Negative experience: They don't understand customer service.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would!, Absolutely awful customer service experience, I was trying to enquire and she cut the phone on my face and I called back and didn't answer, so rude and unprofessional! and then calls back and doesnt apologise says Iam a sad person! great customer service! what gives you the right to cause distress to someones mental health!

Fantastic experience: Tbh fitness republic in my opinion is one of the best gyms out there. Especially for beginners I would 100% recommended fitness republic. Really nice staff and gym community, and also the equipment is good. At times I would see them constantly getting people in to check up on the equipment and they listen to their community if an equipment is breaking down.

Negative experience: Really bad cleanliness.. washrooms stink. not worth the pay.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitness Republic Merrylands last year and it’s been a great journey. They offered many classes throughout the week which is inclusive in the membership. Amazing right!The functional and abs classes are pretty intensive and worthwhile. The instructors are really nice and supportive too. They have many cool features like great equipments, a separate room for women and yoga classes too‍♀️. The only drawback was they only had 2 branch.

Negative experience: I've been at this gym for over a year now, at the start they were strict on making sure you re-rack weights,use a gym towel,no tailgating, wipe your machine down but now it's like who cares about all that stuff. During peak hour (5pm - 8pm) good luck trying to get on a machine or a power rack, gym equipment jammed next to each other and its just sometimes a total mess,while some people do the right thing others just blatantly ignore all the rules

Fantastic experience: Fitness Republic Merrylands is an Incredible gym with an immaculate vibe, everything about this gym hits home and I highly suggest coming to this gym if you want a friendly supportive community.

Positive experience: Small but not bad at all. Had some good machines which got me through a leg session. For sure will go again at some point. Might even become my gym full-time in the future.

Positive experience: Nice, healthy & friendly weather. No tailgating, No attitude, No bad behavior. After evening the gym become busy & noisy Very hard to concentrate but after 9 pm everything is calm. morning time is the best time to work out. For students it's very affordable.

Negative experience: I truly enjoyed the gym when it first started and after 4 years at the gym had some things coming up so I need to cancel my memembership. If members of gym come to discuss certain matters and if you had a bad doesn't give you the right when clearly I've never cause any trouble from the beginning

Positive experience: Pros: -Relatively clean and tidy -Heavy dumbbells and wide selection of machines -Convenient location -Pretty cheap compared to neighbouring gyms Cons: -Tiny free weight area -Machines are crammed together, you can hardly move in between or load/unload. That's especially annoying when it's crowded. Gym area could be utilised better. -Hardly anybody uses a towel, and the staff don't seem to mind it as they walk around and not say anything

Fantastic experience: Holy moly, this is by far the best gym I have ever been to! No exaggeration! The good environment and awesome vibe from the staff members really bring the place alive. They provide extraordinary customer service and state of the art advanced equipment. But wait...THERES MORE! The layout and is simple and easy to get around and the place is very clean and hygienic. Good location near the train station and Strickland shopping centre. A lots of parking available near by.
