Fantastic experience: A great overall gym to train in! The equipments are kept clean and in great conditions. Not too pack, always able to find a machine to use. Many of the staff there, like Josh, is also very friendly!

Fantastic experience: Started training here around 3 weeks ago. 100x better than any gyms in the cbd (where i used to live) Friendly and helpful staff / community, great location next to the station. Only thing i wish was there was 24hr option for the night owls.

Fantastic experience: Started training here knowing no one in the area 2 years ago. Since then I’ve met some of the most accepting and motivating people ever. My drive to train and progress for myself became second nature and the variety of equipment allowed me to always be able to do what I need with my advanced splits. The staff will make you feel like family and are always there to ensure your visit/membership is worthwhile.I moved from the area a couple weeks ago and have since had to cancel for now due to transport issues but the environment and people already have me planning to come visit.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Noble Park Next Level Fitness for a few years now. I have found the gym to have a great community feel and the staff to be really helpful and friendly. There is a lot of space at this gym with a large variety of equipment. It has been the most successful gym I have attended in my life, keeping me attending regularly which can be difficult at times. Thanks for the ongoing support.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly. But the toilet always dirty . Need to replace new some dumble for safe to use everyone . !

Negative experience: Took our kids with to the gym. Staff behind the counter never said hello to them. Advertised as NDIS provider however the staff have zero experience working with children with special needs. Last time I brought the kids two of the staff members were laughing at the kids as they were exercising. I have zero idea how a business that is based on promoting a healthy lifestyle thinks anyone trying to better themselves is funny. Let alone laughing at kids with special needs. Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: All staff are personal trainers, they have a wealth of knowledge to share and have a personal interest in fitness. Patrons here are pretty nice as well, better than most large branded gyms. Price is very fair, compared to other gyms in the area. The gym has a good varierty of equipment, could do with some updating.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym in the area, with great equipments and the best crew , especially BIANCA , one of the best PT who is always helping everyone with warm and welcoming smile , very approachable and easy to work with. She is running the gym with her enthusiasm and giving amazing fit 45 classes. Now taking personal training from this wonderful lady . Always looking forward to come in to see and work out because of her amazing skills to motivate her clients and other @ gym . Highly recommended BIANACA. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for nearly 10 years now. Literally the best gym I ever went to, and I've been to many. Eyad is a fantastic trainer and I learnt a lot from being trained by him. Nowhere near as busy as it used to be. Very friendly atmosphere with staff and other gym users. Manager Kylie always pleasant and welcoming at the front desk. Highly recommend this gym for anyone thinking about finding a new gym.

Negative experience: Absolutely ripping people off in these uncertain times. Lodging a complain to ACCC with regards to billing. I recieved a notification in March via text that the gym was closed UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The gym did not provide any notification about reopening and started charging payments from 12th November. When I asked them for a refund for the period which was charged without any notification the manager Micheal was extremely rude, saying 'I shouldve known the lockdown ended' and if 'I wasnt calling to ask for a refund was i'. Extremely rude and downright unprofessional.

Negative experience: They are ripping people off, once you join them you wont stop paying even you are not on a contract. Please be careful about your money They sent this email during the pandemic and I selected option C and they are still charging me and giving me lame excuse. Please don't go to them right now they are money hungry and will definitely trap you.

Positive experience: A good gym with everything needed to train. Toilets could be cleaned more often and I wouldn't shower in the change rooms. Have lots of signs about putting weights back on the racks. Some men look like they are taking steroids and great to see people training for competition. Great range of classes. Staff very friendly overall. No dials work on rowing machines. Equipment upgraded recently. Open day was fun with some free food.

Positive experience: I am really disappointed with this gym. I called two months ago to cancel my membership and they said that it was all done. I look at my bank account today and find out that they are still taking money from it. I called the gym and Michael was able to find a solution to it and get a refund.

Negative experience: AVOID! the place is too crowded and dirty. staff are completely rude and provide no service. Once your membership is finished, they have all kind of ridiculous rules to charge you more money before letting you go. never heard of the policy 30 days cancellation notice even when your membership already finished. Worst experience ever!
