Positive experience: Staff are great. But the gym needs an expansion. Pull ya finger out anytime fitness

Fantastic experience: 5 out of 5 for the gym and staff but worst for the music choice. Gym should have more hiphop and pumping music. I always have to put on headphone even when i am alone because of boring music. There should be a option to pause music i guess.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended gym ticks every box. No joining fee or locked in contracts, Affordable/cheap as chips. Free classes Through out the week. Friendly staff, clean never over crowded considering the size of the gym. Plenty of free parking.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Anytime Fitness. This gym is like no other gym I have been too. The trainers, staff are lovely and always so welcoming. The gym is always clean, and the people are friendly. I used to find the thought of the gym so daunting, and never understood how people were 'gym junkies', but i totally get it now thanks to Anytime Fitness Belmont.

Positive experience: Great gym, super clean and well set out. Staff and the pt are super friendly and enthusiastic. Not for advanced gym users, if you're a beginner or casual then it's perfect. Good size classes and everyone is having a great time. Largest dumbbell is 40kg, 2 squat racks. They have made excellent use of the available space.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, brand new easy to use cardio equipment, really good showers, and very cheap. I pay $13 a week with no joining fee or locked in contract ect. Cancel anytime. I'm quite impressed :)

Negative experience: Really bad customer service. I emailed gym to cancel my membership No response I called 2 days later a lady picked and made sure it ll be cancelled. I checked they deducting money every week. I had to go to gym to talk about cancellation she said you have to reply yes or no if u giving your membership to someone. I believe i sent them email to cancel but they still asking if u giving your keyfob to a friend and reply with yes or no. Then they can cancel. I suggest all my friends dont sign up there as they will rip you off. Thank you

Positive experience: It’s a small and compact gym but works perfectly with my busy life. Plenty of parking available. Free classes with no bookings requirement is a bonus.

Negative experience: I started the membership here 5 months ago, I can't tell too much experiences about equipments because I moved to other suburb shortly afterwards, so I only went to gym few times, it is a quite small gym does not have big space compare to good-life, DIY fitness or any other gym I went to. However, the biggest issues is super hard to cancel your membership when you try to do so, 1- there is a lock contract only allow to do so after a period of time, it would be few months. 2- fob key is not refundable which is $70, my previous gym DIY only charged me $20. 3- there is a 30 days notice period and you have to continue pay for the next 30 days. I have no idea how other people think about it, I personally very unhappy about their policies and I believe anytime fitness knows most of people won't read all paperwork just for setting up a gym membership.

Fantastic experience: From the first moment I stepped through the doors I was met by Trevor who was awesome. Hey has a real passion for the gym and the lifestyle which shines through in the easy manner he dealt with me. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to working out and all was put at ease. Also the fact that I can go in at 430-5 am is fantastic for my working lifestyle. Can't wait to get in shape and fit

Fantastic experience: Tidy and friendly team. Equipments always clean and ready for use..

Negative experience: The shower had no shower head.. the lack of curtain says this isn't likely to be fixed soon. No free weights area or lifting platform either.

Fantastic experience: Best free class. Class content changes all the time. It offers great workout and fun. Lovely team give constant support and push to your practice. Everyone is so nice. Feel like at home.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a must if you want to shed some pounds or load on some muscle, with top of the line equipment that is kept very clean. Staff are also friendly and keen to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Positive experience: Decent Little gym, had a bad experience though because there were already 2 people waiting to use the single squat rack so didn't get to use it. Not a fan of gyms with only one squat rack.

Negative experience: I have been trying to unenroll for 3 or 4 months now . They haven't sent the forms they said they would send. and answered there phone for the first time in 2 months or so today. And I have lost alot of money BC of this. They also claimed to have transfered me to a new gym so I could do it there but lied about the whole process

Negative experience: do not and i repeat do not sign up for anytime fitness all they want is your money. they don't care if your bank account goes into the negatives because you're living off a little money all they care about is the money that they get. staff don't respond to emails and are extremely unprofessional in handling queries, basically what im trying to say is go to a different gym that will treat you with respect as a member. worst gym in WA FIX YOURSELF ANYTIME FITNESS I AM EXTREMELY UN HAPPY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES TO ANYONE!!

Negative experience: Hi I came in during staff hours and waited for someone to help but there was no one there

Negative experience: It’s the worst customer service handling with membership fees and freezing the account. I spoke to them on the phone I am not using my membership until COVID-19 sort out but they still charging during that time as well. Last time I also explained that but still no reply in weeks and they still kept charging like seriously Very poor service. And they are not admitting their mistakes as well. So they are not even taking that unfairly charged fees away from. Finally decided to Not to go back to that gym again Never ever. We are all suffering from financial crisis but that doesn’t mean that you charged people without their permission and consent.

