Fantastic experience: I cone in casually ($15) occasionally when my private gym is closed. I do the olympic lifts. This gym (though not designed for olympic lifts) is very accommodating and will find ways to let me do the lifts I want to do without any friction. The staff member is great, he was very helpful, and the coffee machine is a very nice touch. In short, a very solid choice for a commercial gym.

Fantastic experience: Gym staff real friendly, answered all my questions, sorted me out real quick with my membership and explained the details. Equipment is everything I need - bar, variety of weight plates, and space for squatting or deadlifting. The shower runs hot so it's good for post-workout. All in all its good. - William

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness is a great gym for everyone, I recently got a membership and I love going, the Gym is very chill and all the machines are clean and easy to use, the staff and other people using the gym are nice and friendly. It doesn't matter if its your first time going or you've been going for ages, this gym is great for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Hi guys, this is a great gym, its managed well and has plenty of space to work hard in. Its also clean as! The equipment looks really new and covers all the bases for a full body workout. The space is full of light due to the large window sections which I like and they have plenty of mirrored sections which I also like! : ) Give it I go!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Snap Fitness, Glen Iris since it opened. Keegan, the owner and the Personal Training team are very nice to deal with and always greet me by name. In my job I regularly travel and visit other Snap Fitness Gyms nationally. I am yet to find a Gym that matches the Glen Iris gym for cleanliness, modern equipment, equipment layout and staff friendliness. I highly recommend this gym. .

Fantastic experience: The location and totally equipment of this place is very suitable for me. Especially that its 24 hour open, come and go whenever you like.

Negative experience: Hello All, The equipments in the gym are good but the management is terrible. They wont respond to emails and will not give any value for our time. I had to travel overseas due to personal stuff during COVID and hence I suspended my membership. After a while, money was deducted from my account and I reached out to the management to know the reason. They said, there were too many emails and before they could read mine, the debit was done and they will give me a credit for two weeks when I come back. It was not what I wanted but still I accepted it thinking of the COVID problems for the gym as well. Then two weeks later money was deducted again from my account and I reached out to them again. After following up too many times , I was told that the money would be transferred to my bank account . From then onwards I have been following up again and again and I till now haven't received the payment. The below screenshot shows around 31 email exchanges I had with snapfitness glen iris and every time I would get only the automated response message. I am not sure why you guys are not responding and why it is a problem to give my money back. It is very unprofessional to treat your members this way.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped, all the machines are virtually brand new. Got everything a proper gym should have. That means free weights and plenty of them. Even the music isn't totally awful. Probably too much vocal tho.

Negative experience: Firstly why is there no ZERO rating here? First up scammed in with the $8.95 first month pitch. Then charged $84 per month afterwards. Was charged $77 at the start for the swipe card, which is not refundable. Then when I cancelled, they cited 30 day notice period so took a further two payments from my account. Honestly, no hope of ever getting me back. Would NEVER recommend this gym, ever!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Melbourne. All the staff are very welcoming, they are always up for a chat and willing to lend a hand. The equipment layout is great too, lots of thought has gone into the setup. The team are constantly looking for new machines and new ways to keep the place fresh.

Fantastic experience: I have moved to the Gold Coast and really miss Snap Glen Iris. I miss the friendly and knowledgable people at this wonderful gym and there is plenty of equipment that is very well maintained. If I ever move back to Melbourne I will definitely rejoin! This is the best Snap gym I have seen, by a mile!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of SNAP GI from the beginning and I have to say its one of the best equipped and laid out Gym's anywhere Equipment is all new and state of the art. I particularly like the magnetic rowing machines, after using them you can never go back to the clunky, noisy and ancient concept 2's.. I've got to know the Manager, head PT and owners and they are great relaxed guys. This place is a keeper.

Friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic staff to stay motivated and feel comfortable in the gym. Lovely dedicated memebers who help you stay committed whilst enjoying a community full of health and fitness :)
