community where members feel supported and valued. I can't thank them enough for their understanding and professionalism. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares, this is the place! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Literally my favourite gym, everything is always so clean and everything is really spaced out. I have had a couple issues (forgetting my card after hours, losing my card, etc - I am super disorganised lol) and the staff are so kind and so understanding and incredibly supportive. I genuinely do not have anything negative to say, the facility is great and the staff are amazing - I highly recommend this gym!!

Negative experience: when i was signing up the gym,the person who signed me up didn't tell me anything about the cancellation process. after 6 months I had gone to gym for cancellation, reception told me that i got 2 fine due to not letting them know before 1 months, am i a seer , how should i know this process, they are absolutely thieves

Negative experience: They called me to start the gym, they told me that the staff is there to register me at 3.30pm and I was at the gym door at that time and no one opened the door, I waited 15 minutes ringing the bell and calling and no one answered me. At the end a girl from the staff saw me and she didn't open the door for me either. 31/10/23

Positive experience: My partner and I moved into the area and wanted to join a new gym. Disappointing to see that this gym no longer supports Fitness Passport. Other membership options include a $100 joining fee plus $59 for a fob. $159 to join a gym seems pretty steep!

Fantastic experience: Just arrived at the gym to check the equipment and membership.. unfortunately it's a little bit far from me, as I walk everywhere. Otherwise the gym is well equipped and the staff was very nice:)

Fantastic experience: The new renovation is amazing it suits the needs of everyone with such a diverse range of machines. Would love to see the changing rooms get a bit of an upgrade to meet the standards of the rest of the gym and the air-con set to be cooler coming into summer. However, overall a 5/5 gym!

Positive experience: This gym is great if you want a treadmill, but there aren't enough bikes or elliptical trainers. It is clean and affordable but it is small and very crowded on the days I went there. Not amazing, but serviceable and good value.

Fantastic experience: I've just started going here and am so happy I signed up. Front desk staff are really friendly and there's a supportive culture. The gym is really well equipped with separate areas for cardio, weight machines and another area for free weights, TRX straps, even a boxing man! The boxing gloves are a bit whiffy but that's expected, maybe take your own wraps if you're into boxing (I am). You don't have to sign onto a contract, the fees are low ($34 a fortnight). I used a complimentary fitness program which is great, weights program that suits me. There's even a separate room where you can do classes, like yoga, spin etc, on your own, using their video system. I really looking forward to going here. Definitely the best 24/7 gym I've been to). I've tried others, and many different gyms).

Fantastic experience: Ive done alot of research on which gyms to pick and plus fitness has it all its not costly at all each week and they have no lock in contracts! The facilities at this gym are great. But what sets this gym above so many others is their exceptionally friendly staff who consistently bend backwards to accommodate to any issue. They are honest and always put the customer first in particular Amy and Emma who exhibit great customer service. (The rest of the staff are also lovely). To me that makes a gym a happy place to train at.

Positive experience: Thanks team for addressing the issue over mistakenly being penalised 4 weeks instead of 2 week notice for canceling (moving away from the area).

Fantastic experience: Couldn't speak more highly of the team at Plus Fitness Cremorne. They are very attentive and responsive and we've enjoyed being members here for the past 18 months. Great equipment, all the machines and free weights that you need, all very well maintained and clean. There's also a generally good "atmosphere" to the gym and everyone gets along well and shares equipment. Never too busy either. In short, highly recommend Plus Fitness Cremorne.

Positive experience: This Gym has a good range of equipment, plus it is kept clean and tidy. Free weights area is well stock but gets busy quick, so make sure to pick your times well. Would love to see some work done on the change rooms/showers. Tip: Plenty of parking on Parraween St for the morning work out.

Fantastic experience: Gym is clean, nort too busy in the mornings. I've rarely had to wait to use a machine. Two distinct rooms - free weights in one room connected by a short walk to the machines in a separate room. Separate visual cycle room. Showers are clean and neat with plenty of lockers. Easy parking and coffee shop directly under the gym. Across the road to buses into the city for a quick trip to work, or in the other direction to the northern beaches.

Positive experience: A local gym with well-maintained equipments. They have regular kick-boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes and a number of different classes. Not to mention the Roots BJJ instructor is a great and experienced instructor to learn BJJ from and improve your fitness.
