Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. I came in for a casual. And I wished I lived in the area to be member. I have found a gym I can commit to, I can see some serious gains happening there . Friendly staff, cool members just doing their thing. Love the spot. Thank you legends! Can’t wait to go back there again.

All staff are legends, friendly approachable and on many occasions have been more than happy to help me with any questions about form and techniques I might have. Atmosphere is great and equipment is always in good shape. Love the rig and the team.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of gyms over the last few years and I am confident in saying that the rig is by far the best that I have found. The layout and quality of equipment makes training super easy. I have felt so welcomed since joining and have seen dramatic improvements over the last couple of months. Overall, this gym has provided me with a judgement-free, fun and motivational environment and I would recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic experience: The rig 24/7 is a great gym to attend, it being a 24 hours gym is good for my work schedule as I can always attend the gym whenever I felt like it, has plenty of good quality equipment and all staff were keen to help you out whenever you needed it, was never overly busy so all machines were always accessible instead of having the big wait times to use gym equipment like at other gyms. I highly recommend attending here, plenty of classes as well.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym to train at and all the people you meet here are lovely including all the staff. The classes were great and the trainers really take the time to get to know your goals and push you to train hard. Definitely recommend the classes to those wanting to stay fit and needing motivation.

Negative experience: Not a bad gym inside i liked the facilities but just watch out these guys are pretty dodgy with payments. When I first signed up, they didn’t take any money out of my account the first fortnight even thought there was money in there so I went to the desk and was honest, the young girl was like ‘oh whoops our bad we’ll take it out now’ then when they took it out they charged a late fee, I then questioned it and the same girl was like ‘nothing I can do to stop the computer systems from doing so, sorry’ Then when I moved I didn’t have a chance to drop off my key pass so my partner did and they told him to tell me to email them which I did and told them I was living remote and didn’t have a chance to print off the cancellation form at the time but could I please cancel, they ignored this and sent me a form anyway with no explanation and just kept taking the money out of my account for weeks. When I noticed I questioned, they THEN told me I couldn’t do this I have to send back the form. I understand places have certain rules and procedures to follow in regards to cancellation forms, but they could’ve let me know that or tried to help. Wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: Music is ridiculously loud I’m currently wide awake at the caravan park down the road and it’s 3.52am It’s been blasting for hours

Negative experience: When you cancel make sure you tell them 4 weeks in advance even if you have the no lock In contract otherwise they will still take money out for 4 weeks after you've left

Negative experience: PREVIOUSLY love this gym. They're over charge your account when they have been closed during lockdown even though I had my account on pause from a serious bike accident.. They are making it mandatory that you are double dosed to enter the gym and when I say I have to cancel because I am not vaccinated they then charge me $45 cancellation fee when the mandatory vaccine policy is on them not me!! They have now locked me out of the gym and I can not access the gym to sort things out. When I go to see them they're not there to sort this out. Even when they tell me they would be.. I'd be going to another gym if I were you!!
