F45 Training Kelmscott

Fantastic experience: The coaches make workouts fun!! I enjoy every type of workout, cardio is my favourite. Laughter is definitely encouraged and helps get through the tough parts. My partner really enjoys F45 and he is someone who has never previously been to gyms or exercised.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few F45 gyms before, Kelmscott is by far my fav. The atmosphere and the variety + knowledge of the coaches is handy. This place has become my second home ahah. Thought i would give it a good go in November, Never looked back. Come in for a trial!! Maybe this is the group/ circuit workout for you. ☺️

Fantastic experience: I tried to get into a regular fitness routine on my own but never got going. I joined F45 Kelmscott 3 weeks ago and love it. The classes are fun and just what I needed.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym. I have been coming here for years and it has a great atmosphere. The coaches are great especially Darren who goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and keeps you working hard when you are about to give up. Highly recommend trying it out :)

Fantastic experience: Sending in another review because i am that happy with the trainers. Community and vibes. All the trainers are tentative and ready to help when you need. Answers are always responded to with speed when you message. I really enjoy coming to this centre!

Fantastic experience: I joined the F45 challenge as I was disgusted with the way I looked and felt. I’m turning 60 next year and wanted to get my fitness back and rid my body of the unhealthy fat I had let creep and expand all over my body. I have done 10 sessions , the challenge started on 25/10/21 and finishes 8/12/21. I was really nervous as I knew what I was in for!! True to form I could barely walk for the first week but I feel great now and can’t believe I am getting up most mornings at 5.20am for a 6.50am class!! Those that know me will confirm I don’t do mornings!! Well I do now I am loving the classes and the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable always trying to urge you on. I love the diet plan and can’t wait to see the end result - if you have turned into a couch potato join F45, and start your fitness/health journey. Every single member I have been buddied with have been so friendly. As Nike say Just Do It !!!