Negative experience: I was charged 7 days after I emailed a freezing request, I send another follow up email to asking help with the issue? Still no answer, I called the Gym to solve the issue and here is what I got: • Non being able to refund $59.8 which was taken out “by shop mistake” As an unhappy customer I decided to cancel membership instead of freezing, and she said: • I need to pay one month cancellation fee and they are not even able to consider the faulty withdrawal as a partial of cancellation fee! • Also, If I cancel my membership they are not able to refund the tag money (as we thought it’s possible while joining the gym the first day) After no solution for their mistake, she suddenly said bye and hanged the phone while I was asking “when I can hear back from you if you talked with owner?” I send another email and said I can leave a google review but instead wish you can solve the issue with the owner, now 5 days passed and still no reply! The guy there was very nice when we meet but so disappointed with the lady who answered the phone with no wiling to help at all

Negative experience: I asked to freeze my account, their policy is to not charge if you ask to freeze our account. They Charged me and when I asked to refund, they said, we missed your email and that money is gone our policy is not to refund any money. If you charged me wrongly without my permission, That's your fault. I'll chase this up tomorrow with customer protection, but just wanted to put a review so everyone knows what sort of people people you are going to deal with if you join them

Negative experience: Terriable/poor customer service. I have called and e-mailed to have my gym membership cancelled after i was charged incorrectly, waited for weeks with no reply. And have been charged again. With my sign up i got none of the body scans or any information about online training/coaching. And i didn't receive the 2 weeks free. I paid for the key/fob which isn't refundable. To be honest if i could give a 0 star rating they would get it. Also i see some other people have had the same experience as me. It's a very small gym and smells. Air conditioner isn't that great on a hot day. Then to top it of today i get an email to say im in a contract and still owe over $500 when i joined i said i wanted a casual membership because i work away for long periods of time. These guys are snakes in the grass beware.

Negative experience: Small gym, not much machine sometimes long wait for equipment , bars and bench, also if you want to do heavy dead lifts last time I was suggested to hold the weight and it shouldn't touch the ground because if it's bangs on the floor weight can get serious damage and which has never happened in any other anytime fitness branch, they need proper floor for dead lifts...

Negative experience: Been to the gym or called about 6 times over the last 2 months to try and get a body scan and also seeing if someone could help with some targeted PT sessions. One excuse after the other in regards to the body scan machine eg WiFi is down or it's not setup but was told everytime they would contact me when it's ready and I'm still waiting. Concidering the plethora of gym options in this area I would recommend you look somewhere else where the staff do what they say they will do.

Negative experience: It was a really bad gym experience I've ever had. The staff is not good at customer services. The gym condition is reasonable and I have no complaint about that. But I sent emails to the staff about membership cancellation in early June due to some personal reason. The staff replied me with confirmation email saying my membership was cancelled. However, I was still got charged after 6 weeks of the cancellation. Then, I called them and asked for the reason. I was quite surprised they told me that membership was never cancelled. I wasn't happy about that so I went to the gym to discuss. The staff said he had no idea and it was just 2 weeks fee and he will simply refund me. Come on! this is not just SIMPLY two weeks fee, it's about the customer service. I don't care about the money, but their attitude to deal with customers. It was their working mistake, but it seemed like they don't really care about that. I didn't even get an apology about that mistake. And until now, they don't even bother to reply my follow up emails. I don't recommend this gym to anyone, there are still a few quite good gyms around Belmont area.

Fantastic experience: A safe, clean and enjoyable atmosphere with modern and well maintained equipment.

Negative experience: Don't even think about joining this establishment. It is harder to get out than it is to get in. Looks like were going to court

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. Staff always greet you. Personal Trainer Sinead is absolutely amazing. She has really helped me with Meal Plan & Personal Training. Very encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Quality place for first timers, and experienced folk. Staffed most of the day, and with the key you can access it 24/7. New equipment, nothing seems to be broken or anything. I don't participate in the group fitness, but it's free with a membership and looks genuinely helpful. I have been a member at a fre "Anytime Fitnesses" but this one feels far more communal and has better vibes than every other gym I've been to.

Positive experience: Would be nice have a few more bits of gear in the gym but it does the job

Negative experience: It's not hard to update opening hours while you refurbish. Pre workout has kicked in and I have no iorn to pump.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever had, the female manager is not friendly nor helping. She didnt explain what I asked but sounded mad. I requested for her name and my contact to my email, but she didn’t sent it. She repeated the cancellations email saying I need to wait another 30 days. Not working properly at all

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a good team. Good variety of equipment, always clean and tidy. Could do with an upgrade to the A/C system though! Place smells amazing when you walk in the door.

Fantastic experience: Overall the Anytime Fitness club in Belmont is perfect for your workouts. It has just the right number of members so that it doesn't become a burden to get access to equipment in peak times. The staff are great and responsive to requests.

Fantastic experience: I've only just started with Anytime Belmont but the few times I have been there I have felt extremely welcome and supported! Allie has been awesome and I feel like with the support I get at this gym I will be able to achieve my goals and stick it out!

Fantastic experience: The best place you can ever think of training... easy acces to all equipments... staff also are easily accessible and super friendly... work out programs in place for personal or group training i definitely l9ve the place... i think all should have a go at this

Positive experience: Average, Sometimes its pretty gross wouldn't hurt to run a mop or sweep every couple days.

Negative experience: Over due for upgrade, small gym, old equipment, weights left on machines, always dusty and dirty, drive to Bentley or high Wycombe!!

Negative experience: CHEATERS....Never recommend this gym to anyone. Had very bad experience with the gym itself. When I signed up they said it will be month on month membership. But when I wanted to quit due to my personal reasons they said we have signed you up for 12 months contract and asked me to pay the exit fees and they were very rude and when i tried explaining them they said the lady who signed you up has quit and they no nothing about it. I am now forced to pay $122 for no fault of mine. They are BIG CHEATERS

Negative experience: Showers are really grotty, full of mould and despite me calling the gym to let them know there was no improvement at my next visits. I now drive further to go to another gym.
