Plus Fitness 24/7 Kellyville

Negative experience: I recently moved to Perth and encountered significant difficulties when trying to cancel my membership at Plus fitness Kellyville. Despite urgent family circumstances requiring overseas travel, the cancellation process was prolonged due to technical issues with the online portal and app. The staff seemed unable to assist effectively, resulting in frustration and inconvenience. This negative experience is an indicative of a greedy and poorly managed gym. I strongly advise others to avoid this gym

Positive experience: Good gym but make the music like 30% quieter ffs i can hear it thru my noise cancelling airpods its irritating

Fantastic experience: Best Plus Fitness Branch out there. People that left bad reviews have obviously never visited the bad branches to appreciate this one here!

Negative experience: Brand new, aesthetically clean only. Not cleaned thoroughly. Most patrons rarely wipe the equipment after use, which is a contract requirement.

Fantastic experience: Not my local, but had an early appointment nearby recently so decided to do my morning workout there. Gym seems to be recently renovated, clean, and has a really good selection of equipment.

Fantastic experience: I will start by saying I’ve been a pleased member here for several years. Handy locations, good equipment and friendly, responsive staff. Today in particular, I had a query about my direct debit payment, which was handled extremely professionally and swiftly by Chloe . It was an error from my end and yet, she still was patient and resolved it immediately. She is an asset to this gym. Thank you guys!

Positive experience: Great gym with lots of facilities however would be great if the 2 staff members at the entrance would greet ALL members entering and exiting the facility rather than greeting specific members who come and exit. I walked in and also exited the store with another member and was not greeted upon both entry and exit even though I happily greeted them in both occasions without being responded to. There’s usually a lovely lady who happily greets everyone upon entry. Not sure what’s happening with the 2 that were at reception. Just thought I’d share some feedback as these little things can affect someone’s perception with coming into a gym.

Negative experience: Long term member of plus fitness, sadly soured by the new renovation of this gym. Ever since the new renovation over population has run rampant within this gym which once felt low key. Every time I walk within the gym I begin to feel frustrated as it has become as bad as anytime fitness, with members being inconsiderate and slow with their workouts. The kellyville gym used to be one I could recommend but now it has become a bloated mess similar to the likes of more commercialised gyms.

Negative experience: Manager Ash completely unprofessional and rude sorting out membership issue, clear error on their part but doesn't take any responsibility or even attempt to come to a reasonable solution. Not interested over the phone and I'm amazed the business is still running. Looks to have people associated with the business doing untrue reviews as well! -6 Stars

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Has all the equipment you could ever need since the recent renovations, plenty of parking too. As a plus member for several years this is one of my favs. Friendly staff who are willing help out, Special mention to the manager ash who’s always gone above and beyond to help me with any enquires I may have, super friendly and always up for a chat. cannot commend her enough as a manager, would give 6 stars if I could.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed, membership was cancelled late last year in person and payments stopped, but then started again without my knowledge. Tried to sort the problem out over the phone today with the manager Ash and she was very unhelpful and not interested.

Fantastic experience: Fully renovated recently. Convenient and has all the necessary equipments. Tidy and efficient. Overall, excellent atmosphere.

Positive experience: One of my favourite plus fitness in the district! Pros: Quiet during peak hours, no meatheads or roid freaks taking up two weights machines at once. No high school kids training in their uniforms with no idea what they’re doing, taking up valuable time doing ten sets and God knows how many reps on one weights machine and chatting to their mates for two minutes in between sets, Very clean, some of the best treadmills I’ve seen of any plus fitness. Cons: some single arm dum bells missing with no notes from management as to replacement initiatives. It’s a two storey place with weights on one floor and cardio equipment on ground floor which is not such a big deal if you aren’t disabled I guess, but I generally prefer the single level Plus Fitness gyms as you don’t have to keep changing floors if you’re doing circuits. Still, prepared to overlook this for the fact that it’s quiet during peak hour which is loooovely!

Negative experience: They have charged my account without my authorisation for two years after I canceled my account. Never trust them and give them your account detail. I was charged $1200 for visting the facility only a few times. They made the cancelation method manually to be able to manupulate that and charge the account without permission.

Positive experience: Clean and tidy place to do exercise. Many facilities included, and we enjoy the deal here.

Positive experience: Average gym, equipment is very outdated. But if you don’t need much from a gym, this place is fine.

Positive experience: Was loving it here, the staff are great but it’s particularly the quietness at peak hours that is really appealing. But with hotter temperature recently it’s evident the upstairs air con situation is woefully inadequate. You expect to sweat the gym but from exercise not heat stroke lol.

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym, given the number of gyms popping up, they have still managed to retain great staff who offer great service and always willing to help. Equipment is maintained well and always smells fresh, which is so important. Would recommend it to anyone. Love it here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym. Great equipment at prime location. Ample space for people in the Gym. Equipment are well serviced and maintained clean and hygiene. Friendly staff and always there for assistance. They ensure the floor and equipment are clean and tidy. I am regular to this Gym and recommend family and friends as well.

Fantastic experience: Been going here since 2016 - and never found such a pleasant environment to train in. I've seen members come and go as well - and none of them had any complaints when it came to getting out of the contract. Completely Hassle-free. What's more is Kathy has been the best to liaise with - she also went the further mile by keeping me posted on gym re-openings during COVID lockdowns as well . And of course - machinery maintenance & simply the overall cleanliness is the big, big factor as to why I haven't changed gyms in all these years - and don't plan to Keep doing whatever it is that your team has been doing - the team's superb effort clearly shows.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! It’s kept clean and has plenty of equipment. There’s multiple additional incentives to keep getting involved such as the monthly raffle, interesting and concept to keep people motivated to attend. The staff is nice and happy to help with any enquires. I would suggest a better “on pause” for the membership however as isn’t the more accessible. The equipment is sanitised daily and there’s plenty of action taken to assure others keep it clean as well. Would recommend!

Positive experience: I signed up to this centre at Kellyville a few months ago. I stopped going here, even though closer to home, as the upkeep, hygiene and cleanliness needed marked improvement. Visiting the gym, today, after nearly a 3 week gap, I could not help notice marked improvement in the hygiene. To begin with, the attention to cleaning and maintaining the equipment by Denise self explains the reason for improvement. In about 75 mins I was in the fitness centre, I saw Denise do "Gemba" walks, twice. As they say, take care of small things, you can avoid the need for taking care of big failures. I am happy to give 5 stars for Denise's efforts. Some of the equipment need urgent upgrade or replacement. Treadmill for example. Hence 4 star for the centre.

The gym is also very small and cramped, not a great atmosphere and environment to be in while amped on pre workout and wanting to hit some pr's (also if the owner and staff is reading this being an as*hole won't get you anywhere in life)

Fantastic experience: The gym is super quiet and it's peak times are in the afternoon; so avoid that and you're good. The staff are super friendly too. And it's open 24/7.

Negative experience: A bit cramped. Extremely crowded with school kids during peak hours. Off peak hours are not bad.

Negative experience: witnessed staff yell and confronted two members inappropriately for a small issue, that should have been handled differently as it was extensive, inappropriate and disgraceful

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and confrontational staff, witnessed staff member aggressively confront a person and threaten to kick them out over a trivial mattet that could've been handled more appropriately, i had to comfort the other member afterwards. I have otherwise always witnessed good staff and had a good experience at other clubs.
