Negative experience: Worst plus fitness in nsw by far worst customer service ever I had a problem and they tell me they are on break lol like they only work 4 hours a day and they need a break I even tried to email the owner by no response or they gave a false email either way letting the whole franchise down been a to a lot over 15 plus years and now joining anytime

Negative experience: I have using the spin wheel for a while now.everytime I come foot tightening belt comes out, its frustrating when you wheeling and it just rubs against your ankles.was ignoring a for while now thought it will be fixed,however its been months now still its not been fixed.im paying a good fee to use the gym and expect that equipment are all in working condition.if this not fixed.i will look for a new gym and I have couple of my friends which are enaged as well here.we will all leave.

Negative experience: False advertising at its finest. Don't believe the big "4 weeks free" sign that you see. I am being charged 3 sets of $39.90 payments until I can actually cancel... This was supposed to be non contract, and this is what they do to you. Oh and also, be very cautious. They have a Karen working here. I made a mistake joining. Please don't do the same!

Positive experience: If you are looking for a regular gym, reasonably priced, with reasonable equipment (and not high end/high tech stuff), this is your goto place (and has been for me for the past 3 years). Some of the equipment is a bit dated, one of the internal workout rooms becomes extremely hot with the heating system during winters but overall is good enough if you want to keep yourself healty and in shape. I am just sticking to it because its close to my house, doesn't cost too much, basic equipment works for me and honestly I am just too lazy to change/try something new :)

Fantastic experience: Hello, I am a member of Plus and have been for the last 15 odd years (originally at Northmead, but Glenmore Park is my home club). I visted the Mt Druitt club on Tuesday 15/3/22 as I am a disability support worker, and a 16yo client of mine who lives in the area wanted to learn about getting into training at a gym. We were greeted by a lady by the name of Tess, and from the start, she was spectacular!!! Patient, understanding and informative, there couldn't have been a better ambassador for the Mt Druitt club or the Plus Fitness brand. Her customer service is immaculate! Please make known to Tess (perhaps via a pay raise, bottle of wine, or gold class movie tickets) how amazing she is and how lucky Plus is to have her dealing face to face with the public. She is simply phenomenal!! Please pass this on with my gratitude, to her for a job well done!!

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to this gym for 3 years and its the cleaniest one so far.Im always being greeted nicely by Linda and Tess the staffs that work here.I always feel welcome here.I will recommend this gym to my friends.

Negative experience: The staff member was very condescending towards myself and my friend when we forgot to put our plates away. We understand that we were at fault but there was no need to be rude and condescending, we had work before the session we had and we tend to forget things. Another encounter I had with that same staff member is she wrongfully accused me of having mud on my shoes because she had to clean a mud stain on the floor near us, however I haven't even walked near the area that she was cleaning and she also rudely interrupted me in the middle of my set to clean my shoes at the front. Lastly, the bathroom smelled really bad and dirty, it seemed like it was maintained.

Negative experience: Staff members likes to assume weight on bar is ours when we sit near it. bad customer service and assuming things without saying a appology when they are at fault. As it was directed to me n not others discusting would not come back here again edit: thanks for replying im glad theres some form of service. ill be nicer to give a 2star. i was going to leave this part out. however, im going to be completely honest. the staff member cleaning up mud on the floor then came up to us as i was watching my friend do his bicep curls. Mid reps the staff member came up to him saying "you have mud on your shoes can you wipe it at the front". i then questioned myself vocally saying to my friend " you have mud on your shoes? " "do you actually walk on myd today?" lean down to get a closer look " wait u got mud on your shoes?" these questions appeared strange to me because i clearly remembered that before we entered the gym we did not walk on any dirt. it was disrespectful enough to talk to someone when they are mid rep into a excercise let alone after my friend wiped he feet. the shoes were on completely dry. getting back to the point of 'assuming' just coz my friends shoes looked abit dirty does not mean he walked on mud and trailed a streak in front of us. i like how you are willing to look back on the cameras. and im 100% accurate that my friend did not even walked accrossed the path of where the spot was being cleaned up. this is the story i left out because i wanted to be anonymous where as yes. i did use the equipment however my friend was the last one to use it. as you specifically directed to me to tell me to put away my weights. this wouldnt have been a negative review if there wasnt assumption as the staff member was almost certain that it was caused by him. Just because you saw mud on the floor that you cleaned up doesnt mean you have the right to accuse someone without having visually see the base of their shoes being 'muddy'. after having to find out that it was false really upsetted me as it was the third time i was approached in a sense of being bullied and targeted. i like to travel to new plus fitnesses accross sydney and living 45mins away just to feel a sense of insecurity does not make me feel any better coz im different to others in the gym. this is by far the first time ive had a negative interaction with a staff member being at plusfitness for over 2 years and a half inconsistently going. moving forward. i hope they address the situation accordingly and hope it doesnt happen to anyone else.

