Positive experience: Overall nice gym except if you visit after 2.00 or in the weekend morning there will be absolutely no parking spots available.
Hi NZ, Thank you for providing your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. The issue has been raised with the Manager, who will look into the issue. We do understand your frustration with traffic congestion at times around our center. Fortunately, there is a few extra options with parking near Epping West Park accessible through Grant Cl or Mountain St which is a short walk away from our center. We hope this helps with access to our center, if you wish to discuss this further, please contact the center directly to provide your best details for follow up.
Positive experience: Treadmills are little outdated. Will be great if new (and more) treadmills can be installed.
Negative experience: I recently enrolled my child in this gymnastics class and have some serious concerns about the management and safety practices, particularly regarding the maintenance of order during activities by one of the male coaches. During the classes, there have been multiple instances where children are cutting in line for activities that are meant to be done one at a time. My child has been following the rules and waiting their turn, but other kids frequently cut in front. Despite reporting this issue to the male coach, his response has consistently been "Don’t worry about it." This not only confuses the children who are following the rules but also encourages those who cut in line to continue doing so. In fact, the child who cut in line did it again after seeing the coach's dismissive attitude, confirming my belief that bad behavior is encouraged by lenient management. I instructed my child to tell the coach, "He cut the line twice." The male coach still responded, "Just don’t worry about it." As a parent, I clearly saw and heard this exchange. Although I was very dissatisfied with his handling of the situation, I chose not to question him on the spot to avoid embarrassing him in front of others. There are several serious issues with this approach: 1. Teaching Order and Discipline: It is crucial for children to learn the importance of order and discipline. Without understanding and adhering to these principles, even physically strong individuals can grow up to lack respect for rules and become problematic in society. My child is learning to speak up when rules are not followed, but when the response is dismissive, it sends the wrong message. 2. Safety Concerns: Allowing children to cut in line can lead to accidents. Certain activities and equipment are designed for one child at a time to ensure safety. If multiple children use the equipment simultaneously, it can become overloaded or too crowded, significantly increasing the risk of injury. The club has a responsibility to ensure the safety of all participants. For example, on one occasion, two children were on a piece of equipment designed for one, and this could have easily resulted in an accident. 3. Preventing Conflicts: If the coach does not maintain order, parents might feel the need to intervene, which could easily lead to conflicts and disputes. It is essential for the coach to handle these situations to prevent unnecessary arguments among parents and to maintain a peaceful environment. While I understand that managing a large group of children can be stressful, maintaining safety and order should not be compromised. If a coach lacks the ability or confidence to manage these responsibilities effectively, it might be better for them to seek a role that is more suitable to their capabilities. Constructive feedback from the management could also be beneficial. Additionally, although the gym has some issues such as outdated equipment and unpleasant odors, these are relatively minor and can be tolerated. However, neglecting to maintain order and responding with "don’t worry about it" when a child reports line-cutting is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to address these issues by: - Providing additional training for coaches on maintaining order and safety. - Establishing clear rules and procedures for children to follow. - Encouraging coaches to reinforce these rules consistently. Addressing these concerns is vital for providing a positive and secure environment for all children. I hope these suggestions are taken seriously to improve the overall experience at the gym.

Negative experience: The air con does not work in the main large upstairs and there is a terrible smell in the whole upstairs area and also very hot for the children . There is a new manager that is rude and hard to deal with poor customer service and has no idea about who teaches which classes. I will be cancelling my daughter’s classes due to this. Do not recommend his centre much other better gym classes and options out there.

Positive experience: Most equipment you need and some of the staff are helpful. Probably only 3 for the space and equipment, bumped up to 4 because great options for classes.

Negative experience: Poorly managed building Indoor courts are not been clean, Floors are slippery and due to poor cleaning and players has slipped and injured. Some Bartholomew are not in functional state.

Negative experience: I recently had the displeasure of encountering a service provider with a poor attitude and an astonishingly slow pace in delivering their service. My experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my story. Upon arriving at the establishment, I was greeted by an employee who exhibited a clear lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. Their attitude was dismissive, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. Such a negative demeanor immediately set a discouraging tone for the interaction, and it only worsened from there. To make matters worse, the service itself took an excruciatingly long time to be completed. Despite being the only customer at the time, I found myself waiting for a staggering 20 minutes before any progress was made. It seemed as though the employees were either unmotivated or simply disorganized, as there was no sense of urgency or efficiency in their work. During this extended wait, there was no attempt made to communicate with me about the delay or offer any sort of explanation for the extended timeframe. The lack of transparency and disregard for my time only added to my growing frustration. The combination of a poor attitude and the unnecessarily long wait left me feeling thoroughly disappointed with the overall service experience. I believe that a business should prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide prompt, courteous service. Unfortunately, this particular establishment failed on both counts. In conclusion, encountering an employee with a poor attitude and enduring a 20-minute wait for service was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others who are considering utilizing this service provider, as their lackluster approach to customer service undermines the quality of their offerings. It is my hope that they will take these criticisms to heart and make the necessary improvements to create a more positive and efficient service environment in the future

Fantastic experience: We love Gymnastics classes at YMCA - teachers are always cheerful, passionate and supportive; administrative staff are always quick at responses to different inquires; we have been grateful with the affordable prices with different activities. Highly recommended to friends about their school holiday programs too.

Negative experience: Gymnastics area needs cleaning. You can smell socks from empty shoe racks. Torn pieces of foam scattered around. Gymnastic sections is being neglected.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and good service. Decent courts for basketball and badminton, however parking is extremely limited when there is a class on (which is most days). The floors offer very little grip so quite slippery to play on. Best for casual sports with friends

Fantastic experience: I’ve been part of this dojo since 2003. I and my two sons have started here as white belts and gone onto black belts. In time we have each won national level titles. The consistency and calibre of teachers and students makes this a welcoming yet demanding dojo.
Negative experience: Good programs and gym there, however parking is very limited and the pricing is quiet expensive
Positive experience: Well equipped gym & great staff. There are a couple of mobility parking spaces, otherwise there is only street parking.

Positive experience: This is a nice Multi-purpose sport center. price wise it is not that bad. they have futsal league which is happening every week, not that pro but still good to work out. if u wanna work out with machines, u wont be impressed. it takes about 20 min walk from Eppeing station but, if u have car just two.
