Positive experience: Please please please clean the toilet bowl everyday. I am there almost everyday and i have never seen the toilet clean. Also the exhaust full of dust. That is what we breathe in there. If you promote health and wellness, cleanliness is paramount. Revo Cannington

Negative experience: staff here are very rude, especially one of the male workers. he raised his voice at us in front of everyone saying next time we aren’t going to be allowed in as we didn’t have a towel when our towel was in our sport bag the whole time. felt very embarrassed. and lets not go into how disgusting the gym toilets are. gym is also so overpacked at all times, can barely get a good workout in

Negative experience: Worst customer service and worst gym

Positive experience: The gym is spacious and has new equipment, but because it's in the shopping mall, you will always struggle to get into the gym parking as it's always busy! Also, it's extremely crowded in the gym, so you have to pick your time when it's not busy.

Negative experience: Way to overcrowded, not enough machines available, difficult to entry by walking after the shopping center closes. Not coming back.

Negative experience: Well, where do I start with this gem of a gym? It's like the Bermuda Triangle of fitness—full of mystery and questionable decisions. Let’s dive in! First off, parking on the weekend is a real adventure. The ramp is closed off, so good luck finding a spot unless you enjoy parallel parking in a space the size of a shoebox. Once inside, you’ll find a gym that’s as spacious as a football field but, strangely, feels like a barren wasteland of exercise equipment. It's like being at a party where no one knows how to dance—everyone’s just standing around waiting for something to happen. And those moveable benches? They're less 'moveable' and more 'wobbly death traps.' If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you’re training in a funhouse, this is your chance. Now, the red resistance bands are the stuff of legends. I spent more time hunting for them than actually working out. It’s like they’re part of a secret quest with no reward. As for the machines, some of them have a tension system that’s stickier than an old honey jar. On the brighter side, the music is at a volume that doesn’t require earplugs and actually sets a pretty good vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely try to make your experience better. However, the member base is a whole other story. It seems like this gym is the central hub for every inconsiderate gym-goer in town. From not using towels to loudly chatting on the phone, from wearing flip-flops to not wearing deodorant—it's like a free-for-all in gym etiquette. There are also some impressive achievements like punching holes in the toilet walls, smearing quarter pounders on said walls, and even vaping in the toilets. Oh, and let’s not forget about the people parking in disabled spots just because they 'might be' a little late for their workout. In summary, if you're looking for a workout experience that's more entertaining in its chaos than effective for actual fitness, this is your spot. It’s basically the epicenter of gym mishaps. With more machines and a little less chaos, this place could really be something special. Until then, it’s a two-star wonderland of gym mayhem.

Negative experience: This place is honestly horrible, so many machines are out of order and take forever to get repaired. The change rooms are disgusting and there’s never enough soap available which makes the gym unhygienic. Plus it always smells horrible. The gym is soooo packed and we couldn’t even get half of our workout done. Would not recommend, find another gym asap this gym just sucks full stop. Would like to see the managers pull a finger out and get this gym working.

Negative experience: Gym is not hygienic and even though I’ve cancelled my membership, they kept charging me for an additional 3 months. Requesting a refund for those unauthorised debit has been an absolute pain and I’m still being lead around in circles with support saying they’ve approved the refund every time I ask about it

Negative experience: this place nEEDS ventilation or some fans or something because it always smells like rotted corpse and it makes you lightheaded, sick and makes your water taste like feet. i feel bad for the workers who have to sit in there all day like how can they breathe

Negative experience: Been a member since February. Will start off by saying that the gym’s overall vibe/atmosphere is pretty good, it’s spacious, conveniently located and has lots of equipment/machines. Thats about it in terms of positives. Personally, I don’t need much other than that to keep me from returning and would honestly give the gym 4 stars if not for what im about to mention. I understand the gym has a large number of members but there needs to be some standard in hygiene and cleanliness with the toilets, especially the male’s. This is probably the 6th session i’ve had this month at the gym where the soap dispensers aren’t refilled and left empty so imagine the sheer NASTY-NESS of using the toilet and not being able to wash our hands cleanly. I thankfully have a personal hand sanitiser on me so i’m able to make do, but it really is bare minimum for a place with such heavy skin contact onto items to have proper hygiene practices. I’ve only ever written one review in my life and this is it. Please keep the gym safe and hygienic by refilling the soap dispensers frequently (please dont make me have to pack my own hand soap to the gym…) and maintaining the machines better (smith machine specifically went weeks without any maintenance done on it)

Positive experience: Pro: It's a good gym with a lot equipment and fairly spacious. Con: It's bloody busy and you often have to wait for certain machines. There is also people that their sneaks their friends in especially at night. Improvement: please add more 12.5kg, 15kg dumbbell. Given that 90% of gym users are fairly new to working out. It would be benefit us all.

