I joined ZeroW as a complete novice, and over the past few years have grown in strength and confidence, supported by the coaches and members. The members range in age, body shape, and goals, and the team do a great job of supporting everyone to move well and get stronger. All the equipment you could need, and great advice and support from the owners Wes and Brooke. If you’re looking for a new gym in the Cairns region in 2025 then definitely check this one out.

Fantastic experience: I joined zero cairns after suffering a substantial injury in a more commercial type gym. The equipment is second to none, the coaching and knowledge has taken me from unable to raise my arm above my head with drs saying id never bench press again to in just six months closing in on as strong as i was pre injury. The thing that really sets zero w apart from the other gyms though is the community and the passion for strength no matter what that means for you whether your the dad squeezing in workouts between work and home life, a new mother regaining fitness and strength after child birth, the school kid chasing down your first 100kg bench press or the grand parent stepping on to the platform knocking over masters records showing the world you’ve still got it. The encouragement iv received to push through my hard days during recovery really have got me to where I am and if I wasn’t at zero I wouldnt be where I am in my recovery journey. So why zero Because you too will find your passion for strength, what ever shape or form that may be in and because strength is never a weakness

Fantastic experience: I only had the chance to train at ZeroW Cairns for 2 sessions but it was by far the best gym experience I've ever had. All the equipment is top notch and very well maintained and the atmosphere is great, with friendly staff and members. You can tell the owners are passionate about strength training and eager to help their adherents. My only regret is not living in Cairns and being able to train here on a regular basis. Well done!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Zerow Cairns for an additional practical task for my CERT 4 in fitness, and Wes and Brooke were incredibly accommodating. They provided a friendly and positive experience, taking the time to talk to and teach me. A week later, I went in for a casual session at the gym, and it was fantastic. I felt comfortable, and the positive interactions among the gym members created a great atmosphere. I would rate their customer service 5/5 and their approachability 5/5. The knowledge that Wes and Brooke possess is incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone interested in powerlifting or in need of personal training. Thank you once again for such a positive experience; I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Did my first session this week with my assistance dog Heimdall and we absolutely loved it. The staff were very welcoming as were the members who offered me a spot. For someone with crippling anxiety and doesn’t enjoy public spaces, I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed there. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to be invited to ZeroW for a training session and have nothing but praise for this place. The gym is equipped with the highest quality gear and a massive range of varying equipment. Met one of the owners, Wes. Genuine, welcoming, knowledgeable, he runs a gym with a great community of like-minded people who train hard and support each other regardless of your level, age or ability. If you’ve not interested in commercial gyms and would prefer training hard in a great community environment then ZeroW is for you.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. The equipment is the best I’ve ever trained on, brand new and all the machines you need and more. Dumbells up to 80(!) KG and plenty of plates. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Came by for a casual training, but would definitely sign up here if I lived in Cairns.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Cairns. I've been going to this gym for a few weeks now. I've never felt comfortable or so relaxed at a gym before but ZERO has changed that. I had two PT lessons with the incredible Eva, she answered all questions I had and helped ease me in to training. I now feel confident enough to go on the machines after they were all explained along with the correct body postures. The Gym is super clean and doesn't get too over crowded which is perfect for what I needed. Highly recommend!
