Negative experience: Terrible experience with this gym. I was told in an email that my '6-month contract set to finish on the 24/12/23'. I was then billed for a following 12 months! Over a thousand dollars in fees. When I called to try and get a refund I was told it wasn't possible and to escalate the issue 'however I wanted'. If the last email from the business states the contract is 'set to finish' that means its finishing in my opinion, no more fees. I think any reasonable person would agree. The manager James, couldn't have cared less. Then promised to send the regional managers phone number, still haven't received. Don't go to this gym, if there's an issue they won't help. I'll never use anytime fitness again. I'll retract the review if I'm refunded but otherwise I'll continue to persue this because I find it shocking customer service.

Fantastic experience: You feel safe. The people are all very nice and it could become your safe space. And you feel motivated there. The place is very bright so that make you feel good as well. You can use may machines so your work out feels different and not boring.

Negative experience: My partner and I were members of Anytime Fitness Mosman. My partner used the in-house Anytime Fitness personal trainer. The Anytime Fitness trainer ended up stealing over $650 in up-front training fees and never delivered the services before apparently quitting and becoming uncontactable. Anytime Fitness Mosman took absolutely no responsibility for their personal trainer who wore the Anytime Fitness brand and was heavily promoted and branded on their wall.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing service I have ever received at the gym. James is a wonderful manager who is an absolute pleasure to work with. His extremely welcoming personality makes him an amazing addition to this gym. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was really struggling with my weight post partum and James not only encouraged but motivated me to become the best version of myself I can be. I am infinitely happier and healthier thanks to his tailored advice and carefree atmosphere he created. Would highly recommend.

I love the fact that all of the clubs have the same high standard and range of equipment. The other great thing is that all of the staff in all venues have been genuinely helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Been with AF in Mosman NSW for a number of years and find it the best option for just a pure workout offering and flexibility. I've used my membership across Australia and in the US in three cities early, as well as early morning and late night (4am – 10pm) with no hassle. Just can't beat the value and offering.

Fantastic experience: My local anytime fitness branch. This is a great branch of this gym chain, really clean and nicely laid out equipment. Management does a great job making it a good place to workout. There are only two squat racks, but thankfully they aren’t mega busy so I can usually get one there’s a decent vibe here too, with a pretty diverse crowd ranging from what looks like school boys all the way to retirees. Nobody is rude or mean, and there are none of those super extra grunting dudes who like to try and show off by dropping their weights.

Fantastic experience: Small gym compared to other Anytime Fitness operated gyms but it was very organised and clean. Weight plates were organised by weight over by the power racks which is quite uncommon and a welcome change.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Anytime Fitness Mosman and I’m loving the new refurb and extra space! Having new machines and equipment really makes a difference when you train so this is a step in the right direction for the club. Having jumped ship from the red gym across the road, it was really refreshing to walk into what feels more like a community than a gym. Anytime Fitness Mosman is convenient, spacious and everything I need to help kick start my fitness goals. Gold stars to Kelly as she was an absolute delight to deal with when I first visited the Club. Legend!

Positive experience: Small but decent gym, fair rates, and the 24 hour access. After being demoralized through repetitive dance music with tormenting droning baselines at all previous gyms, it's a welcome respite that this gym actually plays some rock music.
