Fantastic experience: I was not coming to the gym at all because it was a bit overwhelming and confusing but I met Scott and he looked after all of my exercise with a plan for free and keeps an eye on my training each week it has really made life so much easier now I am loving the gym. The whole family comes here and it's really a lovely place and team thank you!

Negative experience: Booked a time with Sally for a tour of the gym and free trial. Waited around for 30 minutes and tried calling to get into the gym. Sally told me she was busy with a client and only just got to her phone half an hour after our appointment. Dont double book and be more organised.

My Colleague was covering on the day of your appointment and she had someone else that she was assisting and did not see you at the door to let you in. It was a genuine mistake and not a double booking. Further staff training will be provided to ensure this doesn't happen again. It's a difficult juggling act if someone turns up without an appointment and she was in another part of the gym trying to look after them and attend to their questions and did not see you. Fantastic experience: In the wake of several new gyms sprouting like mushrooms throughout Rockingham, as a Snap Fitness member and a loyal customer, it's important for people beginning (and continuing) their fitness journey to determine what motivates them to exercise and invest time, energy and commitment in themselves. If you want to go to a gym that offers personalised, differentiated and genuine customer service and care for people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels and ensures that you aren't just another statistic contributing to cheap, homogenised 'no frills' memberships that don't provide the necessary motivation and support to ensure that you actually use the gym for your own personal and physical development and goals then you can opt for one of the large, generic, intimidating and factory-style facilities that have opened up and are about to open next door to Snap Fitness. However, if you need help, support and motivation to improve your well-being and feel better about yourself and establish some health goals that can actually be achieved through a conducive environment that ensures you stick to your targets without injuring yourself or feeling displaced because other users are taking up the floor to Instagram themselves, then Snap is definitely the place for you! Don't be fooled by low prices and gimmicks that will leave you paying less, but not using your gym membership at all!

Fantastic experience: The staff and trainers are very friendly and absolutely make the experience for me. This is the only gym I’ve been too that I feel comfortable immediately as I enter and not as insecure as when entering other gyms. The equipment is always clean and there’s a large variety. Not super busy and crowded like other gyms. The bathrooms and showers are super clean and organised. Will be recommending my friends go here and speak to Sally as she was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Snap Fitness Rockingham. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, gym is well appointed and exceptionally clean. Very down to earth and inclusive environment. They offer a range of excellent classes too. Try here before anywhere else you won't be sorry.

Fantastic experience: Staff are good and so is the equipment. The only problem is during peak times the gossip girls will not move away from the equipment while they are gossiping. How hard is it. Use it or move away. Let someone in that will use it

Fantastic experience: I love going into Snaps Rockingham! It’s a really well cleaned and maintained gym with extremely friendly staff. I’ve been going for only a year and they treat you like family there. There classes are an awesome atmosphere and super challenging!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a wide range of equipment. The staff are great and accommodating; the place is always spotlessly clean. However, as the New Year started, many newbies in the gym weren't there to work out. It's okay to take videos of themselves, but a 360 video of the gym with everyone working out to post on their social media is a big NO. It's uncomfortable and awkward to work out and push yourself to your limit, knowing people could be watching you doing your last rep. I hope Snap fitness Rockingham will post a reminder that we should respect everyone's space and privacy.

Positive experience: It just like any other gym. The young ones that go thier actually make it ruin it by sitting on equipment and then sit on there phones. they need to know instrgram love won't get you results. So hopefully the manager well

Negative experience: This gym is not begginer friendly, and does not take into account different fitness levels. As their definitions to vigorous excercise is running on the treadmill at 14. They havent considered how vigorous it is conducting a HIT workout or lifting heavy weights. Due to this I would doubt the credibilty of anyone working there. For the first time i never wanted to leave a gym before finishing my workout.

With the mask mandate coming in just before the Christmas unstaffed period we made the decision to specify that masks must be worn except when running to ensure that masks were worn in the club when un-staffed over Christmas. The health and safety of our members is our priority. Following your feedback we made the decision to expand the definitions of high intensity to avoid confusion, these now include HIIT, Bootcamp, boxing, rowing and heart rate over 70% intensity. Snap Rockingham is a family based gym, and we pride ourselves on being a friendly and supportive community for those starting their health and fitness journey as well as experienced lifters. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your visit to Snap Rockingham and hope that you come back again from your normal home club to visit us again.

Fantastic experience: I like the stretching zone, lots of equipment. there is also a separate training room. very friendly staff. I only wish that cleaning lady did not do the vacuuming during day time, as I am allergic to vacuum dust, and she usually clean right next to my head.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Cheap, clean, friendly members and really helpful staff! Definitely better than other gyms i have been to in the past where they're only friendly until you sign up and pay them then they lose interest. Would definitely recommend Snap Fitness Rockingham to anyone who is considering joining a gym.
