Negative experience: It is always dirty in every area. In the sports hall, the fan is always broken. Whenever I tell the employees, they say, “We are just waiting for electricity.” Lies upon lies... When it comes to paying money, you are just fast.
Positive experience: Been going for over 5 years now being my local and most convenient gym to come to. For the most part the gym is great and mostly has everything you need. The main thing I have felt compelled to leave a review about are the following: - The kids make your experience unbearable at times, with groups of the hovering over single machines or benches and constantly swearing right beside you - there should really be an age limit to sign up - The fans seemingly never work making it get really stuffy and uncomfortable to work out in as there are no windows to fresh air. Fans also seem to never be cleaned, being full of dust all the time. - Staff are ok for the most part, not the most friendly so that could be worked on but not the worst - Considering the regular incremental increases in prices, would be nice if new machines could be brought in (Chest-Supported T-Bar Row would be fantastic) Overall it’s a solid gym however could use some improvements in the above to make the experience exceptional.

Negative experience: Staff are usually lazy and unprofessional, but the worst thing about this place is that it’s filled with kids. Very hard to train and get out of there when you got kids training in groups of 4’s

Negative experience: First of all.... The gym manager is not good, the method is bad, the equipment is always broken and is repaired after more than two weeks, the toilet is always dirty, the smell is bad like garbage, there is no interest in cleanliness, and children come to the gym wearing only school clothes. Every month they demand an increase in prices. What is the benefit of an increase in prices???

Negative experience: The ventilation system is very poor. There is no air conditioning after 8 PM, and most of the fans are not working as well. Additionally, there is no clock to track my time.

Negative experience: Had CC issues, they stopped my access to gym and kept charging me money. Why should I pay for gym that does not provide service? Also facilities constantly needs repairs, bathroom are needing proper cleaning. I wonder where all our membership money goes sometimes.

Negative experience: let me tell you so I am doing set and I hear rem the worker yelling at someone, swearing so I cannot even work out in peace and bear in mind this happens frequently.

Negative experience: First of all, an unclean gym. Every day I see these things in front of me. Children are in the bathrooms. I cannot change my clothes. I cannot use the bathroom all the time. Negative experience: I an very disappointed that I had a swelling on both Knees . My visit to Gym i had both knees swell in Dec .. I gave it rest and came back in Mid Jan and both swelled again . I then sent letter from Physio stating my medical condition they were not happy with the details and wanted the exact details of the injury on my knees and yet i provided again , they are stated that its not sufficient enough to warrant any refund but happy to suspend the account until i return . I advised them that I came on both occasions with the same injury twice so its no point giving an option by putting account on hold as I am unable to train.. All this for $89.50, now is not about the money , its about common sense...Doesn't even deserve a 1 STAR.. Oh, now they are offering credit for someone that cant use ANY gyms at all and asking for my disability permit and another Letter from Physio that I no longer can train ? What is the point of the credit when i cant go to any gyms based on my condition however I was informed by previous staff if I were to bring a medical certificate I would have got a refund ..I dont want the refund or credit but its a small prices to pay for others that want to join the Gym.

Negative experience: I would like to rate this a negative 5 stars, but for obvious reasons I cannot do such a thing. I hate to say it, but I believe you guys have deliberately put all the cardio equipments and machiens downstairs because of "fat" people. Why do I believe this reason? I believe this because you guys are scared of fat and obese people who are about to die any minute stepping on your upstairs floor making it a rumble effect for the whole of the gym community. Why would you in your right minds think that a fat or an obese person would create a shockwave effect just by doing their jogging routines on the treadmills upstairs? Step up your gym game and fix this up or else I am not coming back here ever again, you gym rat.
Negative experience: This gym is turning into high school full of kids everywhere yet they don’t leave till 9pm which is un acceptable, new rules need to apply on them or more customers are leaving
Positive experience: The gym was nice and clean and stocked with the usual equipment you come to expect at club lime. I like the large upstairs area, but I don't like the cardio setup. Ideally the equipment should face the opposite direction. Otherwise it was a nice visit.

