Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Essendon 2 weeks ago now and love coming every morning. Harry and his team of awesome coaches have made me feel so welcome and never fail to get your energy going and pump you up throughout the workout. You can tell they really care about their community as everyone gets greeted by name when they walk in. Space is big and clean never feels crowded no matter how many of us are there. Coaches are super friendly and helpful - always checking in during the workout to make sure you’re doing it right and giving it your best. Love it here definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place to train. Energy in this joint is pumping. Trainers keep well on top of all members, making sure techniques are correct. I walk out of there on a high after every session. If you’re looking for a great structured workout, with the ability to do it at your own level and pace, then give F45 Essendon a crack. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn’t really enjoy working out, I have to say I really love it here. The staff are genuinely friendly and good people who want to help, the music really gets you going and time passes really quick. As someone only just getting back into fitness, I love that I don’t feel unfit here, I’m keeping up because I can choose my weights and work my way up. It’s just a great place all round and I’m quickly getting fit again which I love.

Fantastic experience: After many years of watching from afar I took the plunge and decided to go to a class. Whilst the first couple of weeks were great examples of how unfit I was: gasping for breath, barely able to stand up without groaning and washing my hair with one hand because I couldn't lift my other arm; I am happy to report that the F45 Essendon crew has embraced my wobbly uncoordinated self; always an encouraging word, urging me on, teaching me technique and ensuring I didnt slack off (too much). Now I don't ache as much any more, I look forward to sessions in the morning to kick start my day and I can wash my hair with both hands! Win. Oh, I'm starting to feel a heck of a lot fitter and better!

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of this place. The trainers here are awesome. They’re super attentive and really help you to achieve your goals. I was an absolute newbie, had never stepped into a gym or a class and immediately they made me feel welcome. As a novice you’ve always got support. The pt’s are right by your side to show you how to do things safely with the correct technique. Anyone and everyone will get the results they want if they get down here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been seriously into fitness but with knee problems, running is no longer an option so cardio has typically been bikes, gym and occasional fitness classes. F45 has added a dimension that has the perfect blend of variety, intensity, engagement and instruction. It has a ‘no frills’ yet vast range of exercises to pace, range and music that have had me gaining strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and shape like never before. Mixed in with great staff, F45 that has delivered results that I realise now I could not have gained through my own ideas of a fitness program. I thought i was fit before I joined. I wasn’t as fit as I thought. I’m able to do exercises that I just would not have bothered doing on my own and that have delivered me outcomes that are undeniably visible. F45 is a great fit for my personality and lifestyle and as a person in my mid-50s I’ve never felt left out. Rather, I’ve never felt better and more motivated. I’m a big fan!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who seriously dislikes the gym and working out, I had my doubts about joining this type of program. I was referred and signed up for a one week free trial and I was so impressed. The workouts are intense, but the movement of stations and difference every day makes you forget how hard you’re working. The trainers are extremely encouraging and are so involved watching everyone, ensuring no one hurts themselves by using improper form, and pushing everyone to do their best. Having lots of other people around you as well is so encouraging. I look forward to joining full time soon. It’s a great program that I encourage everyone to try.

Fantastic experience: When I first started training here I was so nervous but as soon as I got to the studio I was welcomed by all trainers and owners and my nerves went away. I love training here. The atmosphere is lively, the trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, members are friendly and the workouts always change so you never get bored. Would highly recommend F45 Essendon to anyone who is willing to sweat!

Fantastic experience: Love the whole F45 experience. I have trained at gyms for many years and love the functional training aspect. I was super scared to go and was like “oh yeah F45” type attitude preferring to stick to the gym (total comfort zone) once I ripped off the bandaid I can honestly say WOW this is epic - to the personable F45 Essendon team it is truly a great experience, not to mention the generosity of the owners Ben (comedian) and Anja (just so lovely). Keep up the great work guys - F45 is a community vibe, an experience and most of all a pleasure to attend. PS I feel fit and excited to go to class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me !

Fantastic experience: This is seriously the most amazing studio, with the most amazing trainers! The equipment and facilities are great, and they also offer a variety of supplements and gym gear too! I always come out of there feeling like I have had a great workout and sweating bullets! All the trainers are so welcoming, and motivating, and I couldn't recommend F45 Essendon more!

Fantastic experience: I was intimidated by the idea of 'working out' in a small room filled with other people, but everybody from the trainers to other members are just super nice. I feel welcomed from the moment I walk through the door. Everybody in the studio are so kind and supportive my fear dropped away pretty quick! The studio itself is well-maintained, always clean (including the toilet/changing facilities) and the equipment is clean and well presented. It's obvious the trainers take a lot of pride in what they do as they're always open to feedback and suggestions: even going as far as to actually incorporate said feedback into the running of the studio. 10/burpees, would recommend

Fantastic experience: Love training here. Went to a normal gym for so long and never saw results like this. I have been going here for 6 months and lost more than 10kgs. Not only am I seeing results it’s a fun environment and made some amazon friends training here. Not to mention the staff are amazing and always happy to help.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Essendon back In October a bit hesitant and nervous to start. From the moment I met the trainers and owners I felt like a valued part of the community. It makes it so easy to get out of bed for early morning sessions when I feel like I am more than just a number. These guys are always willing to listen and push you to get that bit more from your workout. The best decision I have made has been to join F45 Essendon, and without hesitation would highly encourage anyone who was considering to join! Great community, great trainers and great owners! Fantastic experience: F45 essendon isn't just a training studio , it's a welcoming family , a home away from home. Where people motivate each other day in day out and help each other achieve their goals. I didn't know much about F45 but it only took me 1 session to become addicted. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak high enough of F45 Essendon. This is the only gym where I have consistently attended 6 days a week. I would have to be in hospital to miss a class at this amazing studio. It's not just the training style that makes it a great place to workout and get results, but the owners and trainers have created a family/community style atmosphere like no other. The members are all amazing, everyone gets along.
