F45 Training Chermside

Fantastic experience: I have tried F45 in the past and enjoy the functional workouts but at F45 Chermside, I particularly enjoy the atmosphere brought by the trainers. Great energy and sense of humour. I’ve been able to train hard but safely based on my fitness/pain levels and have fun despite an ankle injury and not being able to run. I have achieved amazing results with their help. The additional support and advice in terms of nutrition and fuelling, functional movement and conditioning for injury recovery and prevention, and mindset has given me that extra boost. If you are looking for ways to enjoy moving your body again, definitely give these guys a red hot crack - you won’t regret it!

Negative experience: Friendly staffs. Trainers are doing good demonstration and enthusiastic and sound like they are caring. At the end, you are the one who need to do it (like other cheaper gym). Lots of suger tongue. but when you ask for some favour at the end of your membership, business is a business (it is fair that they won't do this for charity). Likewise, you are just who you are. You won't change. If you don't want spend extra money for PT but looking for your dreaming goal, this gym won't change you as they advertised. Lots of sugur tongue. "All good darling, you are doing more then average. "Come on love, we are here to help you." However, If you don't like burpee, don't expect you might do it with gym vibe. You just pay for extra for they remember your name and text you when you didn't come to gym (Hope you're feeing alright! See you again soon! Look forward to seeing you back soon! Negative experience: Really disappointed with my F45 Chermside experience. I signed up for 6 months only, with the club not providing ANY correspondence surrounding the end of my membership. They continued to take an additional +$720 from my account for three months post this. When querying this with the club, they claimed they sent me 5 or 6 notifications surrounding the end of my membership, which they definitely did not and when I asked for copies, they refused to provide the "apparent" correspondence. Anything to make a buck, it seems.

Fantastic experience: Love everything about F45 Chermside. I’ve been going for over a year now and the energy is always high, even at 5am. The trainers have perfected the balance of being super supportive and giving a push when you’re slacking off ;) Highly recommend if you want to achieve amazing results in a positive space.

After 6+yrs away from exercise due to having a baby and work, over a year ago I took a leap and was met with support and encouragement from the team and members. Fantastic experience: The vibe and energy at F45 Chermside is unmatched. The coaches motivate and push me to be the best version of me I could possibly be. When I don’t think I have anything left to give their push gives me that extra strength. They genuinely care about the members and I think that would be hard to get anywhere else. It truly is a community or much rather a family and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I’ve made some lifelong friends since starting back in 2021. Negative experience: Dear Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I've had at your gym. I feel compelled to address two significant issues: false advertising and the unacceptable behaviour of your customer service. The interactions I've had with your customer service team have been nothing short of appalling. The staff's attitude has been consistently rude and arrogant. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and empathy, they have displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect. This type of behaviour is entirely unacceptable in any customer-oriented business. I believe it is essential for your gym to uphold the standards of honesty and customer service excellence. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and improve the overall experience for your members. Transparency, integrity, and respectful treatment of customers should be non-negotiable priorities for any reputable establishment. Fantastic experience: Just completed the 28 day transformation challenge. It was a real mission and took a lot of dedication but it was well worth it. I lost 4kg and gained 2kg in muscle. Couldn’t have done it without Adam and his fantastic team!

Fantastic experience: Went to Brissy for the holidays and decided to sign up for a month since my brother and sis-in-law has been raving about it for years. I was quite hesitant at first because I have never tried F45 and don’t know if I was even gonna finish the first class After the first few sessions, and even after the first class, I found myself excited and looking forward to waking up early to go to class even while on vacation Big thanks to Adam for accommodating me and also to the trainers, Nate, Taylor, Matt, JP and Junior who’ve been so helpful and motivating. You guys are superstars! Your energy and playlists are a big help especially when doing killer workout sessions. Fantastic experience: If you’ve ever walked past an F45 and thought “I’d love to do that”, all I can say is just bloody do it! I was always too scared or intimidated to go in and just give it a go. Boy was I mistaken! It is the most inclusive, supportive and encouraging environment you could ask for. It’s not just for the super fit people. It’s for everybody and EVERY BODY! From the owners to the trainers and everything in between, it’s hands down amazing and you’ll be thanking yourself later for just giving it a go! Life changing! (I’ve never enjoyed a gym class so much that I would get up at 4.30am to make sure I could make it to a class - until F45 Chermside!)