Negative experience: this machine have been broken more than 3 weeks this is not first time I remember there were other machines there were broken more than 2 months then they fixed I don't know. When they will fixed just they getting money from as! I'll counting counting when will fixed

Positive experience: What a terrific gym. The only disadvantage is that it's so busy that you have to wait for around 15 minutes to perform a workout. It won't be crowded, though, if you turn up after 8 p.m. or before 3 a.m., and on weekends not busy all day long

Negative experience: The gym is ok but it's not great for anyone over 18, it's too busy now with kids taking their time on everything. At least they stopped playing dance monkey. I think all the adult regulars have already left. Its probably the cheapest gym in the area though

Negative experience: Be careful when you sign up, they’ll tell you cancellation notice is 2 weeks but if you try to leave them they’ll charge you 4 weeks They’re trying to get your money in any possible way and their staff aren’t helpful

Fantastic experience: Gym is close to every other store since it is in stockland, staff are very nice and helpful if someone asks for help. No one cares if yoi are loud when working out because its a gym, no karens are found here. People who workout here are also so wonderful.

Negative experience: Can you please TURN DOWN THE MUSIC, it is way too loud. I don't want to experience hearing loss just for going to the gym. I'm seriously considering cancelling my membership.

Negative experience: This place is full of unsupervised probably underage kids which they highjack the machines and good luck getting a turn. Isn’t there a age limit to join the gym? If it stays like this I might cancel. Very hot air conditioning almost non existent. Turn it up a notch! No cold water which is not that hard to supply, so why ? On the other hand, It’s Relatively cheap compared to other gyms.
Positive experience: I personally have a membership and love this gym but can they turn on the fans like we have about 50 people working out next to each up stairs and not one worker know how to turn them on??
Negative experience: I paid during lockdown and they didn’t count it!!! They didn’t freeze my membership! Rip off
Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN IN FOR THIS GYM , worst gym I have ever been into, plus their staff are all dishonest and ripping people off by over charging. They have charged me even though I have canceled my membership and never refunded me.
Positive experience: How can you renovate a gym and actually have LESS equipment. Where are the barbells and the dumbbells.?
Negative experience: I cancelled my gym due to the gym renovations and then decided to change my mind a couple days after. Having spoken to staff member there. She claimed to have removed my cancellation and told me not to worry about it etc. Almost a month after, I received a text message saying that my gym membership expires in 2 days. Today they told me that an amateur staff member dealt with me and didnt know of the procedures. I also dealt with a staff member 3 weeks ago at liverpool branch (while wetherill park under renovations) who lost my airpod case after saying she has them in her possession.
Positive experience: Nice selection of equipment and feels new.
Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined, found all the sign up process & help given to a new member all smooth & seamless. Staff and very friendly and will always help out if needed. Seen them cleaning every night when I go in for a late night session, very professionally done and also realised the staff physically putting back the weights where they should be! It’s big with 2 stories, equipment are excellent. Would recommend for sure! Thank you guys :)
Fantastic experience: If you're looking to join a gym to start your fitness/healthy lifestyle journey, Fit n Fast at Wetherill Park is where you should go! The staff at reception are such a great group of people. Their energy makes going to the gym that much more comfortable. When i had an issue with payment (that was at no fault of theirs) they were eager to help me and solved my issue in less than 10 minutes! They're super friendly and are always at the ready to help if you need it! One of the trainers there actually deserves 10 stars if that was even possible. If you're looking to train with a personal trainer, the most popular one (that i know of) of the bunch is Michael Uno (@themichaelunofitness on instagram)! At one point last year he was in such high demand that he had a waiting list, and rightfully so! That trainer will get you to your goals in no time! He's really informative, professional, ambitious, and really outgoing! You could walk up to him on the gym floor, ask him a question, and not only would he answer it but he'd extend extra help if you needed it, that's how considerate he is! He's really passionate about his job, and it shows through his work ethic. He has a dedication to his work and his clients that are unmatched. Such an inspiring guy. Definitely recommend first time gym goers to get their hands on a session with him! All around this gym is a 10/10! The equipment is great and there's a good variety of machines, the staff are amazing and should definitely get more hype, the group classes are always full because of how great the instructors are, and the personal trainers are all really nice people! Such a great gym!!!!
Negative experience: My son got membership and he went every second day.. but one day he was told by staff that he wasn’t a member no longer.. and they are still taking money from my account.. I have called them numerous times to stop taking money out but they still are for past 3 months... I’ve now taken this further... as this is pure robbery... apparently, there has been slot of complaints in regards to this gym I have been told by DOFT that they said they won’t be open for much longer.... totally horrible place.. and parents DONT GET MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! They drained my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Negative experience: If there was 0 stars, that is what it deserves. My mom was a member for a few months, gym was good, staff friendly until she had to terminate her membership earlier due to a health condition. She was asked to provide a medical certificate, which she delivered, sent an email if they can cancel the membership. Missed a call from the gym, so they sent her an email to pay one more week+cancellation fee in person. We called them, asking why they are charging another week, when she’s not going to the gym anymore. They said it was because the week already started, that the account is closed but she needs to come over to pay it in the gym personally. Whatever, 30 minutes after the call, my mom arrived to the gym which was closed (covid). She was calling, but nobody picked up so she sent an email, that the gym is closed how does she pay the fees. No response. After restrictions were lifted and gyms opened, she got charged another week from her account. Thinking, maybe they took the amount as the cancellation fee. Sent an email asking why are they changing her. No response. Then, she got charged again! Called the gym about the problem and they told her she didn’t cancel her membership because she didn’t come to pay the fee which she knew she should have paid in person in the gym so of course she is charged. Very unpleasant phone call which didn’t solve anything. We drove straight away there to talk to the manager and she told us: everything is in the email and you didn’t pay etc.... I showed her all the emails with no reply. She wanted them all to be sent to her and made us believe that after the upper management looks at it, she will get her money back for charging all the extra weeks (I believe it was 3x). After 3 days they let us know they won’t refund anything and to pay the cancellation fee on the top of it. My mom paid that all just to get rid of them. If I wasn’t there when she was dealing with them I would never believe it, but she always asked me to sit with her during the call or help her with emails as her English is not that good. Had friends asking about this gym and strongly recommended not to join it, same as my mom. Just don’t.Haven’t seen such a dodgy management in my life!

