F45 Training Rockingham Beach

Fantastic experience: Compared to alot of the people here at F45, I am a relatively new member of this community. I joined back in January and was welcomed by a whole group of awesome and energetic people. The coaches are consistently working to ensure everyone not only has a safe and enjoyable workout but to give you that little bit of extra push when you need it, or are slacking off This community, the coaches and the challenges have rekindled my passion, focused my efforts and assisted me to be a much fitter version of myself.

Fantastic experience: I’m heading towards 400 classes at F45 Rockingham Beach studio and I love it ! The coaches are so great making every class as enjoyable as a work out can be ! The challenges they set are well planned with scans , meal plans and workout tracking. The membership app is great for home workouts to and keeping on top of your everyday wellbeing . Go team

Fantastic experience: For 45 minutes, we gather each day, To sweat and to strive in a functional way. We jump and we squat, we lift and we lunge, Our muscles are screaming, “Oh, isn’t this fun?" The music is pumping, the beats are insane, We push through the burpees, we power through pain. With teammates beside us, we laugh through the sweat, “Why did I sign up? I’m not sure yet!” From circuits to HIIT, each session's a beast, But afterwards, smoothies and high-fives, at least. F45 Training, where we bond and we grin, A fit, fun community, through thick and through thin.

Fantastic experience: I love this kind of training, people in Rockingham studio are very friendly and trainers look fit and knowledgeable, they always keep and eye on your form and impressively remember everyone's name. i was going to a similar gym before F45 but i wont go anywhere from here. Love it

Fantastic experience: I am a beginner, this is the first time I have been working out in over 20 years. All of the staff are very friendly, they assist me with the things that I dont have the strength or experience with. I am really enjoying the sessions. I am currently attending 4 days a week and I am hoping to build some upper body strength and increase my fitness. I believe the staff can assist me in reaching my goals.

Fantastic experience: Iv been to many gyms but nothing beats the warmth you get walking into this one. Iv been coming since having my second child, the coaches were amazing on start up with alternatives, the creche is the best and the members are supportive. I have not progressed in a gym for a long time like I have here in strength and fitness thanks to the trainers. I love my f45 fam!

Fantastic experience: If you have been thinking about trying out F45 jump in your car and drive there right now! You will not regret it. It may sound like a cliche but this gym is life changing. I’m coming up to 5 year’s training at this gym and I can’t believe it as I was never able to stick with any gym membership prior nor was I a morning person but now I bounce out of bed to attend such inspiring and supportive sessions. Love our fit family where everyone is welcome regardless of where you are at in your health and fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is I'm very impressed, it's my 8th day now and It was harder at first but getting more mommentom as I go. The support and guidence you recieve is fantastic. Fantastic experience: I have been training at F45 Rockingham Beach for almost 2 years. I’d heard rumours that it was hard but decided on a free trial and from then I was addicted. At first you are learning and go at your own pace and as you get fitter you can push yourself. I now go on average 4 times a week, the trainers are knowledgeable and know when to give you that extra push. I’ve noticed massive increases in my cardio fitness and strength, plus overall feel great. Give it a go!!!

Fantastic experience: Love F45. Recently had to transfer here when my local one closed; however, they were all very welcoming! There is a crèche available for some classes for little ones as well as shower and change facilities if you need to go to work afterwards or come straight from work. It has been a most amazing thing since I joined this community.

Fantastic experience: Awesome coaches, supportive, encouraging environment, no matter what level of fitness people are at, they are always made to feel welcomed. Coaches adjust activities to suit the individual. I have been going since 2018 and I absolutely LOVE IT Why? Because of the variety of classes (cardio, resistance, or a combination of both using HIIT). Activities focus on strength, balance, core, speed, endurance). All Functional movements we need for every day living. I feel energised for going and that’s why I keep going back. ‍♂️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was signing up to F45 Rockingham. I previously always struggled to find enjoyment in exercise, but F45 gives me just that.
