Fantastic experience: I joined Jetts Aveley around 7 weeks ago and I absolutely love the staff, the atmosphere and the members there. Everyone is so warm and friendly that you don’t actually feel like you are in a gym, it feels like a gathering with new friends. So glad I got the courage to walk through the doors as I believe this could be a lifelong friendship.

Fantastic experience: Jetts gym is one of the reputative gym in Australia. Two things I like the most about the jetts are First no contract period and the top class gym equipments and machines.

Fantastic experience: My experience is always great at Jetts Aveley! The staff are so warm and welcoming every time I come in and the equipment is very clean. Jetts Aveley has been my go to gym for over 6 years and I won’t ever change.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of a number of gyms over my life, spanning nearly all franchises in varying locations. Jetts Aveley is absolutely unbeatable for the environment and friendliness of the staff. An absolute huge shoutout to Kayla the manager who routinely makes the gym feel warm and welcoming and always greets you with a friendly hello. Would recommend this to anyone at all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend Jetts Aveley! I’m new to the gym my confidence was low, I was a bit afraid to attend the gym but Kayla the manager made my orientation such a welcoming space which helped me a lot. The gym is always kept clean and tidy, well maintained by the staff and everyone that walks in and out always return big smiles! It’s such a friendly, chilled out and welcoming environment! Would definitely give this gym a go if you’re in the Aveley/Ellenbrook area :)

I was nervous at first as it was an unfamiliar environment, but I quickly felt welcomed by the staff as they’re all extremely welcoming and friendly. The gym is clean and spacious and there’s a good range of equipment. I would recommend to anyone wanting to join a new gym or anyone wanting to join a gym for the first time

The staff have been welcoming and it’s been great to take advantage of the free gym session to get me started. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to work out in a safe and comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: If your like most people who don't enjoy the gym , then Jetts Aveley is the one for you. The staff are friendly , lots of people at different fitness levels and being 24/7 I can go when its quiet. I actually enjoy my warm ups on the treadmill & the loving rhe view with the bifold doors open.

Always room to move around and use whatever equipment you need. Glad I came back. Jetts Aveley for the Win! After not going to gym for 25 years, I was very impressed with Ben at Jetts Aveley taking the time out to get me started on my fitness journey. The service from the other staff is also top shelf. All equipment is top notch and user friendly. I thoroughly recommend Jetts Aveley if you’re looking for a gym that has your fitness first!

Negative experience: I tried multiple times to sign up to the gym. I called, I emailed and even tried going twice in "manned hours" to find it unmanned. Such a shame their customer service is non-existent.

Negative experience: Reached out to Jetts in March 2023 to cancel my membership. Kayla said she would put my account on hold and see where 'we will go from there.' There was no explicit communication that account reactivation was automatic. I was debited in June 2023 after not having attended since March or expressing any communication of wanting to return to this gym. I asked for a refund but that was ignored and was simply told 'all of our suspensions are automatically renewed.' Fine. I asked to finally just terminate the memebrship and two weeks later, was charged AGAIN. The lack of care and customer service is substandard and extremely disappointing to see that other people have experienced the same thing after reading more recent reviews.

Fantastic experience: Great service & friendly staff

Negative experience: I have been a member of Jetts Aveley for a long and I haven't had any issues in the past but one month after I cancelled my membership they started taking money from my accoun!. I have contacted them and asked them to refund the money and stop taking money out of my account, they acknowledged the mistake they have made and promised me that the matter will be solved however this didn't happen!. Once again they have taken another payment out of my account. It took me about two and half weeks to get money my money back!. Folks be careful out there! Watch the space!!.

Positive experience: Overall a great environment for workout but these webs on bicycles are very annoying.

Positive experience: Love the 24 hour access, equipment is relatively new. It can get busy and crowded as a smaller sized gym

Negative experience: Since there has been a change of manager, the service has been very bad. Since I have left Jetts Aveley a few months ago, they still have been taking money from me.

Fantastic experience: I train at another Jetts regularly, but use Aveley to train with a few friends out that way! I love it, always clean and the equipment is new or at least kept at a high standard! Always enjoy my trips to Jetts Aveley!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for some years now and have nothing but positive experiences at Jetts Aveley. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the place is spotless and the equipment in very good condition. My only concern is when a very few members have some trouble understanding that in the current environment that they need to clean down equipment before and after they use it.

Fantastic experience: I left my previous gym due to lack of customer service skills and came to this gym which provided me with: Great customer service everyday Has all essential machines and equipment for weighted workouts and each has its own space/area (well organised) A good amount of weight is accessible for any and all lifts Has good space to do body weight workouts too Now unless you're throwing yourself around the place like you're a gymnast or wanting to take up all the machines, the overall small sizing of the gym isn't as inconvenient as i thought it would've. I'm still able to execute my workouts perfectly and if someone has something i need or the gym doesn't have it, I am able to easily improvise and still get the job done!

Negative experience: Where do i start 1.Rude staff Different set of rules for different set of people ask one thing to one staff the other one denies it. Manager need to get her affairs right 2.Unhygienic Place is full of spider webs Treadmill sounds like a steam engine. 3.Baloney rules We understand that it has been tough for lot of businesses we also understand the some businesses are making some baloney rules to fit there needs just like Jett. I tried to reach out to the staff but unable to get through hence why this review.

Fantastic experience: Exercise equipment and weight rack are all stock standard here but in saying that This Jetts is exactly what you would want from a gym, the trainers dont constantly hassle you like alot of other jetts, which is great. You can just come in, get your workout done and go, without a barrage of offers an sign ups flying at you, (which is great if your anti social like me). Its also cleaned during the business week so no problems with hygiene either.
