Fantastic experience: Great club! Good layout and nice equipment. Staff are lovely and the gym is always stocked with wipes and amenities etc and is always clean and tidy!

Negative experience: Pretty disgusting that they are going to keep charging me for 30 days even though I've cancelled my membership. Apparently it's written in the contract that you have to give 30 days notice. Oh so you mean on one of the 10 plus pages that you scroll past to get to the signature page? Yea my bad didn't get to read that. At no point was it verbally mentioned either, been going to this gym for years but honestly so disappointed with this policy.

Fantastic experience: I nice gym with lovely staff everyone there is very supportive and friendly and the gym itself is small but has everything needed and still feels spacious. Everything is always clean. It's a nice gym overall. :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym the staff are so friendly and always answer my random questions with a smile. It's always clean. Even the cleaner is super friendly It's a good size so that it doesn't overwhelm you. Before I had wheels I would go the extra mile on the bus just to come to this one even at night. Mirrors are always clean , beauty bar is never ran out. Over all I'm so happy here. Highly recommend ❤️

Negative experience: Came in today to sign up myself and my wife for memberships, wife was told she still owed money from another anytime after they didn’t cancel her membership after she told them to. Was told she had to pay even after they where told this was incorrect and was an admin error on there behalf, they refused to wave the fee so we walked out NEVER TO RETURN !!! So after all that your still not getting the $70 and you just lost 2 memberships LOL LOGIC complaint forwarded to head office ✔️

Negative experience: Age discrimination was told to leave because i was 15 and not 16 so because I was 15 im not allowed to get fit stupid i should be allowed to be fit and I came in as a guest

Negative experience: Not bad while you're using them, however. If you try to cancel your membership, they'll keep charging you for a month after canceling. And when I originally tried canceling over the phone, they persisted and tried getting me to freeze my membership after I asked to cancel 3 times. The gym itself is fine.
Fantastic experience: Enjoy the gym staff very friendly, usually very receptive when reporting equipment problems. Only issue I have with the gym is music to loud, a lot of members have there own listening devices, not against the music, volume could be turned down a bit.

Negative experience: To expensive and won't let you update how much you pay to their new price even though you are a 3 year loyal member.

The Munno Para club has relocated and expanded, new equipment purchased, more member value added through the workouts app (free to all members), rewardle to gain points each visit for merchandise gifts, more clubs opened locally for convenience, etc... in that time has your price ever increased? If you are unsure of any additional benefits of your membership, we highly recommend that you speak with club staff to help you set this up and use your membership to it's full potential. Fantastic experience: Love this place. Mrs goes shopping and picks me up on her way out. No stress for both, she can shop in piece
Negative experience: From the beginning I was disappointed. The trainer showed a distinct lack of enthusiasm. The next time I went I was mortified trying to remember how to use a machine that it turned out was not working. Being under contract I kept paying. Recently I requested to just pay a holdover fee and guess what.. they continue to debit full fees.
