Fantastic experience: Great little local gym. Got the essential equipment and well maintained. Staff are great and friendly. All kinds of people come in and everyone's friendly

Negative experience: I signed up online over a week ago, it said someone will be in contact with me via phone or email to set me up. No one has called or emailed. I’ve called them everyday and no one picks up. Just tried calling again, no answer, no voicemail, no returned call. Not sure if they still exist or not.

Negative experience: Greedy and unprofessional staff, lazy in doing their work. Every time I go in, I never find the manager where he should be, but in the small room with his mobile phone. Before leaving he doesn't even check the gym and whether everything is OK. The gym is very dirty (I think the photos are testimony to that). I discussed this with the manager and he confirmed that it is cleaned every week. I could come back again and I would be 100% sure to find the same dirt (Just have a look at the same machine in different dates). I don't understand how, in a gym frequented by many people, these low levels of cleanliness are acceptable. People have little respect and don't clean the equipment once they have finished using it.

Negative experience: Greedy and unprofessional Staff, lazy in doing their job. I called in the gym and spoke to STEVE regarding freezing my membership as I was travelling overseas and didn't wanted to pay $33/ fortnight for the time I was away. STEVE asked me to write an email requesting the same. I send the email, yet they kept charging me. They charged me for 2 fortnights and when I realised and emailed them, instead of apologising they shamelessly ignored the issue. STEVE is surely not fit to be the manager - given his incompetence in doing a simple task. P.S: At the time of joining I was told that the day you request a freeze, there will be no debits (unless its due the day you are requesting)

Fantastic experience: Great community gym. I really appreciate the work they’ve put in to build a standard of the basics that should come in a gym. Most members wiping equipment down, using towels etc makes it an environment you feel comfortable in. Good quality equipment and an overall nice vibe.

Fantastic experience: I have been member with jetts for several months now, i always enjoyed my workout over here. The gym is always clean and well maintained.The 24/7 access is incredibly convenient which allow me to do my workout on my schedule without any restrictions. Also, membership options are flexible and there is no lock in contracts which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend to anyone to get a membership over Jetts Greenslopes.

Fantastic experience: New equipment, lovely cool air-conditioning supplemented by large fans. Parking 10 meters away with convenient shopping on next level of complex. Manager, Steve lovely fellow, always friendly and provides any advice on exercises etc. Good mix of attendees from teenagers through to 70 year olds.

Fantastic experience: Great sized gym with very convenient parking. The equipment is new and it is very clean. There are also 4 racks as well as a smith machine, which is more than I have found at other Jetts gyms . Amazing quality for the very reasonable membership price. I couldn't recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: What can I say, other than this is a fantastic gym! The atmosphere is inviting, plenty of equipment available and a fresh new look after the recent refurbishment. It is consistently clean and the manager is always friendly and welcoming and only too happy to help if needed. Members are considerate and there is a great community vibe. Parking is a breeze!

Negative experience: I always arrive outside of peak times and still ALWAYS had to wait for machines. Not sure why a thug like patron thinks that 10 - 20min on one machine is acceptable and when you comment you get ABUSED. This particular patron added over 200kg of weight plates on the leg press and walked away knowing I was waiting. Management were oblivious .. I think this gym is more geared for men and way too small. Most of the patrons were very nice. I really had mixed opinions on the staff and management while I was in the gym but very good response with email . People using a towel and cleaning the machines after use is at 50% and hogging machines is a regular. Only positive was the refurb and parking. The gym vibe was really average ,not sure why actually, which made it feel rather boring. I definitely won’t be back . I am now a member of a NEW local health club it’s a bigger more upmarket gym and more suitable to my requirements.

Fantastic experience: The gym here is fantastic, the staff are super friendly and always easy to talk to, as are the other gym goers. The gym areas are always clean and well organised and the refurbishment a few months ago made the gym even better with new equipment.

Fantastic experience: Had everything I needed for a short duration and the staff were welcoming. As a suggestion, I think another power rack and 7ft bar would be a good addition to the gym. Perhaps also more plates. But excellent to have a rack and also a full lifting platform. That is all I need. Good luck to Henri and his career in sports coaching.

Fantastic experience: Gets anywere is good. Greenslopes has a machine that others don't have.And I go there occasionally for that.

Positive experience: I see my trainer at Jetts. It's usually busy and I can rarely get access to a cable machine (most gyms have this problem). It's clean and in a convenient, safe location with easy parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would be improved by another double cable machine (or two).

Positive experience: Equipment is a bit older and worn than most other jetts I have been too. There are no designated Calf raising machines here. Only 1 cable machine. Howver, there is enough room , weights and machines to get the job done. It was tidy and clean so good to job to the staff and members who keep iike that.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym to be a member of! The staff at Jetts Greenslopes are lovely, super knowledgeable and willing to help, making the gym feel inviting and a judgment free zone. Which was great as someone starting out relative new to it all. The new expansion is great with ample of room, and a great selection of equipment for all skill sets. Its always kept clean and tidy, and being open 24/7 makes it super convenient. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My sister and I joined Jetts Greenslopes together and we absolutely love it! The staff are so friendly, approachable and helpful. The gym manager is an absolute legend and makes an effort to really get to know all of the members. The gym is so clean, well run and has a great variety of equipment. Even better, they have recently upgraded the facility and are adding an awesome new space to work out. Very happy and grateful to have such an awesome gym nearby!
