Negative experience: I am member of gym, I would like to ask the new members to check their equipment first before joining, there is no weighing machine since 3 weeks, I asked one of their staff she replied I don’t know when they will get, and said go to the other club lime gym just to measure your weight. It is so weird, every gym has their own weighing machine Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Very dirty gym, I suffer from asthma and this is what I see when I am using the stairmaster, it’s been like this for months and months. Water bubbler is always out of order, and takes ages to fix. This is not ok. The rounds of paper towel and spray and wipes is odd, not sure why they don’t have sanitisation wipes. The place needs a good clean and ventilation, aircon are always on low. Toilets are always filthy too. Membership isn’t cheap so not sure where the money is going ?Viva group are known for being dodgy, just look at other reviews.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a platinum member for several years. I regularly attend CL circuit classes and there are several of these scheduled each week. These classes cater for all fitness levels. If you are new let the instructor know so they can help you. Emma is excellent so I’m very glad to have the 9.30am Wednesday class reinstated.

Negative experience: Its good that this gym is 24/7 however besides that, this gym is very poorly maintained and disappointing considering the amount I pay for the membership. The water bubbler has been broken for ages, the toilets are disgusting and the random rolls of paper towel and spray for wiping down the machines is really wasteful. Just get the proper sanitisation wipes (the holders are already there). Honestly unless you need to go to the gym before CIASC opens, avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: This place has made a 180 since the new management came in (props to the new lady). Just a few weeks ago half the cardio machines AND the WATER FOUNTAIN were perpetually OOO, not to mention things were generally dirty and the staff (with a couple exceptions) seemed to just be teenagers hanging out. All of the sudden, this new lady comes in, she is always present and around to attend to any issue, and everything is fixed and clean. Testament to the importance of new mngmt!! Give this lady a raise!

Negative experience: I go to this gym in the early mornings when it's unattended. This place always has maintenance and cleanilyness problems. Things, eg toilets, water fountain and equipment, got broken and take weeks to fixed. The whole gym is dirty, rubbish everywhere and bins always full. Paper towels and spray bottles always empty. My friend and I have emailed the club admin a few times but no improvement was made.

Negative experience: No water tap for drinking for weeks. And nobody cares about it. Toilets smells takes me to third-world dimension. Location is certainly good but the gym maintenance? Not sure if the management cares. Money kept coming but maintenance? Not sure. Just the wAter. Really bad. Thinking of joining? Think again. Coz it’s been weeks yet the tap is still for “repair”.

Negative experience: I use this gym 4-5 times a week, it’s solid. The reason why I’m giving it one star though is because the upkeep of the gym is horrendous. Bathrooms dirty (I.e look like they get cleaned maybe 2-3 times a week - for a 24 hour gym id say it’s fair to say that this is unacceptable. If they get cleaned more than 2-3 times a week, then whoever is cleaning it needs reconsider their career choice). Disabled bathroom tap has been broken for god knows how long… Water fountain as well, so if you don’t come with a bottle, enjoy getting dehydrated! Mens hand dryers seem to only work half the time. I could probably go on but regardless, something needs to change. Edit: They also give the same automated response for any negative google review that is posted, which would tell me they don’t really care about customer feedback. I’m guessing that they wouldn’t have to action any feedback unless it’s sent to them directly, which they know most people won’t do after already writing a review on here. Poor customer service.

Negative experience: Be aware of robbery. Someone stole my money and they saw him in civilians footage but didn't take any responsibility, they didn't even offer anything for my loss! I follow up with the police and they told me clublime is the worst among all gyms, and I was lucky that the thief didn't take my car keys! So be aware that this place is not safe!
Fantastic experience: Lift heavy rocks so sad voice goes away. Me big and strong now.

