Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness Secret Harbour is a really great gym! I always feel comfortable training, other members often make eye contact and are friendly and there are no egos! I feel comfortable sharing equipment or approaching another member if unsure I can share or superset. The staff are friendly and kind and it’s a really positive place to be!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility that is modern and has a vast variety of equipment to cater for all. This is especially helpful during busy periods so there are not those longs waits to the equipment you want. Staff are friendly and helpful and approachable which makes a change from the last few gyms I was a member at. Always willing to help out and answer questions Great community vibe with the other members as well with no obvious egos and gym stereotypes that put people off from going. Will highly recommend this gym to all my family and friends.

Negative experience: Great gym but their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. Was a member of anytime in QLD for 2 years, but still had to pay $160 for 2 fobs to trial the gym twice. Asked for a good price to become a member and just couldn’t come up with a price for 2 people. Have since actually asked for what their deal was on membership, to be told ‘there are deals coming up, we’ll call you’. Still no call to get signed up. Partner has now left messages twice to get membership & no return call. I don’t think I’ve ever tried so hard to get a gym to take my money ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to work out with friendly and helpful staff. If fact, one day when my unicycle broke down on the side of the road, one of the friendly staff pulled over and offered to help me repair the wheel. I mean I can repair the wheel myself, as I am rather resourceful, but its the thought that counts. Also last school term, one of the ever so helpful staff members guided me through some rather complex Algebra equations which I was struggling with.....how good is that !!!! oh and one last thing before I go, they also have the hottest staff on the planet...........the END.

Fantastic experience: Glad I chose Anytime Fitness Secret harbour. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greated with positive happy staff. Lee and Dawn and Claire the trainers are amazing and the range and number of classes are awesome. Berney and the ladies in the crèche are amazing with the kids. Gym is always clean and equipment is available when I need it for my sessions no waiting for a long time . Keep up the awesome work guys

Fantastic experience: Secret Harbour AF has been the most positive gym experience I have had. From Kelly at the desk to each of the class instructors. Getting fit has been fun. The people who attend the classes are so friendly that I felt part of the group from the start. Really sorry to be saying goodbye to an exceptional gym.

Negative experience: Good size but lack of staff in the evening has contributed to an unsafe environment with members not wearing appropriate footwear (sockfeet or sandals) no towels, not wiping things down after use, horsing around pushing and shoving each other around the equipment, monopolizing equipment and just generally contributing to an atmosphere that is uncomfortable and feels unsafe. I will be seeking an alternative rather than renewing membership.

Fantastic experience: Massive gym floor with a wide variety of machines and double ups of the popular ones. Separate mezzanine core deck, spin and group fitness rooms. The staff are super friendly and there is a real buzz in the air when you walk through the doors. I have never been to a better gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a part of this amazing club for some time. I love the atmosphere and the friendly family feel this gym brings. There is no other gym I would go to other than AF. It’s cleanliness and equipment is beyond any other gym I’ve ever been too. It’s friendly desk staff as you walk in is always willing to help with everything. Their support and encouragement is beyond. They have a massive group fitness timetable for everyone to try out and all their instructors are very well qualified and always bring their game for everyone. This Gym is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: For someone with some serious anxiety and despite the machines looking scary (but super easy to use) Anytime is such a fantastic place! Its got all sorts of equipment and classes from just doing this because to taking it uber serious; bang for your buck for sure. And the staff are so friendly it's like a big family :)

Negative experience: They keep on charging my account despite having left over a year ago. I am going down today to sort it out again. Grrr not happy

Fantastic experience: This is my local gym. A very well appointed gym with excellent machines which feel ergonomically comfortable and functional. Spin and rpm classes are a highlight with top instructors. Free weights are ample, tidy and well positioned. This gym is also nice and warm which I like, plenty of fans for cooling if needed and a ducted air con system. Parking is plentiful due to rear car park and shopping centre car park accross the road. There is also a free freshen-up station for extra sweaty patrons and towels and disinfectant for wiping down machinery after use. Toilets and showers are clean and spacious. Staff and manager are friendly and helpful. Overall a very good gym with all the equipment needed for body building, getting into shape or just cardio sessions whatever suits your needs.

Fantastic experience: Always a great place to train, even after a month off many familiar smiling faces checking in to see how i'm going. Great atmosphere (even in winter). Plenty of knowledge and help when required. Just a great place to train, no egos, no grumpy bums just get in and get the job done. :)

Fantastic experience: Not the cheapest gym but not the most expensive either. Ive been going to this gym for a few years now and have tried many other gyms in the area and this is still my favourite. The staff are friendly and dedicated to keeping the gym in top shape. Very clean and well maintained machinery. Nice vibe inside, reletively compact space but its rarely overpacked. Its a nice size in my opinion. Something I dont like is the music played is limited and I've heard it all many many times. Needs to include all spotify songs instead of a limited selection or at least a much much wider selection. But apart from that, great gym. Even out of all the other anytime fitnesses I've been to.

Fantastic experience: Always clean, always welcoming. Staff notice when you’re making health improvements and are very encouraging. The best Zumba instructor in the area!! Super fun, love all the class options.

Negative experience: Worst company...do not join here. They wont give you your inclusions, wont abide by their exit clause. Terrible service