Fantastic experience: Best F45 I’ve been to! Facilities are great, heaps of space and the trainers are all super motivating and friendly. My wife and I were only in town for a weekend but didn’t want to miss out on our gym fix. Felt very welcomed and at home. Plenty of focus and attention from the coaches. If I lived in the area this would be my gym, for sure. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The trainers at f45 gyms are what really make it or break it for me. This f45 in chermside is the best I’ve ever been to. I have an old back injury that requires me to modify quite a bit of movements and if trainers are only about pushing me harder and not paying attention to form, it ends up being high risk for me. These trainers are so knowledgeable and experienced. They knew how to adjust my form when I needed it and also knew how to push me further and get the most out of my workout. I really appreciate this gym and cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking for a HIIT class. They are also very inviting and make you feel apart of the family from the minute you arrive.

Fantastic experience: I started with F45 Chermside in October 2020 and my life has totally changed! I initially signed up for a 6 week challenge and before I knew it I was going to gym 6 days a week, following meal plans and seeing some amazing results! The support from Adam and the team is second to none. They are always on hand for advice on workouts, goal setting and nutrition and they regularly check in and give you a helping hand in the gym and out. I always thought F45 would be full of Lululemon wearing show offs but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Adam has a solid “no dickhead” policy and the other members quickly become family. I’ve made a heap of new friends at gym and they help keep me accountable when it comes to goals and regular attendance! Everyone is there for the love of F45, the amazing feeling when you’ve finished a tough session and the sick beats and we’re all there for each other putting in 100%. I’ll never look back!

Great trainers who motivate you to help you reach your goals. There are no egos or people trying to one up you only encouragement and good vibes. Team training at its best. Fantastic experience: No matter if you’re fat or fit, or some where in between, this is the place for you to reach your goals - and to have fun while you’re doing it! F45 Chermside has such a welcoming and motivating crew of trainers (and members), that it really does become like your second family. The trainers provide coaching on form and technique, and know when you can push harder and happily give you a kick up the backside to get moving. Adam’s energy is next level, and just what you need at an early morning session. Give it a try, you’ve got nothing to lose (except excuses and some weight) - Be careful though, it’s extremely addictive!!

It is unique!! You can’t explain the Chermy vibe unless you’ve experienced it. Crazy tunes, crazy trainers and a big gym space. They get the most out of you every single session and everyone is supportive and welcoming.

I joined F45 chermy fam almost a year ago and haven’t looked back. Everyone is welcome, you are greeted by name, encouragement and support is given by the bucket loads and smiles are endless. Throw in some tragic dance moves in between sets and that sums up F45 chermside!

Fantastic experience: I joined the Chermy studio 3 yrs ago and have not looked back! Being a larger studio there’s never any problems getting into classes and the atmosphere is awesome. Adam is so accomodating and will do his best to ensure everyone is happy. The Chermy crew definitely went above and beyond during COVID lockdown to keep us all motivate during workouts at home. F45 Chermy is a big studio so you don’t feel cramped or like you are breathing other people’s air whilst training. The owner, Adam and all the trainers are super supportive, friendly and helpful in reaching your goals. F45 Chermside is a family unit where you always feel welcomed. Fantastic experience: I started F45 about 3 weeks ago now, and I am not a gym goer usually but I knew I needed classes to get myself motivated, and this place is incredible!! Fantastic experience: As a physiotherapist I was incredibly sceptical of the whole “F45” brand, and on top of that, I’ve always been the type of person who puts their headphones on and trains at the gym alone. I’ve never liked group classes and would avoid them at all costs. But what can I say, F45 Chermside changed my whole outlook. It’s like a big family, you get greeted by name when arriving, everyone makes you feel welcome and a part of the community. The trainers know their stuff!!! My biggest pet peeve in a group class is trainers not picking up bad form. At F45 Chermside they will help you correct and perfect your form, making sure you stay as injury free as possible. They even help you modify exercises if you have any current injuries so you don’t miss out on anything. And best of all, it actually doesn’t even feel like a group class, you have your station of a couple of people and that’s all you really notice when exercising! You’re too busy sweating to notice anyone else! I’m over 10kg down in six months. Thank you F45 Chermside

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at F45 Chermside for 3 years and refer to it as my second home. It’s much more then an ordinary gym, it’s more like a big family from all walks of life and a safe place where you can just be yourself and no judgement get passed. I have met life long friends there and am definitely the fittest I have ever been.

Another friend couldn't speak highly enough of Chermside (she was an ex member due to moving), so I got ahold of Adam who was kind enough to take the time and show me around the gym and answer ALL. OF. MY. TEDIOUS. QUESTIONS. because I'd been screwed by gyms before, I had so much to ask. Since joining 10 months ago, I've found my confidence, lost a lot of weight and made some amazing friends. At F45 Chermside, you never feel like just another number or just a member. Its a family. All the trainers know your name. They are so supportive and amazing. And they always have time for you. Best gym, hands down. I wish i could take them with me when I move. I'll never be able to speak highly enough of this amazing place.