Negative experience: staff is very dismissive, i have went to them thrice regarding an issue with checking in through the revo fitness app, was not accommodated and dismissed the issue without any solution. The staff at the front was getting all the opportunity to finish talking with me and no reassurance whatsoever if the issue will be fixed. She did not even smiled one bit, no greetings and seemed annoyed that I have asked her for help.

Negative experience: Customer service was terrible. I came in today to cancel my membership and also try to get help with transactions, because it has been more than 5 days after I received the email that the transfer would be tried again "after 48 hours ", and I didn't want to be charged extra on-top of the $60 just because they didnt try the transaction again. The lady was already very rude, when I tried to explain this to her, she wasn't listening and just handed me an iPad to fill the cancel form out. After I did that, I took the iPad back to her and tried to explain my situation to her again. She responded with " that's not our problem , we don't deal with that . You have to talk to easy pay" she was the utmost useless and plainly provided poor customer service. Not only this, she was very rude about it. I asked if she was able to help me, if she could direct me to anybody at revo to help me and she said " no one can help you. We don't deal with that. You need to call them up yourself. It is not our issue". I find it absolutely appalling that you don't communicate with your third party companies, especially with such a delicate and important matter like bank transactions and make the customer do it themselves? I even asked if she could provide me with an email for me to contact eseaypay, or even the general Revo help team, and she said " we cannot help you. You need to do it yourself. You need to call them up" The least she could do was given me an email to Revo customer service, but she wasn't even able to do that. Utterly completely unhelpful. It's humorous that you make your own customers contact your third party companies, seeking contacts from the internet instead of trying to provide help yourself. I regret not asking for her name, but she barely looked me in the eye when I walked in, and was distracted by what seemed to be her phone. Worst employee I have ever encountered

Negative experience: These people are starting to harass me like crazy vultures even though I cancelled months ago. They have very tricky policies like having to cancel in writing and having to be approved by some special manager who is never there and cannot take a call. Be careful - its never as easy as they advertise “no lock in contract - cancel anytime”

Positive experience: The facility is well maintained. But the cleaning timing is worst. They doing cleaning every morning between 7 to 8 which is a busy time. Washrooms are all wet and slippery. High risk of injury as your shoes are wet and slippery after using washroom. Please please do change in cleaning timings.

Negative experience: When is this place actually staffed on a sunday? Stickers outside say 9-1 and the app says 11-5 …. Came here twice (during the time period) and still no staff members ? Same with the contact phone number that is always “outside staff hours” …

Positive experience: I love going to this gym despite of the crowded atmosphere. I wish they bring in more equipment and make sure no non-members enter after hours

Negative experience: Tok money from my son only for one hour entry Receptionist was told him bring your dad tomorrow for regular membership next day receptionist charges my son again with full fees They says this is our policy which is very bad and rip kids money

Negative experience: Would not recommend signing up, if you have the money for your membership payment, but it is in a different account and you forget to transfer, you will be charged an extra $15 on top of your fee. Regardless of whether you have the money for the membership or not. Happened to me twice. I had the money to pay but because it was in my savings I had to fork up an extra $30. Ridiculous if you ask me.

Positive experience: While the gym is reasonably affordable and most of the equipment maintained, it has become rather popular and has started to feel rather claustrophobic on weekday afternoons. If you can go for a workout at a different time, it doesn’t feel as busy. Saturday and Sunday mornings are usually quiet. Other than that, if you have the patience to wait for your turn on the popular machines, you should still be able to finish your workout routine within an hour or so.

Positive experience: Good gym, equipment was up to standard

Positive experience: Large gym with plenty of nice modern equipment, easy to use, clean and well staffed. Minimal waiting area and no creche. First came during quiet time and the place seemed huge, but during evening peak times it gets very busy. Avoid 5-6pm if you don't like crowds, or have some isometric exercise or stretches in mind as there can be a wait between machines. Shower facilities clean. Reasonably friendly atmosphere.

Negative experience: Ramp blocked off to entry

Negative experience: Gym is exploitative, they impose $15 failed payment fees. Not late payments but if the original charge doesn’t go through. I have never had this! I don’t like keeping funds in my account and I usually transfer and make a manual payment the day it’s due. These extra fees show complete disregard for customers. Again I am happy to accept charges for a late payment but this is not acceptable!

