Fantastic experience: this gym has changed the way i look at going to the gym, i have never felt more welcomed walking into a gym before coming here. the plus fitness staff are some of the most supportive and welcoming people and always greet you with a smile and are happy to have a conversation with you prior to your workout. i have had alot of poor experiences at different gyms and i have to say plus has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported in a very vulnerable environment. the equipment and gym itself is top tier quality and you have access to alot of different equipment to accommodate for what you are training. the vibes are always high here at plus fitness warners bay i wouldnt want to be training anywhere else but here. the best of the best !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Plus fitness Warners bay for around 2 years. I suspended my membership to go to another gym to do pilates classes and also use their gym floor as it was cheaper. I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the gym community there and didn’t enjoy the gym equipment as much. I missed it so much I returned back to plus and cancelled my other membership. As soon as I walked in the gym I felt at home and was excited to train again with good gym equipment and great people :) Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with a great atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and very helpful to beginners. Updated equipment with lots of variety and the place is always squeaky clean. Private bathrooms are a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

I travel for work so get the joy of trying out various gyms and I have to say Plus fitness Warners bay is by far the best gym I have trained at. The owner was extremely welcoming, all the members were friendly, equipment and facilities were all clean and tidy, the environment that has been created is second to none. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Joined Plus Warners bay 3 months ago, from the moment i walked in the door to trial the gym the owner Nick was extremely welcoming and treated me like a friend. Through the three months i have been a member i have gotten to know both Nick and Brian quite well and can confidently say i have never been apart of a gym that treats members like family like Nick and Brian do with their members. If you’re looking to join a new gym or if you’re wanting to join the gym for the first time i couldn’t recommend Plus Warners bay more, the most accepting gym environment ive ever been apart of. I leave with a smile on my face after every session without fail.

The culture in this place is incredible, Nick and the team have built something that’s so inviting and open that it sets it apart from any other gym. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family, and treated like family even after you walk out. It’s rare to find a gym owner who genuinely cares about their clients, both inside and outside the gym. And I couldn’t see myself anywhere else to achieve my goals, feeling supported every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Well layed out, great facilities and immaculately clean.Has some of the best equipment in any of the plus fitness gyms I've visit3d and tge manager is very friendly and helpful.Also has banging tunes which is a huge plus when your training.

Fantastic experience: A hands on owner/manager that invests into his gym with pride. It is great to work amongst a gym owner who gives all of his time to his gym and The reflection of his attitude towards the members shows that every “member” is a friend. All gyms promote a “judgement free gym” but if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, this gym has everyone smiling at each other and complimenting their achievements. Great job plus fitness

The team know you by name and are genuinely interested in helping you with your fitness journey what ever that looks like for you. The owner Nick does everything in his power to make his members feel comfortable in the space and is constantly working to improve the gym and what it can offer to us as his members. I love training at Plus Fitness Warners bay because the other members (both male and female) are awesome too. I’ve meet a lot of people here and made some great friends. Having the flexibility of a 24 hour, secure gym allows me to work out when it’s convenient for me. It’s the only gym I feel comfortable going too. Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: Having been to a number of gyms over the past decade or so, i feel i am pretty qualified to give an accurate and honest review of Plus Warners Bay. This gym is amazing. The equipment is new, clean and organised perfectly and there is a large assortment of types of equipment so you cant really miss any exercise in your program. But honestly, the best part of this gym is the people. Nick, the owner, greets everyone by name, and is always around to have a chat or answer any questions. Not once have i ever felt intimated or nervous stepping foot into this gym, and its honestly because of the little community it feels like we have here. But its not only Nick who is awesome. Im always smiled at and greeted by other members and if ive ever needed a hand and Nick wasnt available, the other members ive asked have always been more than happy to spot or assist. As a highly self conscious chubby girl with low self esteem, i cannot recommend Nick and Plus Fitness Warners Bay enough to anyone who may feel the same. It is a truly aaesome, inspirational and welcoming environment. Thanks Nick! We appreciate you mate!

Fantastic experience: The most friendly and welcoming gym I have ever been to. The owner Nick has created a safe and supportive environment, in which I have never felt intimidated or nervous to try new things. Since COVID, Nick has ensured the gym has stayed sanitised and clean, while also implementing strategies for members to stay covid safe. Before joining Plus, I had never stayed at a gym long term due to being nervous about attending. I have been a member for around a year and love it more and more everyday. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I have never been good at sticking with my fitness or establishing a routine, but the level of care and involvement the owner of this gym gives to each and everyone of the patrons who walk through these doors is incredible. Not only has the connection between staff and customers exceeded all expectations, but it has enabled me to establish roots within an environment that makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. On top of having to run this gym single handedly during these unprecedented times, the owner of this gym, Nick, still takes time to assist customers with technique and build on current skills and knowledge, all with a laugh and a smile. If you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey, and want to do so, in a welcoming and fun environment, I could not recommend this gym more.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down one of the best gyms I have attended. The main reason being -Owner/Operator Nick! You can't beat the consistent welcoming & friendly atmosphere at Nicks gym. With so much competition in the market - his genuine personality, (knows everyone by name)- is what keeps me coming back. I'm definately not a gym junkie - it would be so easy for my money to go to the gym without me - especially after COVID - but Im still turning up, feeling accomplished after a session.

Fantastic experience: I have attended this gym just shy of 5 months, and my experience so far has been nothing short of stellar. The fact that you can arrive at a new gym and immediately feel welcomed is a rare treat. Stepping through the doors and you're suddenly welcomed by the attentive owner, who, unbelievably, knows every patron by name. With a few minutes of Nick's motivational charisma, you can feel assured that you'll smash the day's workout. (Qudos to this man who has single-handedly kept the gym open during brutal Coronavirus restrictions. Sacrificing his personal life so we have somewhere to keep fit!) There is also a genuine sense of community here. Dedicated gym-goers seem happy to help out at any opportunity, and will gladly socialise in between sets. I seldom find a gym where it seems people are having fun, rather than just completing their monotonous workout. Facilities are spotless and equipment is organised efficiently. Often, the rear roller door is open, which provides a great atmosphere on a sunny day. Parking is on site and free. ☆☆☆☆☆ I personally wouldn't bother going anywhere else ;)

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with my decision to start training down at Plus Fitness Warners Bay - Nick and Adryan are absolute legends and true fitness professionals in every sense of the word. They have done an awesome job in creating a gym environment that that is friendly, welcoming and motivating. The equipment is state of the art...always clean and in excellent condition. Weights are always stacked properly and I love being able to spotify my favorite songs over the speaker while I train. If you're looking for the best, yet affordable gym in the Warners Bay area then you shouldn't look any further than these guys :)

Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness is a fabulous brand and a great asset to Warners Bay and the surrounding areas. Finally, a gym with NO lock in contracts, where you can time hold when you're away but with so many gyms why would you bother when you could visit another Plus Fitness while on holidays. The greatest thing is that at Warners Bay, the guys you speak to actually own the gym so they really look after you. Very passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. JUST LOVE THIS NEW GYM...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU JOINED!!!!

Fantastic experience: Such a great atmosphere! The first time I attended, Nick introduced himself in such a friendly manner and made me feel really comfortable. It was a coincidence that I was training at the same time he was, so we trained together and I learnt so much just from the one session! I've been training with him ever since, and loving it :) such a great place, I would highly recommend!!
