Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym with the loveliest staff. I attended the gym for a couple of month during a work rotation in Gordonvale. Caren, who ran the fitness groups, created wonderful sessions and cultivated an amazing community. The Pilates teachers were all very welcoming too. Every staff interaction was top tier.

Fantastic experience: I joined 360 in Gordonvale a couple months ago and to be honest I was a bit anxious about starting at the gym, especially being a curvier person. But once I started I realised how friendly and welcoming the staff and other clients are. I also got a personal trainer who is very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend this gym ✨️

Fantastic experience: I'm still quite new to 360 Fitness, but so far, I am loving it! Friendly staff, decent prices, a good range of free weights and machines. There is also the option of adding infrared sauna, which is incredible! If you're in the area and looking for a gym, try them out.

Fantastic experience: From when I joined 360 Fitness Group I was made to feel welcome by Rory and Brooke. The group fitness classes run by Caren are fantastic and fun. It is a gym with a family atmosphere. Everyone from the staff to the other members are so friendly. They have a great kids crèche area for your little ones. If you want a gym where you are more than just a number this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: My 2nd home Locally owned and the most welcoming gym ive trained at, you really do feel like apart of the 360 family not "member number 648". It's so important for most people including myself to feel comfortable and workout in a judgement free atmosphere, you'll get that at 360! Rory is always happy to have a chat and help you out with any machines you're unsure of. Plenty of equipment, classes, affordable membership options and a creche for the kiddies. With renovations on the way I cannot wait to see what Rory and Brooke do with the space. Thanks for giving me such a good gym experience guys

Negative experience: I found this gym was good when I was a member but for unfortunate family reasons I had to move away and cancel my membership. It took me 3 weeks for me to finally get in touch with the team after several emails and numerous phone calls in which they continued to charge me and then I noticed a payment of $85 come out of my account and when I asked what this was regarding they said it’s a cancellation fee. No where on signing up was I told there was a cancellation fee. I was disappointed how I was treated in regards to this matter.
Hi Jackie, we are very sorry you feel this way, as mentioned when we spoke you where calling outside of staffed hours and the emails we did not have any copy. The cancellation fee is standard across the board and every single member is bound to the same terms and conditions. Our fees and changes are clearly stated in our terms and conditions, in brochures at the front counter and explained on sign up. We apologise for how you feel and wish you all the best.

Fantastic experience: It's great to have such an awesome facility within our local area. Rory and Brooke are amazing, both very approachable and easygoing. They continue to improve their gym in line with what the locals want. There have been many changes over the years, and all of these changes have been implemented to make their gym a better experience for all members. Reformer Pilates is another fantastic addition. All of their staff are helpful and friendly. I've been with 360 since the beginning and hope to be with them for many years to come.

Even though I only had one session while in the area, I found the staff very friendly. Also, the background music was on point! Fantastic experience: Joined this morning, went for the first time tonight. First time in nearly 10 years that I’ve set foot in a gym and honestly, wow! Not for a single minute did I feel unwelcome or uncomfortable! 10/10 for hygiene and easy access, parking and was even explained how to use different equipment, where all amenities were and all round enjoyable experience. Negative experience: There's no way to contact them other than social media which is ridiculous. I was still being charged weekly even during covid lockdown and now I'm getting charged even though I signed up in 2020 and it's now 2021
