Fantastic experience: After a long time struggling to get back to the gym F45 Leichhardt has been such a fresh breath of air, where regardless of your level you feel inclusive and as important as anyone else!! I have so enjoyed my time so far and am starting to enjoy working out again something I have struggled with for a long time to find the joy in!! The trainers are all so amazing and helpful!!

Fantastic experience: Moved from my Ashfield Studio after it was closed down permanently at the end of September. I was a bit hesitant first as I was a founding member at Ashfield, over 7 years. All the hesitation went away from the first moment I went to the Leichhardt studio to check it out. Beth was very helpful and friendly, and after the first trial workout, I decided to stay permanently. The franchise owner made the effort to come in and welcome me personally, and whenever she drops in, she comes and says hello to everyone. Parking is very convenient (underground), and equipment is all very well maintained. Trainers are engaged and involved, always walking around and checking everyone, encouraging, and making suggestions on movements. I am very happy with it. I highly recommend the studio.

Fantastic experience: After transferring from another gym to F45 Leichhardt, the team made me feel so at home. Beth was especially welcoming on the first day; made me feel it’s where I belong. The trainers are top class that make F45 Leichhardt what it is. Andy, Troy, Alan and of course, Beth are always around during the sessions to help with technical improvements, that’s important for any gym (and me). I am really happy that I made the transition to F45 Leichhardt. F45 Leichhardt is my F45.

Fantastic experience: Out from the UK, I have trained here already two times this year and have always been made to feel welcome and been worked hard. At 63, F45 has totally transformed my fitness and mobility. It's a great format . I have always appreciated the motivation of the instructors and members at the Leichhardt Studio. Fantastic experience: Before starting at F45 I experienced hip pain which was unsuccessfully remedied by countless oesteotherapists and physiotherapists. Since staring the workouts at F45 the hip pain is gone and I can sit at a desk for longer periods without pain. The studio is great, trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and the timetable has a great options for busy people. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending classes via Zoom for the past 8 weeks. Although initially sceptical about this delivery method Caitlin and Lauren have made sure that the sessions are always high energy and fun. We are held to account and there has been a noticeable improvement in my overall health. I highly recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 for the strength sessions and they are great. Sore but not sorry afterwards. The team try really hard to keep the sessions fun. The online zoom sessions are really good and with the recordings you can do them anytime. They were even kind enough to lend me some weights to take home. Awesome!

Fantastic experience: I've been in the F45 system for almost a year now and really enjoy it. The past 7 weeks have been under the instruction of Caitlin and Lauren out of the Leichhardt studio. I'd like to thank the girls for always keeping us accountable and providing a constant mix of exercises along with varied routines. Having now experienced the online version across two lock downs, I highly recommend joining Caitlin and Lauren for an intense zoom session. I am now in week seven of F45 online and I am feeling great!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 Leichhardt for just over a year now and can truely say I LOVE it. I have been a member of other gyms in the past and never actually looked forward to going to a class as I do now. The team are really amazing, motivating and fun as are the other members who go there. It really does feel like a fit family. They push you when they need to and encourage you to give it your all. As a parent of 4 kids I have finally been able to give sometime to myself to focus on my health. In the latest challenge I was able to shift all those annoying covid kgs and I’m ready to keep smashing my goals. The classes are short enough that any busy person can fit them into their day and there is a great balance of ages, fitness levels and genders. Everyone is welcomed and you are working against your own goals. Can’t recommend F45 Leichhardt enough, do yourself a favour and get yourself down there!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with the Leichhardt team for 3 months now and I’ve recently hurt my knee badly from everyday activities. I’m so impressed with how amazing the team has been with changing up the exercises for me. I’ve had a class where Johnny set up my own station which worked well and a weight resistance class with Shani where I was able to go to every station and she modified every exercise for me. So grateful that time has been taken out of their class to modify the training to suit people’s personal needs :)

If you're thinking about it, I can't recommend enough to go and try it out for yourself as soon as possible. It's a place that welcomes everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness path. There's no mirrors, no egos. Just friendly faces, incredibly supportive trainers, good vibes, good tunes. The classes are always different, always fun. I've been going since it opened its doors for our community in 2016 and have never attended a session I didn't love. You go at your own pace and the amazing trainers will meet you where you're at; they're all so knowledgable, so approachable, and so good at what they do. Give it a go!

After the middle age spread was getting the better of us and feeling quite depressed about it, we joined F45 Leichhardt. The trainers are so friendly, knowledgeable and make training fun. I have gone from zero exercise to enjoying 5 days/week of F45 and even joining the Challenges. I’ve taken control of middle age and I am now fit. I’ve never been able to say that before.

Fantastic experience: F45 Liechhardt is the best in the inner west! Everytime I come in I’m welcomed by positive, motivated trainers that really take care of me and my individual needs. Having suffering a shoulder injury from past sport I’m unable to do a couple of exercises, but this team go above and beyond at offering me alternative exercises and motivate me to push myself to go as hard as I possibly can. After two weeks here I’m already feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time- the positive atmosphere within the gym keeps me coming back even when I think I can’t do no more!