Positive experience: It's not bad but has the same old issues, equipment not in the best condition and staff do not pay attention to the user's doing the wrong thing now we are out of lockdown.

Negative experience: Great staff really friendly especially Carlo and Jessica though it's a role of the dice whether you can get in with membership card countless times my card has not worked at the door any given night you will see a few random members at the door trying to get in and have the uncomfortable conversation that you cant let then follow you in. Would have given 1 star cause getting in is a big part of the gym hard when passes dont work also getting to equipment is hard now as there are alot of members now so pretty packed.. but staff are really great there that had to give an extra star.

Positive experience: Smaller than some other Plus Fitness gyms but is often pretty clean. This is my local gym so I don't mind going here if I'm coming from home but if I was coming from elsewhere I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE!!!! We were asked to leave the gym coz of procedures that we did not know existed. We were able to attend Plus fitness in Blacktown and Arndell Park with no problems with staff being very friendly and helpful. The female staff that attended to us was very rude and bordering on being RACIST!! im sure if we were white she would not have treated us the same way. For some reason i cannot reply to your response. Obviously I cant access the gym without an access card when staff are not there. My point is that why couldnt my family members train using their fitness passport cards there and then while staff members are there??? and if they needed to sign up why couldnt they sign up there and then without being told to leave and go and register online?? Thats what happened to the blacktown one was that i just went there because i did not know what the procedures were so they signed me up and told me that i could train??instead of being told leave to go and sign up online..your in a customer based service and you can do with providing some kind of adding value to your customers..without being outright rude and racist. we have to get in our cars and drive to the gym and then to be told to go home and sign up online, is that how you would treat a new walk in client??? People can be accepting of different policies and procedures of gyms if were being informed in a respectful and supportive manner and we can see your staff are encouraging people to train to improve their health, otherwise you shouldnt be in the industry or with rude staff working there!

Positive experience: Gym is at easy location with friendly staff to chat with when they are free. Gym items are old compared to other plus fitness outlet and air conditioning needs attention. Basically in summer it can barely cool the place. They have updated with new machines for treadmill and cycles. Weekends not busy before 8am

Positive experience: Went for a brief tour at this Plus Fitness. After waiting a little while to check out the place, I was greeted and shown around quite quickly. Fairly updated equipment, a clean atmosphere and a nice central location in the Mt Druitt area.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting yesterday and impressed with how friendly and helpful the on duty staff was. Smallish gym but enough equipment. Well kept, tidy and clean. Showers were also decent.

Negative experience: This gym is ok, but not great. They have most of the regular equipment, but it's not a great place to workout. The bathrooms are not private. You can shower in a private stall, but you need to change in the common area. There is no air conditioning either. It can be very cold or very hot inside.

Positive experience: I still don't see a lot of friendship cause other's never want to share with you but they are ok if you use it before them or they use it after you... I've been here for a year + and only have 3 persons that I am cool with and they are also with me. But It's ok if you only care about you not anyone else cool

Negative experience: I'm not a member, but my 17 yo daughter is, therefore I make the payments. Recently, we missed one (the first ever, btw). Only days after, my daughter received a call from staff informing her that she owed them $43 (the fortnightly fee: $28; plus a $15 late fee. Joined not long ago when it was only $26 btw. Oh, and they only inform of fee increases via signage in the gym, so don't forget to check the walls on your next visit!). Anyway, the caller was unnecessarily rude, just as many others on here claim. *Free use of the gym for 2 weeks isn't going to change anything either, only butter you up to shut you up. And, staff are always 'lovely' when the boss is around, aren't they? People like that are going to do everything in their power to keep their underhanded ways hidden. "The customer's always right!" Also, we know several other members who say the same thing about staff--so what of it? I'll cancel the membership, of course. But that can only be accomplished in-person. Even placing membership on-hold has to be done in-person (min of 2 wks/max of 3 months). I suppose this is to 'convince' u to stay, somehow. Wish I looked into the T&Cs earlier. Backward and dishonest ways of doing business, it seems. These factors weigh heavy on the benefits of the "no lock-in contracts", for sure. Very uncool.

Negative experience: Cancelled my plus fitness membership because I moved to the mt druit area and this was my local gym. Had been a member at Richmond for 2 years. Mt druit is dirty and doesn't have the same welcoming atmosphere that Richmond did.
