Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! It's an excellent value for money and ticks all the right boxes for me. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, always making you feel at ease. They even offer loyalty discounts, which is a great bonus. The gym itself may be small, but it has all the necessary equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. What I really appreciate is how well-maintained and clean everything is. Plus, it's never crowded—especially in the mornings, which makes for a peaceful and focused workout environment. The convenience of being open 24/7 is a game-changer. With access through a tag, I can work out whenever it suits my schedule. And the ample parking space makes getting there hassle-free. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to work out!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about joining a gym but I’ve had the best experience at XFC with Ash, she has been so welcoming and supportive in my fitness journey. I couldn’t give higher praise to Ash, she’s the best personal trainer and truly cares for her clients! If you are thinking of joining XFC do it, it’s the best thing I did! The gym is perfect for me and it’s not expensive at all, everyone I’ve encountered here has been absolutely lovely!

Fantastic experience: Xfc gym is incredible! I have been going to xfc gym for a few months now and I can’t say enough good things about it. The facilities are always clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need for a great workout whether you are into cardio, strength training or mixed martial arts. What I appreciate the most is how welcoming the atmosphere is- no matter your fitness levels or experience, you are treated with respect and kindness. The cleanliness is outstanding and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I was bored of attending health club franchises playing boring music and promoting a mediocre atmosphere, so I decided to become a member at XFC Noble Park. This gym has an old-school vibe, is compact, but has all the equipment you’ll need. The owner and staff are friendly, and since the new ownership, there's been a noticeable improvement in equipment maintenance and hygiene. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Fantastic experience: Not only XFC but any gym is for training not for time wasters or whingers who complain of no staff presence. Its you who gonna sweat not the staff and the staff is there in the morning not 24 hr. I been coming to this gym on & off for past 12 years. Yes they got bit outdated stuff but look what you actually paying weekly here. A person who want to train can train on these machines too. Definetely need some upgrade but best and cheapest gym for people who want to sweat for gains

Negative experience: Over charged me for two weeks after i cancel my membership, did that 30 days thing they told me. Didnt refund me.

Negative experience: I was waiting outside for about 20 minutes. I looked inside and there was no available staff, hence calling them too. Overall, this wasted my time and service was poor.

Fantastic experience: I want to workout and lose weight

Positive experience: Cheap, like really cheap (hence 3 stars), good for basic free weights and that's it. The rest of the equipment is average or busted, place is fairly dirty. Staff are little hit and miss most of the good stuff don't last. It's also turning into little Mumbai. But hey you get what you pay for in the end and for the price it's fair.

Negative experience: Good value for money, staffing is very nice but the gym is small, and outdated. The boss very is rude and sarcastic.

Positive experience: Small gym, not cramped just small. No one returns weights, some dumbbells aren't re-racked. Although these are problems with the clientele rather then the gym. Has a good range of machines and free weights. Doesn't have a large space for stretches. Definitely more of a utility gym rather than a social gym.

Positive experience: Small but good for the price you pay. 299 for the entire year. Well equipped for a small gym. It is decent and not too over crowded. 24/7 open for convenience. Very concerned about hygiene and have provides sanitiser through out the gym. Have even seen glen20 bottles on the counter. Provides free lockers and the toilets are dercent with showers. Unfortunately the gym is a little old and needs a bit of TLC. It is not the most fashionable or the cleanest place. The air vents are full of dust, one of the smith machine has been broken for some time. The water fountain has never worked properly and doesn't seems to be getting attended to. No real space allocated for stretching. These are all improvements that can be made with minor effort.

Positive experience: Get what you pay for. Has pin machines, cardio and weights, staffed hours are weird.

Negative experience: Hygiene is an issue Some Members refuse to wear deodorant Machines are regularly broken or falling apart I have 6 months left on my membership and I’m not coming back because of it, The membership prices are very cheap tho so I’ll Give them that

Negative experience: Dear Friends/Colleagues, I would like to share about XFC Gym’s rude staff behaviour towards myself and my friend while I was recommending it to my friend (Princess Highway). I have been an active member of the gym for this gym, and today I went to the receptionist and requested her for trail form which allows mates to try the gym before joining in. she refused trial and suggested to join, however he can wait for me in the gym while having his runners on and gave me a form to fill. While I was filling the form, the gym’s boss came in and enquired his receptionist as to what is the matter, once he found out from her about my friends stay in gym till I finish he was very rude to his staff while shouting “NO WAY” He can’t get in unless he pays. His unprofessional behaviour as a boss, made me uncomfortable as I was trying to help my friend and his gym, meanwhile I was expecting him to solve the problem as well as appreciate my efforts as a loyal member of the gym assisting his business to grow.

Positive experience: Nice local gym. Very cost effective. Usually busy in evenings which is normal. After 9 PM nice and quiet.

Fantastic experience: Having had treatment for a cardiac event recently, on medical advice, I wanted to resume visiting a gym, after a long time. With that in mind, this morning, I visited three local gyms, and it so happened that XFC Noble Park was the third. I experienced great customer service here (the staff member is Jade, if it is ok to mention names), compared to the arrogance and coercing I received at the other two places. Jade was so kind to give me a tour of the gym, and show the available facilities. I signed up with XFC straight away, and had a work out immediately. So satisfied that I wanted to write this, soon after returning home.

Positive experience: Good gym. Good new gear. As a customer: can your guys in counter not play overly loud music, add free Wi-Fi, would be good for your staff to not interact too much with specific customers (looks like friends) as this is conflict of interest and it makes other customers feel like we don't matter - need to exhibit a measure of professional distance to provide equal customer service - still good to be friendly to all customers but without creating special social clubs (Read up on advice about best practices).

Negative experience: Horrible staff experience. Would not recommend going. Was almost refused entry for not bringing a towel (first time I have ever been), then staff kept walking up to me during the workout and telling me to put weights back - which I did not use.It is a shame considering the gym was set up decently with music to go with it, would not reccomend going - in2fitness or anytime fitness is down the road.
