Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and staff!

Negative experience: For of school kids all day, limited equipment and no open space

Positive experience: one of the better plus’ in syd, good luck hearing your own music over the gym speakers though…

Fantastic experience: Good gym, has all you need especially if you are just a beginner. the staff and other gym goers are all friendly and the ladies section is small but great. some of the equipment is a bit old but all works fine and personally feels better than new equipment that other plus gyms have like technogym

Positive experience: Update: Good level of upstairs eqiluipment working well, but has a few maintenance issues with cardio machines. Wish people had gym etiquette though. Few instances of people walking behind me mid reps and encroaching on your area despite extra space (womens area is a bit small for 3x ppl and often causes crowding issues). Dirty behind machines and floors/walls etc. The cardio space is separate to the weights which helps with crowding. Equipment tucked into tight corners and next to machines takes a bit of body contortion to get to, careful to not injure with this.

Negative experience: Very rude staff, confronted about lack of towel - if you care that much about sanitation, at least provide sufficient amount of wet wipes! Lack of wet wipes when I visited. Lack of ventilation - very humid since there are no windows inside and ventilation is controlled by a few fans. Lack of machines that target the back, I have been to other gyms that have plenty of rowing machines but this one does not. Equipment issues: adjustable benches do not adjust properly, backrow machine on the top floor, top left has uneven resistance and the disabled toilet door is frequently broken.

Negative experience: The company hired by Leichardt plus fitness which manages customers payments is too dodgy. in last 6 weeks weeks they have charged me 60 dollars because automatic payments didn’t go through despite the fact that I had money in my bank account. On calling them every time they ask to bring proof that I had money in my bank account. I surely don’t have time to leave work and go to bank and wait for the bank statement. They only send a message of non payment once the interest payment of 15 dollars on 35 dollar is due. Not recommend them why not spend the same money in better gym with sauna!

Fantastic experience: Long time plus fitness member here, been to almost every PF site there is in Sydney. I’m loving to new blue theme, with all the LEDs making it look so pleasant to workout, the marketing team needs a raise, it came at perfect timing, I was frankly thinking of leaving and joining other brands that looks bit less depressing and modern, but I’m staying now!!!!

Fantastic experience: Gigahire provides DJs for events & media services we have been working with them for 3 years definitely highly recommend this gym. after the new renovations it’s very welcoming and Sheridyn looks after the place very well! Fantastic experience: Nice and clean, lots of items to use

Fantastic experience: I have been training under Pedro for 6 weeks now. For the first 2 weeks we did only mobility training because I had lower back injury. The training has helped me tremendously to recover from lower back pain. After 2 weeks we slowly started to do weight lifting and other exercises. The progress has been very consistent. For deadlifts I have gone up from 20kg to 55kg. Considering I am light weight, this is a good achievement. Also I have started to notice gain in muscles. Feels stronger every week.

Fantastic experience: Don't usually write reviews but Im very impressed with this gym. been seeing a few times upgrade and staff are so down to earth. couldn't be more happier seeing most gym members wipe equipment after using - what else more could you ask for !

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms around NSW and nothing compares to leichhardt plus fitness. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, the gym is really tidy and clean. It has brand. new equipment and machines. I highly rate it

Fantastic experience: We visited this gym a couple of times on a recent trip to Sydney. What a great gym! The equipment was in excellent condition and it had everything I needed for an awesome workout. The gym was very clean and staff very friendly. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely make it my home gym.

Negative experience: Called multiple times to sign up and left 2 voicemails. No one answered the phone or called me back

Negative experience: It's 1:30pm there are zero paper towels available in all of the dispensers. edit: 2 months later still no paper towels. what happened to sanitation? reply: What if someone left a whole sweaty mess on a bench and didn't clean it up? am I supposed to use a wet towel and wipe it so that their mess soaks into the whole bench even more? or use my own personal gym towel to wipe that? we need dry towels. wet towels are nice but that's not what we need especially if we have spray.