Positive experience: Great gym for a casual workout. Been going for a year and I love that it's open 24/7 as it allows you to avoid peak hours when the gym is packed. Could do with a bubbler/tap upstairs as it's kind of annoying to walk downstairs and back up to fill your water bottle or to drink from the bubbler.

Negative experience: The “guests” of this branch are absolutely unrespectful of other people, I do not know in which languages this should be written because the stuff tried a few signs, but they didn’t work and somebody should send a clear message to remember these gentlemen to: - flush when they use toilets - always use a towel to exercise - do not step on equipment with shoes and not clean - stop using toilets as a shooting set, because other people use the showers (instead of spray perfumes) and do not like to end up on the social profile of some unknown I have been subscribed for nearly 2 years now, but if we see no changes in the next month we will seriously consider switching to another gym. I hope I will be able to change these review a month from today.

Fantastic experience: Facilities and gym are cleaned regularly, with nice staff. This 24/7 gym hosts an array of equipment to target both cardio or strength, with a space for yoga and other similar needs/workouts too. Boxing stands are also included in this gym. Group classes are run at this gym and there is access to personal trainers both female and male if interested in working with one. Please note this gym does get busy, but with their recent rearrangement of equipment and greater use of space, it it has alleviated this to some extent.

Negative experience: Been going to this gym since it opened, and can’t say much about it but the fact it’s a standard gym for every day use. It’s clean when it’s clean, it’s filthy when it’s filthy cause it does get very packed every hour of the day. Best time to go is late at night. Fees are great until you miss a payment, they need ac in the gym, they need more airfreshners, more equipment would be great, a vending machine for their protein, water etc would be good. Need an extra hand dryer, the tv is a waste of time in the females room. They need another bubblers tank upstairs as it’s annoying going downstairs all the time. The bubblers downstairs is mouldy as, it needs thorough cleaning It’s disgusting. One more of those stair master machines would be great and where it’s standing is dangerous and awkward. With all these adjustments it would make the gym so much better but after going there for 3 Years and abit nothing has changed.

Negative experience: Stinks like bio sometimes this must be delt with. Been a member for over a year and still haven't seen some shirts hoodies or even singlets for sale fitnfast brand Why dnt gym members have access to this? Would be a great promoting method.
