Negative experience: A typical gym. All is well and good while you pay but as soon as you wish to cancel, the customer service is out the door and you go through hurdles just to cancel. The policy says you can cancel via email or phone but they’ll try to make you come in person. I’ll never go back to Snap Fitness or recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this club loving it so far in, very handy for me I walk here in 5 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Been at a few gyms and this one gets me. It’s generally have about 5 people working out so nice and private but also find that they are no loud groups, shouting, slamming weights down all that stuff. For a person whom just wants to push out reps, power run without the frills this is a great place. Parking is convenient right out the front. Right across from the Ellenbrook Shops too so easy after a workout to grab groceries, which I’ve done many times. Equipment is really good. They’re in top condition always available and the Snap app together with myWellness app keep track of all your workouts plus loads more like tunes, workout vids and workout logs. Tina is a star and keeps the gym clean. Memberships pricing is excellent especially if you take advantage of the prepaid options. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Not a big gym but has everything you will need. The best part, it isn't crowded like other gyms in the area. As a returning member, it's my favourite gym.

Positive experience: Love going in the mornings as it’s very quiet. Machines are all well maintained and clean. There is plenty of space to utilise so even if other people are there you can have your own corner. Only down side is there is never aircon on and during this summer I’ve been pouring out sweat before I even start my warm up!

Negative experience: The gym itself is really good. Not many people go and is good if you don't like working out in front of a lot of people. The equipment is all very new and good quality as well! I went to cancel my membership because as I didn't have enough time to go. Stuff didn't have good customer service skills and came across rude.

Negative experience: Management didn't seem to be bothered, left after a quick look around the place.

Positive experience: Snap fitness Ellenbrook is a great gym with a good atmosphere I prefer to go very early in the morning before work as the afternoons are a bit busy but compared to other gyms in the area it is not that busy Highly recommend snap fitness and most definitely ELLENBROOK gym

Negative experience: They never answer calls

Negative experience: Charged me for two accounts at the same time, then tried to blame me for it. Got a refund eventually but had to go through consumer protection as management would not budge. The lady I dealt with was rude and passive-aggressive in all my dealings with her. I would not recommend this gym, plenty of other good ones in Ellenbrook.