Fantastic experience: Very good facilities

Positive experience: Very noisy today. Some guy was smashing weights again and again and again. The giga Chad manager was shouting and laughing like it was NYE99 all over again. Some workers were constructing cabinets. Drilling and hammering like maniacs . The other manager thought it would be a good time to do the vacuuming now. Phew. Normally good, but had to leave to save my sanity.

Positive experience: Great 24/7 gym that usually isn't very crowded. Some gear needs repair but understandable as they just re opened from the covid lock down.

Negative experience: Every time I have been, there has been atleast one running machine out of order, sometimes two machines. Don't go when schools are due to finish as there will be 50 school kids there and no machines will be free to do your workout. Toilet facilities and changing room well below par.

Fantastic experience: Good accessible little gym split over three levels. Lots of equipment but does get busy in peak times

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership, and they continued to charged me. I didn’t realize until my wife asked me about the cost (and I have been paying for one year now). Be careful - even after canceling membership, they continue to charge !

Positive experience: Good equipment and facilities, I like the split level layout as it seems to create a bit more room. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: Well equipped gym split over three levels, including a women's only section. Just enough equipment to share, as it is never overly busy. Clean gym, friendly staff, relatively new equipment and at a good price. Worth your consideration if you're nearby.

Negative experience: The door to the bathroom has been broken for months The changerooms are disgusting they floors don't seem to have been cleaned for weeks and I would never train and get changed there before work The equipment is always broken and takes a long time to get fixed Otherwise it is a good sized 24 hr gym

Positive experience: Equipment is in good condition but there is only a small selection of machines and not a lot of benches/space for the free weights. The place looks ghastly (orange and blue), music is too loud. The only thing that made it worthwhile for me was the women's only section (but also tiny).

Negative experience: This gym is a 'boys club' and as a female I felt on display by both members and staff. This and the fact it was too small and lacked equipment led me to join another place. No regrets.

Positive experience: Clean and well-ventilated environment. Has more than enough equipment for the average gym go-er. Open 24/7, but unstaffed after a certain time which may make it dangerous (?).

Fantastic experience: Comparing to the club where I go and where I have been, this one is definitely the best one! Bigger than the others and with more equipments, a very good one! Maybe only the bathrooms are not enough for this size of club.

Positive experience: Reasonably priced gym. Not huge in size which can be annoying when busy as you often need to wait but if you can manage to go in non peak times you'll have few issues.

Positive experience: Good gym that's not to busy with good selection of gear.

Fantastic experience: Decent small-mediumish sized multi level 24 hour gym with welcoming vibe. Recently underwent a floor plan change with cardio at the bottom level, weights in the more spacious middle and a functional training area at the top. Not the largest range of equipment but definitely has all the basics for what you need and a small area sectioned off for just the ladies. The bathrooms are a bit dated but are always clean and tidy. Overall, the gym is quite clean and well maintained. I have been told that some of equipment will be upgraded next year. Also just had a little power station installed so you can charge your phone while you work out! Leo the manager is great - very reasonable and always happy to listen to suggestions/requests.

Positive experience: Small, split level gym (3/4 levels) with lower level for cardio, middle level for free weights and bars, top level side 1 - ladies gym (very narrow and small space, top level side 2 - machine weights. Showers and toilets need to be upgraded, they are in a very poor state. Can be very crowded when busy.

Negative experience: Out off all of the gyms in this franchise . It only has one squat rack. It also has the smallest floor place. This gym is always the busiest out of the ones I have visited.

Positive experience: Nice handy Gym with a per week membership so handy for those who are just staying in the area for a short time. Good selection of machines and weights and relatively well laid out. Showers and changing rooms could do with a bit of expanding on. If you're there during the day the place is pretty much empty which is awesome except for tuesday between 1 and 2 when they have about 50 school kids taking up all the equipment. all in all a handy gym.