Negative experience: Only a chilled tap for bottles, so don't forget one. Seems like the floor never gets a vacuum, it's always dirty.
Negative experience: I was previously a member of Fit and Fast before they sold to Club Lime. I had assumed, that was the end of my membership and my payments. How wrong I was.... After explaining to the membership team that i wasn't aware of the change over and I hadn't realised my savings account (one i don't look at regularly) had been debited hundreds of dollars over a few weeks, they denied my request for a refund. Ultimately, I've paid them hundreds of dollars for the luxury of being on their mailing list it seems. I have never entered a Club Lime gym. I'm incredibly disappointed in the way they have handled my request and how they've communicated with me. They showed me a lack of compassion and empathy and I'd strongly suggest others beware. Whilst they might be a big name gym, I'd be concerned if anyone had to handle a dispute or a concern with them. I'm still in the process of seeking a refund, however it looks like they are sticking to stating clauses in contracts rather than doing the right thing. Will be seeking advice from the ACCC.
Negative experience: Poor service & quality. Been gyming here for months now and disappointed to see how disorganised they are. Toilets don’t work, main water tap of the gym not working too. Imagine gyming here without this. Managers don’t care & it’s been more than 1.5 months since this issue came up. No one cares as they just want ur money and rip you off. Surprised to see that they didn’t even think of any temporary alternative while these services are out of order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN THIS CLUB. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION THEN I WOULD GIVE THEM ‘ zero’ star. Highly disappointed!
Positive experience: It's a small gym and will be very busy right around 5PM (as expected), but otherwise it's good. Cheap membership and a wide range of equipment.

If I lived in Belconnen I’d join here for sure! I’ve been going to gyms for 30+ years & until I went to Snap Fitness Mt Gravatt & here, no one has EVER said a genuine goodbye & made me feel so valued. Positive experience: Good Gym, great equipment but you just feel that they try too hard to lock you in a contract. If they eased off in their sales pitch , it would be better because anyone who made the effort to turn up is motivated to work out. The staff are friendly and smily but there is few itimidating Gym junkies at peak hours who are very territorial about the equipment. Will provide you with an update after my first 6 months.

Negative experience: When I signed up, they asked me for the contact details of 10 friends before I could join. I didn't feel comfortable giving out contact details of my friends, so I asked if I could skip this, but they said it would cost me $150 as I wouldn't get the 'referral bonus'. I signed up 4 weeks ago and they are still harrassing my friends with persistent calls every few days. Really off-putting.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. They just need more squat racks and barbells for dead lifts. A solid deadlifting platform with no bounce would be good... Hopefully in the near future they will invest in powerlifting equipment.

Negative experience: Was looking to rejoin after a first bad experience that made cancel my membership since they currently have a promo where you rejoin for free and get 4wks free. They asked me for 10 contacts of my mates, after providing all that and singing the contract they come back later claiming to have not found my name on the system. Keep off at all means, they are only after your mates contacts. Waste of time.Not worth a try, fake promotions and unprofessional. Phoney AF!
Negative experience: Dont have problem with the gym. But i m getting charged for no reason. First when i signed up. Charged me 75$ for joining fee, And was told that i get two weeks for free. But couple days later got charged 13.75 $. When i asked why. I was told oh this is pre charge. Sorry we didn't tell you. Now we wont charge you for two weeks. But guess what two days later i was charged 27 $ something. Please help me out. I m tired of having a chat with me

Negative experience: Avoid this gym, been a client for a 4 years, machines/equipment are dated, half the TVs don't work, audio and tv channels miss matched and audio at machines falling apart/do not work and won't marrie up with tv channels. Really high turn over with staff, seems to change weekly and staff could not care less . I recently tried to put membership on hold and was told I could not do that over the phone?? Went in to gym to pause, was told it would cost me 6$ a week, On principle I told them I will just cancel my account then, was told they need 2 weeks notice which I agreed was ok, as I wanted to use membership up until I leave, Staff then told me if I cancelled I wouldn't be able to use gym up until I left unless I cancelled the following week, Following week I cancelled my account as per what I was told, then received a email that my account is cancelled but they will still take out a further payment, Contacted them via email and explained the situation, they could not care less, Seems staff are trained to lie as long as they can take a extra few dollars off you. To sum up, join this gym if you want disinterested staff, out of date/faulty machines, pay extra for pausing a membership?? Cancelling a gym membership is a mission, enjoy

Negative experience: did not have a good experience. The staff is nice at the time of signing the membership contract but not when you want to cancel. Think twice before you sign a membership contract.

Fantastic experience: Staff are helpful, and 24 hour access is available. The gym is large with a lot of cardio equipment, so unless you go at the absolute peak time it's unlikely you'd have to wait for cardio equipment. Pretty good range of free weights and other machines as well.
