Fantastic experience: This is the best Snap fitness gym in Brisbane. James is an awesome manager, so welcoming, attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The gym is clean, spacious with all the equipment you'll ever need. After trying different locations in BrisVegas, we've finally found our Snap home.

Fantastic experience: I returned to this very Snap Fitness after being away for 4-years. It's bigger, well-maintained, clean, and not crowded. Helps that it's also great value. The club manager James is very kind and professional. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey back here!

Negative experience: The new area looks great but it is unusable due to the aircon is either turn off or not working. It’s QLD in the middle of summer, we need a functioning aircon!

The gym is consistently clean, all equipment is in excellent working order, and the Club Manager continually strives to provide the best experience for members. She's incredibly friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Under new management! New energy, new equipment is on its way, cleaner facilities, etc. I have trained at Snap Fitness for 2years and I’m pleased to announce that I am also the new Club Manager of Lutwyche

Negative experience: 2 out of 5 treadmills work along with a couple of non functioning bikes. 3 out of 6 TV's work and the cold water cooler has not worked for nearly a year. Toilet and showers are not clean and never have been. The supplementary A/C is never switched on and during summer the heat and humidity is not acceptable. Equipment is randomly unplugged probably in an attempt to save power. Feels like the gym owner is doing everything they possible can to save money at the expense of the gym users.

Negative experience: Dirty bathrooms, shower without hot water.

Negative experience: worst gym in brisbane!! over priced half the machines are broken and the owner stole money out of my account and refuses to give it back or show conformation he has payed it. there are so many better gyms round the same area who actually treat their customers properly and have working equipment!!! if i could give this gym negative stars i would.

Negative experience: Been a member for over a year Fans have been broken for months, its hot and stuffy in the mornings. Tried emailing, etc and no response. Get your act together. Going to join jetts down the road. Fix the outdated cardio equipment and get more cable machines. Sept 2023 update Just responding to the latest update after 7 months.. All well and good being under new ownership but if you are not doing anything to entice old members back, what's the point of responding to my post? Is the air con working from 4am in the morning for those that train early ?

Negative experience: I went in to the club to claim a 7 day free trial that was advertised on their website. When I arrived the lady refused to honor what was advertised on their website. I told her I would make a report to the QLD OFT. As I walked out she tried to appease by offering a one day free trial. When I refused she aggressively told me to **** off. I went across the road to Jetts and got a free 7 day trial no questions asked. I will be reporting SNAP for false advertising to the QLD OFT and ACCC.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, I have been charged wrongly a couple of times, and all I get is a guy on the other side of the line putting the blame on a different club or their software. Even though I had written communication of the changes I wanted on both occasions. Their solution is always for them to keep the payment and cover the weeks in the future. There is also poor to no reply to the texts or emails. It really needs a change of administration.

Negative experience: I used to be a member here and recently tried getting more info on rejoining. It's pretty hard to get any helpful information as I learnt emailing them this past week and getting an almost nothing reply each time. It says a lot when all the surrounding gyms have a higher rating than this one. Im now joining Clayfield Snap Fitness who have been amazing to deal with

Negative experience: I train at Snap Samford and visited Snap Lutwyche as I was in the area. The gym has potential but there are several key issues. I went on the weekend and the AC wasn't on so it was muggy and hot. Went to the shower and it says showers are closed between certain hours and on weekends. So I used them anyways and no hot water so I guess they turn off the hot water out of business hours. There was mould all through the showers which is absolutely disgusting. It's a 24/7 gym you can't just turn off the facilities out of normal staffed business hours and expect people to pay the amount for a 24/7 facility.This gym made me appreciate my usual gym at Samford.

Negative experience: I normally do not comment negatively on gyms however I felt this Snap needs alot of TLC. While on a recent visit to Brisbane, I attended with my partner. I found the gym equipment to be ageing and badly maintained. The gym was missing some key equipment such as an assault bike or ski erg. Hygiene seemed lackluster also. I cleaned the area around my cross trainer and the wipe was black with dirt. The bathrooms also could do with a refurbishment. Overall the owners of this gym need to reflect on what they want from the gym and accept that mediocrity is a poor standard to strive for.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. They don’t even have the most basic exercise equipments and the tiny weights area is a disaster. Anyone even half serious about training better stay away from this place. What a disappointment!

Negative experience: Im not one to go out and give poor reviews but this gym has so much potential that isn’t being used. A nice basic gym but the set up is bearing on dangerous in the free weights area. There’s very little room to move and set up. Love the deadlift platform but the gym needs some reorganisation. Also stopping peoples sets to vacuum around them isn’t really a good look.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym! All the basic equipment you need for a workout. However it is a very small gym and difficult to workout when it’s busy. The stretching area is tiny and can only fit 2 people max. The main thing I don’t like is it is always so hot! I couldn’t see any AC units, there are fans on the wall but they’re so high you cannot reach them to switch them on. I have been to better Snap gyms but I think they have done a good job with the limited space.

Negative experience: Had alot of difficulty trying to cancel my membership. I assume they get a red mark from coroporate when a client wants to cancel their membership. Not once in the 4 years I was a member did this gym reach out and discuss why I was not using the gym. Very unprofessional. I have reported this gym to the department of fair trading as well as the ACCC. I recommend to avoid this gym. In reply to your comment - I certainly do not have the wrong gym. I made numerous comments on your facebook page to which you deleted. Show some accountability. Charging someone for 4 years who hasn't accessed the gym in that time is criminal. Not once did you try and reach out to me in that time. You made me fil out a form to cancel the membership even though I messaged you to inform you that I wanted to cancel (legally, that's all I need to do). Start showing some accountability!

Positive experience: Small quiet gym. Has all the essentials

Negative experience: Tried to cancel membership twice. Both times my membership was not cancelled despite being led to believe it was. Finally cancelled on third attempt but wont refund fee's paid back to original request. Disgusting management taking advantage of its members to benefit themselves.

Negative experience: Had a nasty experience at this Gym this morning. The Owner publically berated me in front of other members, who approached me afterwards with concerns about the way he spoke to me in front of other gym users. It was an issue about my membership that he should never have spoken to me about, but rather spoken directly to my home gym manager.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting in with Mitch and Lachlan for HIIT and PT session and have absolutely loved it, they definitely are there for you and are always helping to get you to your best.

Negative experience: Lift your game Lutwyche. This used to be a great little gym, but has really gone down hill recently. Hard to get into after hours, broken things like fans, lights in the toilets etc take months to get fixed, if at all. And the place is a mess. Seldom gets cleaned. Don't get me started on the showers. Despite being a member and attending daily for 5 years, you're lucky to even be acknowledged by the manager. I'm now going to SNAP at Carina, which by contrast is a clean, professionally run gym with friendly and engaging staff.

Negative experience: I visited a few times then went to another snap gym. Not impressed with the new fitout, it feels rushed and incomplete. Compared to the other Snap fitness gyms I use i feel the staff here are not as engaging or friendly. They have the classic symptom of gym management of being all buddy with their bodybuilding customers but completely disregard their main clientele, the average joe. I won't be back.
