Fantastic experience: 24hr gym. Good equipment, clean and customer service when it is manned is very good. Everybody just doing their thing to stay healthy. A little too busy in the afternoons, but every other time of the day I've never had to wait for anything.

Fantastic experience: I'm new here to Melbourne and I can say this is by far the best gym I have attended, it has that feel good vibe that makes you feel comfortable and right at home...there's a lot of hard training that goes on in there as well so we all try set the bar, you know that unspoken competition we have with each other to push harder...plus you have a great Management team that makes you feel very welcomed and they are very professional at the same time very friendly, the place is always in top shape with maintenance and cleanliness...and all members respect the equipment as well because we all have to use it...I'd recommend Jetts lynbrook to anyone who is looking for a place to go where you actually love going...head down you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Jetts at Lynbrook is a fantastic place to get in shape. The team there are supportive and encourage you, they are always on hand to show you the correct technique to perform different exercises and explain different exercises if you are not seeing results. They provide different workout plans to suite individual goals and as the team walk around they give you great words of encouragement always at those times when you are not feeling your greatest. It is a friendly and welcoming gym and there are members willing to help one another out or just to have a chat and catch up on things. Thank you Kayla and Ash.

Negative experience: I had asked to suspend my membership and they canceled it without my signing or confirmation after taking $300 over consecutive months and not adhering to the suspension. Attempted to resolve the matter and was handled rudely by the club manager over the phone. The Cranbourne club had no issue dealing with such instances and finding a resolution for the customer. No issues with the gym, if you’re happy with the confined environment. I’ve had one good experience with staff which speaks volumes considering I used to frequent this gym. Sign up at your own cost.

Negative experience: Music sucks and is super loud so if you want to talk on the phone you have to walk outside the gym which is pretty annoying. Other than that is a decent gym and has pretty much everything you need for your workouts but can get really packed so you will have to end up waiting alot. Also has 1 Lat pull down machine which everyone uses but 200 treadmills which no one use.. they need more of some muscle building machines that people use and not multiple muscle building machines that no one uses just like there hip thrust and laying down leg curl and the machine bench press.. just unnecessary room being wasted for other great machines that could be put there instead.

Positive experience: Used to go here, its a small gym so it gets quite crowded. The music is terrible makes me wanna sleep instead of train so always bring your headphones. The PTs are not encouraging at all and don't really seem to care for fitness.
