Fantastic experience: The only store I have ever walked into where the customer service was 10/10. We weren’t pressured to buy, we were given multiple options to try and even recommended to go to other stores and try on brands that run vault didn’t have in stock. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Went into the shop with the aim to replace my UD running vest with the latest version, but after the guys helped me try on a few other brands, I ended up walking out converted to Solomon, thanks for your time guys it was latterly like trying on a suit for my weeding day. exceptional customer service

Fantastic experience: Best run shop in Brisbane! Support small businesses! Jamie and The Run Vault team have been an incredible source of information and advice and stockists of all my gear along my running journey. I refuse to shop anywhere else! Fantastic experience: I recently purchased running shoes from Runvault. Jamie and the team were very knowledgeable, I was able to test the suitable shoes on their indoor turf. Shoes are great and I also picked up a running belt for my phone and keys. Definately worth a visit to this store.

Fantastic experience: Have purchased a number of shoes from Run Vault and each time I have received flawless service. I have dealt with Jamie on a number of occasions and he has been fantastic and is extremely helpful in providing a mountain of knowledge and experience. Jamie responded to questions that I sent via email in a very timely manner and I couldnt fault the response and assistance that I received, absolutely fantastic as this kind of service seems very rare these days. He saved me money by suggesting a smaller size vest more suited to my needs, and gave me incredibly useful tips for trail running that I never would have thought to ask. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Altra OLYMPUS 5 - Brought these to get me blister free on the Appalachian Trail, done the business in my training to date, priced right, don't care about the colour, The best hiking shoes you can have are the ones you don't feel when wearing them.....Happy As, Will more than likely buy again before I head off. Fantastic experience: I recently went to Run Vault in search of some new road shoes. Rob was so helpful and suggested a couple of different options. As a runner himself, he understood how important it is to get the right fit and could not have been more patient as I tried and tested out a few pairs. I am absolutely stoked with my new Saucony Endorphin Speed 3s - a shoe I would never have tried without Rob's advice. Highly recommend Run Vault - and love the fact I can support a small local business. I'll be back soon...trail shoes next!

Fantastic experience: I bought a Coros Pace2 from Run Vault in the Boxing Day sales. The process was quick and delivery was fast to Melbourne! There aren't many retailers that stock the Coros Pace2 and Run Vault offered this product and at an attractive price. I previously owned a Pace2 which got lost, so this is a replacement product for me. If you predominantly focus on running this a great product- easy to use, great battery life, good app, easy to import training schedules from Training Peaks and, importantly for me, manages running power natively to keep me to my targets. It is easy to run too hard, especially up hills, in easy training sessions so the best metric is power. In intervals and tempo or threshold sessions, the power keeps me in the right effort range and helps with pacing. For racing it is very good for managing my effort out over the race duration with the right power target. Pace2 also works well for multi-sports and other sports. My one comment is the optical HR is pretty average, especially for rowing, so I would use a HR strap if HR is important for you.

Fantastic experience: These guys have a quality selection of items and they will go the extra mile. I had a night trail run that I planned to attend with my club, and dusted off the old headlamp to find it completely bricked (read: put it away covered in sweat and deserved what I got). I contacted Run Vault to buy one of their fancy Ferei ones at short notice. They were able to facilitate not only getting the lamp out to the trails for me within a few short hours, but also pre-charging it for me so I knew it would work out of the box. Oh and the lamp is also sick - I’m glad the old one died.
