Fantastic experience: Great place to get your workout done Adequate equipment, friendly staff, great group classes, seperate women's only area. Good atmosphere, not as loud and high energy as other gyms. I like working out here

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever been to! From the get go I was made to feel welcome, supported and guided. I’m very new to going to the gym and as a plus size person I’ve had some not great experiences at other gyms in the past. The classes, trainers and vibes are amazing

Positive experience: Gym is well equipped, great staff, change rooms etc are clean. Big group fitness room but really limited range of group fitness classes.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Try to cancel but they don't let you then continue to charge you and cannot admit to their error. Don't reply to emails nor do they communicate well with you. Just continue to say the same thing over and over again. Stay as far away as you can

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to this Gym. The staff are lovely and the wonderful ladies in the Creche are patient, kind and understanding, making it easier to leave my daughter with them. The ladies only area is an excellent feature. The gym has a welcoming, judgement free energy and is clean, spacious and has plenty of equipment. Some equipment may be a little worn but that is the only thing I could pick on. Highly reccomend- especially for the ladies! :)

Gym equipment is well maintained Staff knowledgeable and friendly able to approach and get assistance when needed and have always helped me. Love that it’s a family business. If you don’t like all of the above join any of the franchises I’m sure they won’t remember your name or what’s happening in your life

Fantastic experience: The workers are amazing and it doesn't matter what size you are you feel welcome it's affordable and I have a pt and he is amazing at his job and he makes you feel welcome and he's funny but this place is amazing

Fantastic experience: I've always loved attending here. Its quiet and personable. There are group classes run during the week and a women's area for those who are a little gym shy. Plenty of machines and space. Great staff.

Positive experience: Excellent gym, great staff. Classes are top class. Some of the equipment is a little old but it makes no difference, it all works well and weight is weight. Highly recommend classes with Tanja, Julia and Leanne, haven't tried anyone else yet.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. The atmosphere and friendly staff make this place always welcoming. Ladies have their own gym space too, for those who prefer some privacy. First gym I actually WANT to go to.

Fantastic experience: Good free weights area, lots of machines, fitness classes, cardio equipment, on site physio and I think childcare. Friendly staff, and there's a women's only room that my partner sometimes uses when she goes.

Fantastic experience: Very well priced. Nice clean functioning equipment. Not a lot of class variety and run times but I would expect that from a smaller gym. I actually prefer it as it's a bit quieter. Bathrooms need a bit of maintenance but they are clean and tidy, so what more could you want for a low weekly cost. Trainers are friendly and approachable. Women's specific training area.

Negative experience: Incredibly disappointed! The gym is cheap per week which is fair as from the short unhelpful tour I was given during sign up you could see the gear is old and dated. The staff are extremely unhelpful just plain uninterested to be honest. I signed up on a Monday and cancelled on tuesday. When o signed up it was for a 24hr gym I went to go on tuesday at 530 couldnt get access and hence cancelled, still had to pay $50 cancellation and when I emailed to cancel and then again to confirm cancellation they couldnt even reply to my emails, I have since rang to discuss this with them and a mater of charges refunded and cancellation waived which I am unhappy with outcome so have since lodged a complaint with department of commerce, I can not recommend this gym and I am utterly disappointed in every aspect from customer service to quality.

Negative experience: Okay gym at best, dated equipment and trainers pretty nonchalant about helping. Top it off fixed contract you can't leave unless you move or have medical condition, not a great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Happy with the gym as there isn’t the gym junkies kissing their muscles every time they pass a mirror. If you are looking for a gym that treats you like family and is more relaxed then this is for you.

Fantastic experience: I work evenings and nights and love popping in on my way home. Good vibe in there and very friendly staff. Love supporting a local business as opposed to the "franchise" across the road.

Negative experience: Over priced for what you receive. Equipment needs updating. Staff seem friendly enough, but not very motivating for PT. Need to restyle the whole concept to encourage beginners. Not worth the $$$ for membership.

Negative experience: Dont wana stay but cant leave - feeling caged forced to pay for a service a can barley use.

Negative experience: Wouldn't waste my time and money with this mob. Poor service, no communication. My personal trainer had been left 3 weeks before anyone called me. Oh, and make sure you read ALL THE FINE PRINT before you sign any contract, there are lots of conditions, and apparently, you cant cancel......!