Positive experience: Good place to work out, and cause it’s too good it’s too crowded 05/02/24 My favorite workout is chin-up and pull-up, but every time I try to use the horizontal bar, someone comes to the rack and starts to punch the punching bag and because it's attached to a metal rack with horizontal bars, it shakes severely and it impossible to work out, this metal rack can be used up to 6 people And if one guy starts to hit the bag everyone has to leave, if it shakes it's hard to balance my body and I'm afraid I might get injured. So please please remove the punching bag from the rack and put it somewhere else where it wouldn't shake the whole rack so we can work out safely, I appreciate your effort to have as many types of equipment as possible but the punching bag is a bit of a problem I reckon. Thanks for your support, and I will look forward to hearing from you

Negative experience: No matter what time of the day we access to the gym, there is constant dirt everywhere and it is disgusting. The Reformer Pilates area is full of dust, hair, pet hair and food crumbs.. very rare to find wet wipes or spray for cleaning. Found mold on the sink many times as well, where everyone fills their water bottle. The cleaners are clearly not doing the right job! The hair and dust under the Reformer Pilates machines is very visible (especially between the springs) and it makes us feel very disgusted. Please take action IMMEDIALTEY! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT HEALTHY!

Negative experience: I regret to say that the cleanliness of this Pilates studio leaves much to be desired. The floors are consistently covered in hair, dust, and dirt, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. It's disappointing to see a lack of attention to basic hygiene. Also, most of the time cleaning products to clean the reformer after use are not available. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues for the sake of the studio's reputation and the well-being of its clients.

Fantastic experience: Only just starting back after the longest absence from injuries. Price point cheapest there is plus added bonus it's in the car park of Carousel Mall Spacious with literally everything you need!! Hassle free sign up went online sokn as i landed from work went picked up my key and straight to work. Added bonus is the pilates room massage chairs etc but will have to pay an $3 a week to use. All I can say is highly recommend

Positive experience: I really like this gym, it's clean, modern, and has all the equipment I need. The only thing is that whenever I try calling during business hours no one picks up, I've tried 5 separate times on 5 different days (weeks apart) and no one has ever picked my call up :(

Positive experience: Big gym with new modern equipment and facilities. Only downside is there are way too any users. It was so congested tonight I left early because I couldn’t complete my usual routine due to equipment being unavailable and the BO of everyone lingered around. They need to dial up the ventilation when it gets packed.

Negative experience: Omg , what a waste of money , no one on the floor to help, that or they didn't stand out that they worked there, closed my account in the cooling of period, and had to pay $30 plus the $59.95. This was not explained when I cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Revo Cannington is such an upgrade from other locations I attend. More equipment and machines, great layout of different zones so it doesn't feel as busy, and the new Studio is my favourite part. Amazing value for money - for only an extra $3 a week, you have unlimited use to the Pilates reformers, massage chairs and BMI scanner. Great for those who can't usually afford the standard Pilates class prices elsewhere. The gym is always clean and kept at a good temperature. Definitely worth a visit!

Negative experience: Compained many times that the tempreture is too cold, management needs to do something about it, and the girls that work there are wearing puffy jackets inside asking the clients to workout harder?!, its freezing and its during winter, for older seniors its actually bad for their joints, just do better management!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! It has a nice variety of machines, including some cool additions like the belt squat machine. The layout is well thought out, and the decoration is beautiful, just like all the other Revos. With multiple squat racks and lots of young people contributing to the relaxed atmosphere, there's plenty of space to move around. Overall, I'm really happy with this new addition to the Revo and love how fast they are expanding

Fantastic experience: Great facilities with lots of space and equipment, would suggest to get some more handles for the cable machines specially ropes

Positive experience: Great gym, new, clean and with large variety of machines and free weights to help spice up your work out. Cannington is the biggest Revo so far but with the smallest shelf capacity to store your bags. At peak times people are just throwing their belongings on the floor or on top of the shelves which leaves me concerned about with safety and security. Please add more large shelving to put our gym bags so that we don't have to trip over people's bags while trying to fetch mine at the back of the pile.

Fantastic experience: The staffs are more friendly and nicer than other revo branches. I also love the brand spanking new equipment. I only had one bad experience when exiting the gym via the exit door downstairs after 6pm when the mall already closed. All Carousel's exit doors were locked. Perhaps revo should've deactivate the downstairs door after 5pm. Nevertheless, you still get 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Very spacious, plenty of equipment to use and choose from. Clean environment, good vibe music. Friendly staff and customers. There are instructions on every equipment, to limit the risk of customers injure themselves. There are cleaning tools such as wipes available for everyone. The bathrooms are super clean and tidy, their cleaning records are all neatly written. It's a safe environment for everyone to enjoy and be their best.

Positive experience: As far as equipment goes it’s all good, but the doors that are located inside the shopping center should really open at 8am (even if it’s just access from inside so we can swipe out access key and leave) cause people that work in the center who want to get a quick workout in before work can’t leave through those doors to open their store by 9am… I should have enquired more before canceling my membership with goodlife for Revo :( I thought it would be convenient but it’s actually far from it.

Negative experience: One particular staff was really rude, killed my vibe for the night. Just wanted to check out the new gym but was really rudely addressed upon arrival. Will not return thanks. ◡̈
