Fantastic experience: My experience as a mum living in Dural has been amazing it has been easy for pick up and drop off. Location wise is second to none. They’ve recently updated the machines and bathrooms it’s been fabulous - crown vibes. Definitely lovely community and the classes are always great times with lots of options. Danny the head manager is nothing short of an asset to the snap fitness as a brand. Thank you for all you do for us and our team.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic space and range of equipment that is all immaculately maintained. The new renovations have made it even better.

Positive experience: A standout compared to most competitors, but not without its flaws. Compared to most other smaller, 24/7 gyms, it is very well equipped and well furnished. There’s a good range of equipment and a nice functional training area. However, as with most small box gyms, it is limited by its size and some of the equipment is far from the most efficient use of space. For example, having a dedicated flat bench press station, and dedicated incline press station is a poor use of space. An adjustable bench option would mean you could have multiple incline or multiple flat bench stations operating at once. This means like most gyms, when it’s busy, you may have to compete for stations. Furthermore, their functional rack is very poorly setup, with the weight storage horns on the same post that you work off. This means the plates get in the way on all movements. You must have a separate storage system, or a separate post to put the horns on. Lastly, despite having a great range of plate loaded and pin loaded machine, some of the machines seems to be abnormally low weight limits. This is likely just to cover them from a legal liability perspective, but having a station like a belt squat that is only rated to 160kg is disconcerting. There are home gym versions of belt squats that are rated for more weight than that. Minor issues aside, it’s a very good gym for its size and well worth considering! If location, and 24/7 versatility are important to you, then it’s hard to beat. I’ll gladly return.

Fantastic experience: Having trained in gyms for over 20yrs and being a Coach for around 10yrs I know a great gym when I see one. There are many elements that "make" a facility. I recently made the switch from another big franchise gym and within 5 mins of being in the Facility here at Snap Dural I knew this is where I wanted to start my next training journey. Not overcrowded, friendly faces WITHOUT attitude, literally the cleanest gym I've trained in with staff and members showing care to make it that way. The staff genuinely care here...when you're greeted by your first name and the staff engage in genuine conversation with you you know you'rein the right place. Very rare to find a gym that doesn't just treat you like another number. Some of the equipment here I have only seen in a Performance Facility which is also fantastic for versatility in my training. Amazing effort guys and thanks for making my journey so far a great one!!

Negative experience: Buyer beware! Ranit, the manager has particular issues when you discuss details of your contract. Even when the matter is in dispute, when a matter is being questioned, she bans people from using the gym. As well as any other snap fitness facility. Ranit gets bitter especially when you refuse to pay 349$ for her meal plan after you turn it down. It could be seen as heavy handed tactics. She will gaslight the situation, despite your best efforts to reason with her. She has a tendency to bring on collections if you don't agree to the terms and conditions, despite being a member of another snap fitness franchise. Be sure to enter your email address correctly, as they ensure that your bank account is all good for years, but any error on her part or the club is denied. And when you point to the conditions of the contract, any engagement whatsoever, I suggest, requires a witness, otherwise you could be labelled rude, even if video footage exists to the contrary if you question her in any way. And banned from any snap franchise for life. To me, it would seem a manager of an otherwise decent gym is ruining the atmosphere. I can't stress this enough to any new customer, ensure a witness is present around her and management at snap fitness Dural.

Positive experience: Equipment is fantastic and we'll maintained! Good staff! But having been a PT and fitness instructor, it's just not the same anymore! Virtual classes, less staff on the floor to meet and get advice from, the staff are only there now to sell membership and fill in paperwork!! No personal vibe anymore! Such a shame!

Negative experience: Owner unwilling to meet or even talk to members. When asked to speak to owner. I was told the owner is over it and doesn't want to talk to us.or tell us when he's coming to the club. Had to pay 540 dollar cancelation after only 14 days of training. Canceled because owner was unwilling to adress unsafe conditions from using the incorrect equipment on their bench presses

Fantastic experience: I was a little hesitant at first when we were told a new owner was taking over the gym and all new classes, machines etc but it is the most amazing gym with everything you could wish for and more. The owners are so friendly and listen to what people are saying and act on it, like introducing new classes, adding cycling which has been a big hit and the list goes on and on. The staff are the same as before but I think the new gym has given them a lift as well as they are so bubbly about everything in the gym and go the extra mile to answer questions we might have. I am so impressed at how clean the gym is being kept and feel very happy to work on the floor now as I know it is being mopped regularly and machines cleaned so often as well. If you are looking for a great gym go no further than Snap Fitness Dural you wont be disappointed. I love love love it.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of the previous gym (Resolution Fitness) for years and now it is transformed into snap Fitness. I could not be happier with the transformation and so I have decided to stay. Snap fitness in Dural is very spacious and has great new equipment and lovely staff. I highly recommend this gym to all ages. Snap Fitness is an awsome local gym and is 24 hours so there is no excuse.
