Positive experience: Good gym, plenty of equipment. Shame that 80% of people don't bother using and bringing towel.

Fantastic experience: I just joined and I’m really enjoying it. Going to the gym can be intimidating, but the women’s only room has made me feel much more comfortable, it’s just a personal preference. Everyone’s friendly, keeps to themselves, and the trainers are always happy to help. Ventilation is good too. Thankyou ☺️

Positive experience: Would of given full stars but as The websites says they have access of free WiFi I came here looking for the WiFi I don't feel motivated to go coz I find it easy to exercise I can concentrate using my iPad or iPhone to play certain video , I know long time ago they did provided it so kinda feel ashamed they won't provide it.so why say in the website have WiFi ... Fantastic experience: Easily one of the best plus fitnesses. From the equipment, staff, clensiness and crowd, simply can not fault this place. Dedicated female area, massive area with plenty of up to date weights machines and mezzanine area for all the cardio equipment this place has it all. I'm glad it's my local because some of the other places I walk into, I'm almost walking back out. 3 things I love about this place One, they have a water cooler where the water is like ice Two, there is a cleaner every day to clean the place. This gym DOES NOT stink. Ventilation is top class and Three, when the equipment is broke, bet that it's fixed within the day.

One of the things I appreciate most is the availability of new and well-maintained machines, which make my workouts efficient and enjoyable. Positive experience: love the gym, DISLIKE THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO AREN'T SHOPPING or AT THE GYM and use the parking spots. There was an event nearby and my friend (female) and I were attempting to park in a spot where someone had just left, however a man high beamed us multiple times to claim the spot (HE DIDNT EVEN SIGNAL!!). My friend retreated and gave up the spot and we eneded up parking at the back in the dark. The guy didnt even go in the gym at all and made us two young female girls walk in the dark. So frustrating. He was an entitled and full grown man too.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped facility and good sized gym. With showers and separate ladies room.

Negative experience: The gym feels like it has no Air-conditioning throughout all of summer, the fans in the ladies room are all broken and the gym etiquette is a 2 also very crowded with limited equipment, impossible to workout at peek time.

Positive experience: Good location with 2 floors of equipment, the first floor being primarily weights, while the 2nd floor is cardio equipment. The gym is rather clean.

Positive experience: One of the best Plus Fitness gyms in the area. Well equipped for the size of the gym. Highly recommend to go there outside of peak hours as it can get very busy. Some patrons can be very inconsiderate spending more on the phone while on an equipment then actually training. Areas where it can be improved on is getting patrons to rack their weights after use, no lights at rear carpark which is a safety issue and staff can be unfriendly (except Alicia).

Has a private area for ladies to train so they don't get bothered by men in the gym and has a upstairs cardio area with bikes treadmills and elliptical machines. Enough machines to workout with and free weight so you can get on with your workout

Positive experience: It's the best fitness center I visited in western Sydney. Big space, great equipments, the hygiene is perfect all time I visit, I mean bathroom and toilet are always kept clean. It's one of my favourite training centers. I recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for updating the women’s workout section. It is cut off from the rest of the gym and has a lot of equipment that we can use. The only downside is the personal trainer entrance is right in the middle of this section and males come in and out and makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes. But not to worry, as there’s another part of the women’s area where no one can see through which is amazing! Great range of equipment. And bathrooms and showers are always kept clean. Thank you to Alisha and Steven who’s been helping me out constantly with any problems or enquires.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has private female section, very clean and well maintained compared to many gyms. Staff seem real nice when they are there, usually dont see them much the hrs i go. Small but has variety of equipment and well set out with space, weekends usually pretty quite all hrs of the days. Weekdays best off going early morning or late night as gets a little busy. Overall a real good gym.

Positive experience: My go-to gym in the early mornings. Although small, the range of machines is just what you need, there is also a lady's room to space it out a bit. Always good to see the same friendly faces every morning before the staff arrive and everyone seems to respect the equipment and those around them. Also one of the cleanest Plus Fitness' I've been to.

Positive experience: Great facility! Spaced into free weights, machine weights, cables, cardio and there is even a ladies room (small space). However, parking is impossible in the spaces allocated so expect to park down the road when you come.
