F45 Training Rosebery

Fantastic experience: Huge shoutout to Michael, Jamon and the team at F45 Rosebery! My partner and I have been training there for just under a year now and the reason we absolutely love coming to class is the hype and personal dedication of each of the trainers. Would highly recommend to anyone considering joining :)

The franchise is only as good as the leaders and the team that lead it are exceptional in mindset, quality, knowledge and care for clients wellbeing in the individual process. Thanks Mike for being my coach, and shout out to all the trainers. The flexibility to getting to classes with my inconsistent work hours helps alot. Great vibe, and everyone just gets into their zone. the classes are challenging but worth the effort not sure what the 1stars are about, gotta laugh at trolls who are bored. Especially when clients come from word of mouth. See it and experience it before judging.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at F45 Rosebery for just over a year now and it is the only exercise that I have ever kept up with this consistently. All of the trainers are amazing and feel like good friends now. The whole culture of F45 Rosebery is great and I would honestly recommend it to anyone. No class is the same and I love the variety of workouts. They help to set goals and achieve them and it’s rewarding seeing actual results. If I could give them more stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars because I cannot give more! My journey with F45 Rosebery started almost 2 years ago. Since then, the team, Michael, Ricky, Tam and Shuvam have created a fantastic atmosphere. Not only they are all highly qualified trainers, but they are truly there to help you throughout your journey. I’ve never met a team that put all their effort into making people feel better! I’ve improved a lot since I’ve started F45 Rosebery, I love the team and I love the sense of community created around it.

Fantastic experience: I've been at F45 Rosebery for two months, and it's truly exceptional. Having spent hundreds on personal trainers before, but the results here are outstanding. Managed to drop my body fat ratio to 10 percent. Switching from previous Fitness First was the best decision; I never expected to settle in so quickly. Ricky and Michael, the trainers, are fantastic and make it feel like home despite being far from Melbourne. The vibes, Rosebery community, and results are why F45 Rosebery is so popular – now I fully understand after researching on Google a few months ago. Well done!

Positive experience: It was a good experience, but I was the only participant at the 6am class and that wasn’t the atmosphere I was hoping for. The trainer was solid and I got a good workout, but I wish my atmosphere was better.

Fantastic experience: I decided to join F45 Rosebery because I felt unmotivated training at home. I was bored of the same routine and needed a bit of encouragement. Every session at F45 is different, there's a balanced rotation of cardio and strength and you feel fantastic afterwards knowing you've had a solid workout! Also, the lovely Michelle, Max and the other coaches support you every step of the way. I would highly recommend F45 Rosebery for anyone who’s stagnant in their training - you'll feel stronger, fitter and it will transform your body!

Fantastic experience: F45 Rosebery were a breath of fresh air! Having moved from a previous F45 studio to Rosebery I didn't think I would settle in so fast. Michelle and Max run an awesome studio, made me feel right at 'home' from day 1. I spent a year at the Rosebery studio, and learnt so much from the both of them plus the other amazing and friendly trainers especially around improving my technique and which area of my body each exercise was focused on. I wish I didn't have to move! Good vibes, great trainers and wonderful atmosphere, tunes are on point too!

Fantastic experience: The best F45! Michelle, Max and all the trainers are so welcoming. I joined by myself and always felt supported by them - they are so dedicated too, especially demonstrated during COVID by jumping straight on to bootcamps in the park and then daily live workouts. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend F45 Rosebery enough! Michelle is lovely and made me feel welcome straight away. The other trainers are incredible too and worked tirelessly throughout the second Sydney lockdown to run outdoor classes and zoom classes. They communicate excellently and I always felt comfortable approaching them about my membership. I recently moved to another part of Sydney so had to say goodbye, however, it was so easy to cancel my plan and they were really accomodating due to these uncertain times. If you have wondered about F45, please go to the Rosebery studio - you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Thoughts on Day 1 - wow these guys are really friendly; great atmosphere, fun workout...I'll come back. Fast forward 6 years - Max, Michelle and Coaches have become close and trusted friends. Over the years they've not only pushed me to achieve my fitness goals and become the fittest I've been in 38 years, but also connected and developed life-long friendships. I'm very comfortable in the gym/group training environment, but continue to learn from the Coaches each week. Looking around you will see how focused they are on educating good form while encouraging you to always improve. The vibe in the studio is electric, and through Covid they've continued to energise the Squad online. Sometimes they're more like therapy. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I have been training here for about eighteen months. Love it. Michelle & Max and the rest of the trainers at F45 Rosebery are dedicated, professional, experienced & hard working. The environment is really relaxed and inclusive of all ages and levels (I am 42). The format works really well and there are always alternate exercises for anyone who is starting out or wanting to push a bit harder. Location is great and the shiny facilities are clean, nice & new. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few F45's and other gyms, however Rosebery is something special. Every staff member is committed to your goals just as much as yourself, all whilst in an inclusive and welcoming environment. It's very easy to find yourself training there every day (regardless of how much of a gym person you are) when there's such strong community. Keen to keep kicking goals!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend F45 Rosebery! My overall experience has been fantastic and If your reading this and looking to join a gym, I can promise you won’t be disappointed. Honestly I have trained at a few F45 gyms and left feeling unsure but from the moment I trained here, I felt so welcome and comfortable and knew this was the right gym for me. This F45 is very big in comparison to other F45 gyms and is super modern. Great location and easy Parking which is a plus!! Max, Michelle and all the coaches are amazing and very passionate about what they do. One thing I really appreciate is the fact that they always have two trainers every session and this is something I have only experienced at this F45. The trainers really focus on technique and push me and I honestly feel like my strength and endurance has elevated due to having such great coaches.

Fantastic experience: At first we were unsure about whether we wanted to join F45 but as soon as we walked into the studio we were greeted by the owners Max and Michelle and they made us feel very comfortable. Their energy, enthusiasm and the fact they own and run this studio helped us know they were fully invested. The other trainers confirmed our feeling that this would be a great place to train. They are an amazing group of people who are passionate and energetic. Why else would we willingly be at their 5:15am session!!! Almost 2 years later, we are still there. The classes are great and I found that they always push me beyond what I think I can do! The coaches are equally amazing, helpful and are super knowledgeable! Fantastic experience: Whoever thought I'd actually be wanting to wake up early and exercise? Seriously one of the best things I've done for my health and fitness in years. In only a couple of weeks I started noticing some changes around my mid section and my fitness has increased astronomically. When I show up tired the trainers always help motivate with a friendly smile. The studio is well fitted out and has air con and industrial fans to keep cool during the rigorous workouts. Fantastic experience: Max and Michelle at F45 Rosebery makes exercising fun whether your a beginner or advanced and are very passionate about your goals. It is definitely addictive and challenging and it's the new way to exercise with friends or family. Come on and try it and you will love it yourself and never look back. It has a family feel and they care a lot about the team and we can't forget about the dog Millie, she's always happy to greet everyone as they enter.
