Fantastic experience: Relatively small premises but very well appointed, plenty of cardio , great machines for every body part , impressive collection of dumbbells up to 75 kgs , solid bench press shoulder and squat racks, clean bathrooms and very friendly staff, 5 star gym.
Fantastic experience: Bree was super helpful with writing me a program tailored to my specific goals. I’ve worked with a few gyms in the past, but none of them have met the level of customer service provided here

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym, love the atmosphere and vibe at this gym. The setup and flow of the gym works so well, It has everything you need from weights to cardio/functional. Always nice and clean and the staff there are always super helpful and approachable. I usually train at a different anytime but whenever i get the chance i always come here as its the best gym in my opinion!

Negative experience: Cost twice as much as planet fitness yet you can't bring a friend for free even , they have stuff all machines always a couple broken music to soft and no free tanning no massage chairs no massage beds no classes just no reason to make it your gym not to mention way to crowded... planted fitness all the way

Fantastic experience: The Entrance Anytime has every piece of equipment you could need and more. This is THE gym to go to! The owners are always in the club and happy to have a chat which is great to see that they care about their members experience. Definitely recommend joining the Entrance AF

Negative experience: Was with them for over 10 years paying 58$/month. (It was 60 but i referred a friend) They changed the contract and upped me to 83$/month without notice. I spoke to the manager, they said there’s nothing they could do. That’s the new price for everyone. Great way to lose all your loyal long term customers.
Hi SouthPor! Thanks for your review, as of last year we were taken over by new owners who have invested significant money into the club. As a result, a subsequent member increase was implemented. Negative experience: Came in during staffed hours to use the gym with fitness passport, which they accept and was told I either have to pay a casual fee or buy a tag for $80 for a one-off session because they don’t have their system set up. When I was allowed to use it a few weeks back. Isn’t that the point of fitness passport that you can use any gym that accepts it? Petty and rude staff
Hi Kate, this is an unfair and totally fabricated assessment of the truth. In order to use fitness passport at Anytime Fitness you need to purchase a FOB key as we are a reciprocal access system. This is a clear process which is explained to all FP members. Our system is set up and we service hundreds of FP members without an issue. If you have used our facility and entered the club without registering prior, a casual visit fee needs to be paid. We have efficient systems in place to ensure all FP members have easy access to our club. We are more than happy to get you started once you become familiar with the process.

Fantastic experience: Anytime the Entrance is my home gym. I always have a great workout , the manager and staff always make sure the facilities are clean and well maintained and I love all the new/additional equipment. The new owners are really taking care of the place, and i'm happy to say its easily my favourite gym.

Fantastic experience: This club has such an amazing vibe! Being an AF, Diggers member for a while, I immediately noticed a difference in the energy when Owen and Erin took over a few months ago. Their love of fitness and fun is evident in their approach and their trainers are knowledgeable and helpful They’re creating a little fitness and training community I love training here, always smiling and happy to help, even throwing in some banter along the way.

Positive experience: The people are great, good location, but the loud head-banging music doesn't work for me. I asked if they have a quiet time for old people who want to work out, but no response yet. I think they don't get it.

Negative experience: Feels like a lifetime contract after all the lockdowns and vaccination rules. It’s like a trap so think before it sign the contract here.
Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a lot more equipment than I've seen in other AF. Vending machine has a lot more options too, you can choose your music to play if you like and lots of great quality equipment

Positive experience: Staff are nice. Good amount of equipment though could do with another squat rack. Equipment is a bit worn and a few areas could do with some repairs but overall very usable. another water station outside the bathroom would be nice. 24/7 access is easy and convenient.

Fantastic experience: So looked at a membership again still have key fob from first membership now get told you need to putchase a new one even though was told i would not have too when i bought origanal one. Anytime fitness are a pack of money hungry wolfs would not recommend membership to anyone especially if you have been a member before.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Diggers is an amazing gym. Simple. It is the type of gym that enjoys your journey as much as you and looks forward to seeing your face walk through the door. With our cheapest option being the equivalent of a few coffees per week, we like to think our prices are very reasonable to be able to give the best of the best when it comes to quality equipment from the likes of our AF preferred suppliers e.g. Life Fitness and Precor. Hopefully some day we can turn that 1 star into a 4 or 5 :) - Lisa
